Message of Love

There is a message
always for you –
do you not
look around
wondering,
where is Love?
You look to
see it,
you yearn
to feel it –
you know when you
sense it –
There Is Love.

A Message of Love
can be anywhere
at anytime –
it may be
on the smile
of another
you see,
it may be
in a sign
when a loved one
says “hi” –
it may be
in a picture
that takes
your breath away –
when something
touches your
heart,
you know
That Is Love.

Can you initiate
Messages of Love?
In a world of
friction,
arguing
and strife –
when a loving
message is sent
your way –
do you not
stop and remember –
There Is Love.

Send a thought,
a Message of Love
in some way –
hear another,
affirm someone’s day,
there are many
hearts
that have forgotten
what Love
feels like –
can you remind
someone,
That Is Love?

Might you Be
a Messenger of Love,
as you connect
with the Love
that flows
within You –
for a short time
or a whole day
through –
can you embody
the Love
That You Are –
you may
not need
to find it,
or wonder
where it is –
when you realize
That You Are
and
There Is Love.

All One

There is a pulse,
there is a beat,
as the waves
from the ocean
wash up
upon the shore,
flowing over the sand
before receding
back into the
ocean –
only to do it
once again,
and again,
and again.

And from your
perspective
on the sand –
you do not think,
or feel sad,
when the waves
recede into
the ocean,
that they are
gone forever –
are they not
part of the
ocean
that is so vast,
so full of water –
will it not
continue sending
wave after wave
to wash upon
the shore –
with a rhythm
and a beat
that soothes
the soul?

Is there not
a collective sound,
when the waves
from the ocean
come together
in unison,
to spill over
on the sand –
do not some
drops of the ocean
get absorbed
into the sand –
while the
other drops
of water
get carried back
out into
the sea?

There is a
continuous flow
to the water,
to the ocean,
are you not
amazed
by the rhythm,
by the sound,
by the continuous
Force of Nature
that seems so
constant in
its presence –
yet ever-changing
with each wave,
with each drop of
water –
do you not
understand vastness
when you experience
the ocean?

There is a pulse,
there is a beat
of Love
that you
are part of,
much like
the ocean –
you are constant,
you are changing –
does it all
not depend
on where your
perspective is?

Are you standing
on the shore –
thinking Love
may come
and go –
with fear
and doubt
that it is
only temporary
in its scope?

Or do you see
that You Are
each drop
of water
in the ocean –
moving from
here to there,
but always
a part
of the Whole –
you cannot
separate a drop
of water from
the ocean –
does it not
always find
its way
back Home?

You cannot
be separate
from the Love
That You Are,
part of a
continuous flow –
You Are
a Force of Nature,
Love is constant
in its presence,
yet ever-changing
as you experience
the Love that
flows though You –
will you not
always find
your way
Home
through Love?

Be amazed
That You Are
as vast as
the ocean,
as powerful
as each wave,
as Loved
as each drop
of water
in the ocean.

All One.
You Are All.
You Are One.
You Are Love.

Take Care

Take care.
Be gentle.

What is it
that you need
to feel good,
to feel loved –
for is there
not caring
when Love
is spread
as a healing balm –
yes, you provide
care,
you give Love,
but can you
take care
and be gentle
to receive Love
within You?

Do you not
look to find
the space
that feels good,
where Peace
and calm
give you
the Strength
you need
to carry on –
when you
feel rooted to
the ground,
able to sway
with the winds,
to bend
not break –
as you are
grounded in
the Love
That You Are –
is this not
the caring place
as you take care
of You?

Take care.
Be gentle.

Begin with you
to take care,
to let the
healing balm
of Love
build up in
your heart,
spilling over
to each fiber
of your Be-ing,
each cell
that calls out
for Love –
can you take care
and reassure
All of You
that Love Is Here –
it always Is,
you can never
Be anything
but Love?

Take care.
Be gentle –
let the loving
Arms of Love
embrace
any hurting
aspect of You.

Let caring,
gentle,
Love
cradle you
in the Love
That You Are.

You Are
So Very
Loved.

Growth

Growth
is always happening,
though it may
be hard to see –
you may look
back,
to see the
changes,
to make sure
that you
have grown –
but we say,
enjoy the Journey,
whether it feels
slow,
or moves
so fast.

