Believe You

There are many things
you can believe in,
there are many things
you may not,
when in doubt
with what rings “true”
to your human mind –
believe Love.

In your extraordinary
Journey,
beliefs may come
and they may go –
belief systems
may help you
feel at ease,
but when they don’t –
believe Love.

There is Love
all around you,
Love can open
many doors –
some ideas stretch
your imagination,
experiences make you
question your beliefs –
do you not seek
Truth,
no matter where
it leads –
when you are led
in Love,
believe Love.

You need not know
all the answers
to the questions
that you have –
there are answers
to questions
you may not know
yet to ask –
but when you
sense there is
Truth
and you feel it
in your heart,
even if your mind
needs more time
to catch up
to what you Know –
believe Love.

You cannot Be
anything but Love –
it is why
and how You
Are Here –
You Are the
answer to all
of the questions
that you have –
You Are One
with the All
and as there is
only One Love,
can you believe You –
believe Love?

There is a spark
at your center,
it will guide you
where you wish
to go –
if it is Love
that you seek,
you need look
no more than
within,
this Spark of Love
that Is You
will guide you
when you ask,
as you believe You –
believe Love.

Believe in
Who You Are,
in all Essences
of Love.
Know That.
Believe You.
Believe Love.

Your Vibration of Love

The notes of
a song
bring vibration
to your ears,
through your body,
but is it not
your heart
that hears –
that can sense
when the vibration
matches your
Vibration of Love?

You may not be
able to express
why certain chords,
harmonic notes
can touch you
deep into
your soul –
but does not
your soul
play its own music,
resonating to your
Vibration of Love?

Do not your senses
seek to find
beauty that
touches your soul,
are you not drawn
to images
that your eyes
long to see –
a stretch of beach,
a misty mountain,
wildflowers that
catch your eye –
are you not drawn
to beautiful art,
not able to
explain why –
do your eyes not
look to match
your Vibration of Love?

There is a resonance
to Love,
there is a vibration
to You –
are there not
so many pathways
to the expression
of your soul,
what moves you
into sensing
the Love That
You Are –
when you see beauty,
is that not reflecting
the beautiful
magnificence
That Is You?

When you resonate with
what touches your soul,
what takes you
deep into your core,
the Essence That Is You –
do you not long
for that connection,
to remember
Who You Are –
when you resonate with
your Vibration of Love,
is that not when
you find Peace
and feel at Home?

Use your senses
to experience
the Love That You Are –
the Vibration of Love
resonates within
your soul,
always playing
a Love Song
within your heart.

Sense this Love.
Feel this Love.
This Love Is You.
Beautiful Love.
Beautiful,
Magnificent
You.

When connections
are made,
heart to heart,
do you not
rejoice –
is it not
a beautiful feeling
when a Message
of Love
not only is sent,
but also received –
do you not feel
this Connection of Love
deep within
your soul?

But does not
your soul
already know
this Love ,
that never leaves,
that is always there –
is it not the human
part of you
that looks for signs
to know this Love,
to be true?

Is it like learning
a new language –
this Language of Love,
that speaks to
your heart,
that feels “heaven-sent”
from above –
it sometimes sounds
like a whisper,
a reminder in
your heart,
an answer to
a question,
a confirmation
that you seek –
it may show up
as a sign
or a knowing
that you feel.

Your soul knows
this Language of Love –
it beats in time
with your heart,
it is part of
Who You Are –
let your mind
believe the wonder
of connections
that are made –
you are always
together with
those you dearly Love.

There is Joy
when you
can feel,
can hold,
this Love
close to your heart –
does not your Soul
know how to
connect always
with this Love?

Believe in the
connections made –
the Connection of Love
is always there –
yes, your humanness
will want “proof”
and wishes to “see” –
but as your soul
understands the
Language of Love –
can you trust the
messages that are
in your heart?

The Language of Love
is always ready
to speak to you –
it may be a dream,
a sign you see,
or the knowingness,
the Love,
that resides within
your heart.

Does Love not speak
all languages –
and are you not always
connected to Love?

Let your soul
bring you what
you need –
let Love teach you
what you already Know,
the connections
that you seek,
are already there –
when you connect
with the
Language of Love.

Sing it.
Speak it.
Feel it.
Embrace it.
Communicate with
the Language of Love.

Catharsis of Love

When clouds are
dark and heavy
and begin to block
your view,
do they not
then release –
sheets of rain
pouring down,
is there then
not a clearing
of the skies
as light returns,
with a lightness
in the air,
does it not
lighten up
your mood?

After this catharsis
of the air
being cleansed,
do not birds return
with vigor
as they flit
and fly about –
the sun beams
break through
mistiness that
water brings –
do you not
feel lifted up
to see the sun
shining again?

