Surprise Yourself

Be open to surprises,
though you may 
not like these
you say,
yes, you may wish 
to control more of what
happens throughout 
your day.

Be open to new 
moments,
you like the newness
of a new year,
might you relish 
any shiny chance
to create with Love,
my dear?

Try something new,
appreciate the old,
with discernment 
what is ready to 
change,
opportunities come 
your way – 
what is inviting you 
to rearrange?

Yes there is comfort 
in the familiar,
but even that you
can see differently,
see your Wholeness,
Be your Oneness,
surprise yourself
and as Love,
Be!
