Set your intentions,
but keep the “how-to”s
open to the flow,
what you thought
something should look like,
may be different
from what you know,
keep moving with
a Loving Direction,
that helps to uncover
where you can Ultimately
Be –
is not each moment
That You Are Love,
does this not feel
so heavenly?

Yes, pursue your
earthly passions,
the things that
Light you up and
make your heart sing,
when you are in
congruence
with your soul’s purpose,
are you and your soul
not a perfect Team,
watch the synchronicities
beckon to you,
showing you are on
the right track,
but is not any Road
to Love,
one you take Joyfully
with no turning back?

Be balanced in your
endeavors,
with human and soul
playing side by side –
one will compliment
the other,
neither one “needing”
to be right,
it is the experience
that you long for,
resonating with
All of You –
and as you Love
each part of you,
dear one,
do you not step
wholly
into the holiness
of You?

Set your intention
to Love You
wholly,
through and through –
Holy Love
is your birthright,
You Are Love
as Love Is You.

Something New

Give something new
a try.

Try it on,
take it out for a spin,
wear something new
even if you don’t
wear it again,
step out of your
box,
stretch yourself
to see You,
might you still
recognize yourself,
even if you step
into something new?

No matter the identities
that you try on
for size,
and yes, you all
have had a few,
as you think back
over your life –
you will always
Be You,
no matter the story
that is told,
do you not feel
the same at 12,
no matter what age
you are old?

So discover more of
You,
as you let yourself
out to play,
it need not be too
serious,
to try something new
today,
you will always be
You,
a magnificent expression
of the Divine,
so stretch yourself,
step out,
give something new
a try.

See You at your core,
no matter what you
put on,
each moment is new,
and Love is always
where you belong,
the yin and the yang,
is the Balance of You –
You Are Love
Everlasting,
in all expressions
of You.

Aware

Awareness.

With intention,
are you not able
to shift your
awareness,
like perspective,
can you not take
an elevator
up or down
to see more,
in the three dimensional
world,
there are layers
and many floors,
do you not see
a different scene
be it at street level
or on a higher floor?

Now shift your perspective,
your awareness,
beyond the world
that you live in,
you need not travel,
you do not leave,
you remain with the
roots that you stand in,
the expanded You
is always Here,
it is not a “place”
you need to go,
it is your awareness
that makes the shift,
to welcome all of You
Home.

You may need practice,
some quiet at first,
to explore All That
You Are,
as you have experiences
in life,
does not your awareness
explore
what you thought
was from afar,
but Who You Are
encompasses more
that your view
from the street –
You Are the city,
You Are the earth,
You Are the stars above
that you see.

Expand your awareness,
so you may sense
Who You Are,
the Loving Force
that you seek,
resides in you,
it is not apart,
you need not leave
you behind,
when you expand,
do you not know –
Love is always
Here with You,
You Are One
with the Loving Whole.

Expand with Love,
become aware
that Love Is You –
shift your awareness,
to see the Truth,
Love Is the
Authentic You.

Listen.

Do not the answers
to your questions
rest within this
silent space,
if you can think
to pose the question,
might you not know
the answer,
be it from analyzing
or through Grace?
You can think
and plan
and work out
what your human side
will “do”,
but does it not make
sense
to get quiet
and listen to the
soft voice
within You?

Listen.
It matters not where
answers come from,
are you not part of a
connected web,
once you open up
a gateway,
your quest for knowledge
will be fed –
be guided,
be led,
by the
still, small voice
within,
it will sound even
louder,
when you tune in
and then
listen.

Will you not hear
and feel connection
when you open up
this door,
once you ask your
questions,
can you be still
and wait for more –
the answer may come
to you quickly,
or may be in
synchronicity,
when you feel
in the flow,
is this not how Guidance
can help you
Be?

Listen
in the stillness.
Listen
within your heart.
Listen to the beat
of the rhythm
that guides you
from the start.
Listen between
the words
that cannot begin
to tell the Truth.
Listen
and let Love
play its Song
of Love
to You.

Be flexible,
Be adaptable –
does not energy
move in waves,
much like the ocean tide
with its ebb and flow,
is there not motion
in the rhythm,
that it creates?

You may move forward,
step back to pause,
as inspiration pulls
you forward again,
yes, your footprints
that you left
may have been erased
by moving sand,
but you are
constantly creating
with every step
that you take,
let your steps
carry you forward,
being present with
each footprint
that you make.