What is a cathartic
moment
that can lift
you up –
it may be crying,
it may be laughter,
is it not something
that bursts through –
like a rain cloud
that cannot hold on
to the rain any more –
does it not
feel good
to release
what you no longer
need to hold?

Might you find
beams of Joy
in any moment
big or small,
when something
touches your heart,
might it burst open,
allowing you
to let go of
what you hold
and what builds up –
does not release
let the Catharsis
of Love begin?

How can you lighten
up your load –
when feeling heaviness,
how might you
let go –
does not light
pour in
following a darkened storm,
is that not often
the most beautiful
time of day?

There is always Light,
yes, sometimes blocked
by the clouds –
but is not the sun
always waiting
to appear –
as the Light
within You
is always ready
to shine through
whatever passes by,
whatever blocks
your view –
is not the view
even brighter
when your Light
comes shining through?

Can you let
the Light of Love
break through
any clouds
that surround you?
Be it laugher
or through tears,
when you touch
your heart –
does it not
beam with the
Essence of Love
That Is You –
breaking through
all barriers
with the Light
and Love
of You?

You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Lifted in Love
You Are –
a Beautiful Light.

Shine through.
Shine on.
Shine Your Love.

Love is here.

In a world 
of separation,
when you think
you are alone,
there is kindness,
there is help –
Love is here.

There are situations
that leave you reeling,
events that make
you shake your head,
but is not
consciousness
ever-growing –
Love is here.

Does it not take
a lightning rod
to gather
energy to one place –
to open up
your eyes
to see what
has been there
all along –
is this not
the perfect moment,
to look beyond
distractions made –
continuing your journey,
to know that
Love is here.

You can find Love
in the darkest corners,
can you shine
your Light
and lead the way?
One might think
Love has left,
replaced by worry,
grief,
anger,
and doubt –
but do not
these emotions
sometimes show
you where to go –
back to Love
that never leaves you,
yes, Love is here.

There are stories
that will test you,
there are voices
that are loud –
can you add
a Voice of Love,
can you connect
with others who
can look beyond
the chaos
that tries to
tell you –
“you are wrong,”
can you be a part
of the remembering
that Love is here?

Love is not
a limited resource,
is it not
in everyone –
might those
who fight it fiercely,
be the ones
who wish to see,
“what can I do
to test love,”
but is it not
always there for you –
you can count
on Love
to be there –
for Love is here.

Love is in
every situation –
look close enough,
you will see it there –
is Love not
Here,
There
and Everywhere?

Shine your Light.
Be the Love
when you are
not sure where
Love is.
Shine your Light
to show that
Love Is Here.

A Dance of Love

When you first
learn a new skill –
such as how to 
dance,
or to shoot a ball
into the goal
that seems so
far away –
do you not have
to use your mind,
to learn each step
or way to move –
is it not foreign
to your body,
until you take
the time
to move,
to know,
to think
no more?

Is there not
a flow
that you enter in –
when your body
knows what to do,
moving in ways
that you could
not have told it
where to go?

When you let go
in a dance,
letting the music
set you free –
does it not
feel best
when you do not
think where
each part of you
should move –
do you not express
the music’s flow
from your heart
and in your soul?

And when you have
taken a shot
a hundred times,
a thousand more –
do you not step up
to the line,
with intention
for it to go in –
does your body
not respond
to make it so
more often
than not?

You may think
and break down
the steps to learn
something new –
but is there
not learning
in many things
that you cannot see?
Do not limit yourself
to what is in
your mind,
is there not information
in the Flow
of All That Is?

Can you listen
to the music
of your soul
that moves you –
like a dance partner
that is showing you
a new step?
Can you follow
the lead
of your soul,
that is always
connected to
this Dance of Love –
can you flow
to the rhythm
that resides
within your heart?

Learn some moves
to get started,
to help you
feel at ease –
but can you
be guided by
the music
That Is Love –
that will show you
how to flow
with so much Grace?

There is no need
to over-think it,
you are wired
to feel the Flow –
are you not amazed
at what your
body has learned
thus far?

Let Love be
your dance partner,
in this Dance of Life –
may you move
with ease and Grace
in the Flow of Love.

Let Love
move you.
Be the Love
you feel
to see the Love
That You Are.

Always flowing
through You
Is Love.

When you worry
what another thinks,
does it not come
from a judging eye –
are not comparisons made,
positions taken –
are there not
perspectives
on all sides?

Do you not
gravitate to those
who think like you –
yes, there is comfort
in agreement,
in shared perspectives,
in what you think
is just,
is true.

But is it not
justification
that fosters judgement –
if you think you
are right
and another is wrong,
might your own “truths”
make lines in
the sand,
that should not be crossed
or face judgement
from you?