Does not the
development
of a butterfly,
happen in
the chrysalis,
in the quiet,
out of sight,
with no awareness
of what is
to come,
to the butterfly,
with its new birth,
it does not need
to know each change –
there is Faith
that change
will happen,
and Trust in
the process,
that growth
will come.

Is there not purpose,
to assimilation,
to letting all
you absorb
reach You –
through your body,
mind
and spirit,
there are many
aspects to You –
can you not
have growth
on many levels –
as you soak up
what is new?

As you emerge
from your
chrysalis –
and stretch
your wings
so you may fly –
you may not
remember,
where you came from,
but you know
where you are
now –
have not all
of your experiences
brought you
to this moment
now?

Be patient
in the growing,
in the changing
that takes place –
are you not
evolving
on this Journey,
as you find
your way
back to You –
are you not
evolving
to remember
what it is,
What You Are Now –
are you not
stripping away
the layers
to emerge
as You Are Love?

Begin.
Evolve.
Remember.
Love.
You Are That.
You Are Love.
Fly.

Love Is Here

Love is here.

Do you need 
to make an
appointment,
showing up at
a certain time,
is this the
right way,
is this
the right time –
do not worry,
Love Is Here.

You need not
do tricks
to receive it,
you do not
have to stand
in line,
you do not
have to be
pre-qualified –
You Are perfect now
and Love Is Here.

Is it not
always available,
when you look
is it not
already there –
are you not
the one
who sometimes
questions
if it is
coming –
but is not
Love Always
Here?

You can see
it in a
crowd of people,
you can feel it
when you are
alone –
you may think
that it comes
from the outside,
but is that
not a reflection
of your shining Light –
do you not
surprise yourself
when you Know –
Love Is Here?

Can you go
to the space
that feels good –
that brings comfort
and Peace to
the front –
can you expand
upon that
and lean into
the place where
Love Is Here?

You never can
lose it,
You Are It
and
It Is You –
love always
is patient,
can you be
patient with
you?
You need do
nothing special –
You Are special
as You Are –
as Love Is Here,
Love is What You Are,
you cannot hide –
can you open you
and see that
Love is Here?

Here.
There.
Everywhere.
Wherever You Are –
Love Is Here.

And Then . . .

And then. . .
Be Love.

As you move
in linear fashion
through the
facets of
your life –
there is an
“if this”,
“then that”
motion
as the clock
keeps moving forward –
if I do this,
then what will
happen –
and what will
happen next?
And then. . .
Be Love.

There are scenarios
that you work
through,
many experiences
that occur –
some are for learning,
some are for finding
Joy again
within your heart –
when an experience
is over,
do you not
wonder what is
next?
And then. . .
Be Love.

You may wish
to turn a page
in the story
of your life –
you are the
author,
the creator,
of what you
wish to read –
whatever comes
in the next
chapter,
are you not
still the One
who reads the words –
no matter
what the ending,
do you not contemplate
its meaning?
And then. . .
Be Love.

Life moves by
very quickly,
you may feel
it is hard
to keep up –
but is that
not if you
think you need
to change,
or do,
or become –
when you wonder
what is next,
what should you
do or see
or be?
And then. . .
after all
is said
and done,
Be Love.

Be You.
Be Free.
Be Amazing.
Be Magnificent.

Be Who You
Always Are
and Who You
cannot help
but Be –
Be Love.

Allow With Love

In each moment,
can you accept
what is?
Might you
go with the flow
when you
allow with Love?

You have expectations,
outcomes to achieve –
might you
move easily,
with grace
and purpose –
when you
allow with Love?

Can you be
comfortable
not knowing
every step
you need
to take –
might the
perfect path
be shown
to you
when you
allow with Love?

Can you find
Trust in the
unknowingness,
is it not
an opportunity
to create –
you need
not have
all the answers –
when you
allow with Love.

Can you be
open to all
possibility –
that you might
not be able
yet to see,
is there not
space to let
the magic
fill in
when you
allow with Love?

Can you have
Faith in the
unfolding
of what might
happen next –
might there
be more doors
to open
when you
allow with Love?

You may have
specific intentions,
goals that you
wish to achieve –
might there
be possibilities
that you
do not know
that are waiting
for you,
as you walk
through a door
that opens up
as you
allow with Love?

Accept.
Allow.
Be in
the Flow
as Love
surrounds
You.

With Love,
always,
with Love.