You make a difference
Be-ing You,
a magnificent expression
of Who You Are,
each step you take
with Love
honors you
as it honors All,
life is not about
what you leave
or what you wish
you could do –
life is about
Who You Are
right now,
in every moment –
Love Is, too.

Keep flowing like
the waves
that remind you
of the power of –
each drop in the ocean
is like everyone
of You
combined in Love,
some days you need
to crash upon
the shore
to be heard,
some days are you not
content being quiet
and reserved?

Be flexible,
Be adaptable –
like the sand
and ocean’s waves,
working together,
creating beauty,
both the same
and changing
everyday.

As Love is
your constant rhythm,
celebrate the Love
You Are today.

Living Truth

Live your Truth,
in the moment
of any day,
you can announce it
to the world,
or you can honor it
in your own way,
is not your Truth
an innate compass,
that points you in
a direction to serve –
serving Love,
serving Truth,
and thus serving You?

Is it not a magical
combination,
when you step in
line with your soul,
is there not Peace
in the alignment,
when parts of You
make up the Whole,
yes, you search
for the bigger picture,
but do not leave behind
the human you,
surround you
with Love and kindness,
are You not an explorer
in this search for Truth?

Live your Truth,
it may look different
in the day to day,
when you serve
a Greater Good,
do not the ripples of Love
go about their way?
Build up your inner knowing
that Love is the
answer to All things,
let Love guide you
as you live your Truth
in the moments
of any day.

You can live it loud –
or be soft like
a cloud,
that floats across a
summer sky,
honor every moment
as the Love You Are,
morning,
noon,
and night.

To Laugh

Remember to laugh,
make time stand still,
is laughter not an
instant way
to surrender at will?
When laughter’s tickle
begins to get
your attention,
can you succumb,
give in to it,
let laughter build,
reminding you,
to take a break
and have some fun?

There is laughter
among good friends,
telling a story
or two –
then there is laughter
that surprises you,
making you laugh
at something you
might do,
when you can laugh
at yourself,
without judgement
or scorn,
is laughter not
so very freeing,
allowing Joy to
come forth?

Yes, laughter
can turn to tears,
tears can melt
into a laugh,
when you release
any emotion,
is there not healing
in that?
Do not fear
what you feel,
let it bubble up
and come out –
so you may Love
All of You,
be it inside
or out!

Remember to laugh,
you do not forget how,
you need not ask
for permission,
you can succumb
to it now,
does not visualizing
laughter,
give you a lift,
as do the corners of
your mouth,
thinking of times
you did this –
whether small
or slapping your knees,
you can laugh as loud
as you please,
let laughter come,
dissolve into some –
as you remember to laugh.

Coexist

Coexist.

Does not nature provide
examples of how it
often coexists –
plants that grow
side by side,
animals that you
would not think
do this,
do they not go
about their business,
focusing upon
what each one
really needs,
is there not often
an acceptance,
as they move around
each other
with ease?

Yes, in the human world
it can be a challenge
as relationships
are intertwined –
there are lessons
to be learned,
or beliefs that build
over time,
but if you unwind
some of the drama,
expectation,
judgements, too,
when you dial it
all back to Love,
can people not
coexist, too?

And can you take it
a step further
and not only acceptance
have,
can you extend a loving
blessing,
heartfelt,
with no strings attached,
does not acceptance
help you coexist,
does not Love
help you connect,
to all the parts
of You,
that make up
the Whole
of All That Is?

Coexist,
connect,
with no strings
attached.
Be You.
Be Love.
Love always
has your back.

the Gift of Love,
give it out,
receive it in,
is this not a gift
you dream about?

You may search
the whole world over,
to unearth
this most precious gift,
but is not the Truth
of Who You Are,
standing with you
as you read this?

Take care of,

the Gift of Love.
Look in the mirror,
who looks back
and through you –
the Gift of Love
Is You.

Be a part
or Be the Whole,
does your heart
not bridge
them both,
an individual aspect
of the Loving One –
yes, you can express
your own opinion,
but even as you speak
with your own voice,
is there not always
a loving choice,
that you can choose
to speak about?

What do you choose
to Be today,
for you can choose
what role you may play,
a multitude of expressions
are at your fingertips,
do not emotions
sometimes feel limitless,
but be they high
or be they low,
or wherever your
experiences go,
do they all not
ultimately
help you Be with Love?

Be a part
or Be the Whole,
does not Be-ing Love
help you to know,
Love Is You,
Love Is We,
even when you feel
only “me”,
with Love you
cannot help
but Be –
Wholly,
Holy,
Love.