There will be disagreement
in a world of separation
that fosters the use
of words like
“us” and “them” –
but the common ground
lives in every heart,
that wants to be loved
and wishes to be heard.

Is there not something
beyond
the hurling of words
that wishes to say
“I am right”
“you are wrong” –
is it not fear
that makes you
strike out in anger –
could not Love
help you to find
a better way?

Yes, you can stand tall
for what you believe in –
but can it not be
from a Place of Love –
can you be a model
of what Love can
bring another –
as you listen,
as you find
what is common
in your heart?

There are many
belief systems
that you can
believe in –
but can you check in
to your heart
and sense what
is true for you –
is not Love
for everyone,
how can one
be excluded,
when all there is –
Is Love?

Do you not all
belong to Love –
is it not
Who You Are
at your core –
there are levels
of remembering,
yes, it is easy
to forget –
that each one
of You
is part of
One Love.

When you see with
the Eyes of Love –
you can find Love
in every heart,
you need not agree
with the story,
with the belief –
but does not Love
rise above it all?

Can you Be Love
to see Love –
as All Are
One Love.

Be Love
to Believe Love –
You All
Are That.

There is Love
in the connections
that bring you
healing,
bring you hope –
you know it
when you
see it,
let Love
show you
the way.

Are there not
moments
when you
know it –
when you are
in the space
of Love –
does it not
lift you up
beyond all doubt –
let Love
show you
the way.

You can feel
it in the
company
of those that
you love dear,
you can feel it
in the solitude
as love whispers
in your ear –
it may be
in a picture,
in a song
that you
can hear –
let Love take you
to your essence –
let Love
show you
the way.

Life can be
a rocky journey,
it may be
hard to see
the path,
do you not
seek to find
the answers,
do you not
wish for
a map,
but there are
clues for you
to follow,
there signs
along the way –
when you
let Love
show you
the way.

Do you not
meet others
on the journey,
does that not
help when you
are in need –
do you not
hear what
you need to
hear,
do you not
read what
appears next
to read –
you are not
alone on this
path,
there is support
at every turn –
when you
let Love
show you
the way.

Let Love.
Be Love.
The way to
Peace
Is Love.
Let Love
show that
You Are Love.

“When the time
is right. . . ”

In a linear world,
it is hard
not to make
judgements
on what is happening
compared to time –
if something goes
quickly
or takes too long –
does not the
timing of situations,
at times (smile)
take precedence
over the event?

So much meaning
is attached
to time,
to the clock,
you sense it ticking –
yes, it is hard
not to think
of time,
when it is
the measuring stick
that charts
your day to day.

Can you rise
above time,
to take a break
from the
“what comes next” –
can you have Faith
in what may come
your way?

Does not the
unfolding of
experiences
happen no matter
the time of day,
the week,
or the year –
can you accept
what is happening
and embrace
where you are
now?

Might you miss
what is happening
in this moment
when you
are not conscious
of the Now –
when you spend
your “time”
in the past
or with “what comes next?”

Yes, time is here
to stay
in this world,
to help make sense –
but can you
be aware
that you are
more than
time?

As you have
no beginning
and as there
is no end
to You –
do you not
transcend time –
as Love Is
Ever-lasting
and You Are Love –
can you rise
above time
to catch a
glimpse of
Who You Are?

There are no limits
to the limitless
You.

Love Is Now
in this moment
and as You Are Love, too –
You Are Now.
You Are Here.
Always present.
Always Love.

Be the Love
That You Are
Now.
Now.
Now.

feels close,
stagnant,
still,
do you not
open the windows
and let fresh
air come in –
do you not
open doors,
turn fans on
to move
the air –
is not air
meant to
circulate
to be
in the flow?

Do you not
seek flow
in the air,
do you not say,
“I need some
fresh air” –
when clearing
your mind,
needing a change –
does movement
not bring
perspective,
a different way
to look –
do you not
need to open
a window
to let fresh air
come in?

Might you try
something different
that you would
not normally do –
go to different places,
experience something new,
might nature
be like an
open window,
fresh perspectives
can be viewed –
when you put
your feet on
the ground
and feel the
breeze blowing
around you?

There is an
energy to Flow,
that energy
is Love –
when you open
up the window
to your soul
can you feel
it, too?

Can you let Love
come pouring in
and let it
dance around
the room –
chasing away
the stagnant air
that makes you
feel separate
or alone –
the Flow of Love
is always moving,
always ready
to fill in,
any cracks that
need healing
and filling you up
with All That Is.

You Are Love
circulating,
You Are Everywhere.
Flow with Love.
Be with Love.
Let Love
breathe You.

Every breath.
There You Are!
There Is Love.