The mind is
a powerful
communicator –
giving you
direction,
commands
and thoughts –
it plans
your day,
it keeps
you safe,
but does
it not also
worry and doubt
and sometimes
not see
that You Are Love?

There is no
turning off
the mind –
but is it
not ready
to receive
new direction,
new programming –
do you not
speak a language
that the mind
can receive –
when you tell it
“I Am Love?”

Is there not
a flicker
of understanding,
a familiarity
that seeps in –
the mind may
think the “I”
means separation,
but does not
“I Am”
encompass All?

Does not “I Am Joy”
remind you of
letting go
to reach your
joyful self –
your mind
can visualize
times when you
have had fun,
but does not Joy
touch you
deep inside –
when you say,
“I Am Joy?”

Does not “I Am Strength”
make you stand up tall,
feeling your innate Courage
that comes with Strength –
it is not to overpower,
it is your essence within,
can you not
sense your magnificence
when you say,
“I Am Strength?”

Does not “I Am Gratitude”
bring you right
to your heart –
is that not where
this Journey begins –
when your mind
gets too loud,
when it brings
static to your
Be-ing,
can you begin
with Gratitude –
reminding your mind
that You Are
centered at
the heart –
as you speak
from your Soul –
“I Am Gratitude.”

Remind the mind
of Who You Are.
Use words
that the mind
can understand.
There is no
need to cajole,
no reasoning
to give,
there is only Truth –
and it is –
You Are Love
and
I Am That.

I Am All.
I Am One.
Perfect.
Whole.
Remember.
Remind.

I Am Love.

Where is Love?

Can you ask
this question
as you go
throughout your day –
might you find
surprising answers
to Where Is Love?

Do you not
have blinders on
when you see
through human eyes,
passing through
your ego filter,
that likes to label,
to categorize –
do you forget
to ask the
question,
when you think
you already know –
Where Is Love?

Is there not Love
in every situation,
with every interaction
you may have –
you may think,
“oh no – there cannot
be love in one
who looks or acts
like that!”

But can you still
ask the question
that is an answer
to your angst –
Where Is Love?

Is there not Love
when you least
expect it –
a kind word,
a helping hand
from a stranger
you have not met –
do you not sense Love
when someone
reaches out
to you?
Might they be
asking themselves –
Where Is Love?

And as you
look for Love
in others,
in interactions
that you have,
if you can
step out of
defensive positions
you take –
might you step into
the Love That Is –
to then see Love
all around you,
can you not add Love
by Be-ing Love –
are You not
the answer
to Where Is Love?

Love needs
no defense,
it is not earned,
it simply Is –
Love does not hide,
it is always here –
it is You,
it is All That Is.

Where Is Love?

It is Everywhere.
There You Are.
There I Am.
There Is Love.

Balance of Love

The longest day,
the darkest night.

And as spring
moves into summer,
has it not
slowly inched its way
blending into
the longest day –
as light
pushes back
the night?

Has not the moon
disappeared
from the night,
letting the stars
shine brightly
against the
inky sky,
patiently waiting
for the sun
to hand off
to their light?

Is there not
a balance,
a cycle
that moves –
a new beginning
an ending that follows –
when they blend
into each other,
is there not
a continuum
with no beginning
and with no end?

Is not the most
magical time of a day –
when the night
gives way
to the morning –
when darkness
slowly begins
to wake up –
when light
stretches out
to touch the sky?

And is not the most
magical time of a day –
when the light
recedes to the
twilight of darkness –
when the wood thrush
sings the last notes
of his song –
to let you know
it now is night?

And in another
part of the world –
is there not
the longest night
and the shortest day?

There is an
ebb and flow
as life cycles
all around you,
but do not
beginnings blend
into perceived endings –
only to begin again?

Can you move
with these cycles –
wiping slates clean
to begin again –
is not every moment
a chance to create –
to begin
or end
anew?

Where do you begin –
where do you end?
Is there not
a blending,
a balance to You –
is it not
a magical time
to experience life
with the Truth
of Who You Are?

Do you not stretch
across day or night –
do you not exist
with both sun
and moon –
does not the Love
that makes up You,
cross all boundaries,
all seasons,
and is beyond all time?

The magic
that exists
throughout it all
Is Love –
and You Are That.

By day or night,
by light or dark,
There Is You,
There Is Love.

Infinite,
continuous,
Love.
