building block
that you may use
to see the Whole,
but as you open
your human eyes,
are you not aware
your soul already
knows?

be your teacher,
to lovingly show
what you already
know,

human layers,
to remind
All Is Well,

Yes, it is hard
not to look ahead,
with anticipation
or something you may
dread,
does not speculation
take up space in your
mind,
as you walk this earth
in linear time?
It is human nature
to grasp and want
to hold
all aspects of form
and then to shape
and mold,
might you breathe
in acceptance
and in this present
breath,
might you sense Peace
now
and not wait for
what is next?
The Whole of You
is on this lifetime
ride,
you and your soul
share this road trip
of life,
soak it up,
take what comes next
in stride,
you are resourceful,
resilient,
in this life.
The Love of You
is at Peace
Where You Are,
this sacred moment
is the perfect instant
of the Love You Are.

yes, change your mind,
and though you experience
in space and time,
there is no limit
to the limitless You,
stretch your mind
beyond what you think
you need to do.
Yes, you exist
in All
and in One,
you are not
one linear life
and then done,
yes, in life,
there are tasks
that begin and end,
though in every
experience,
are you not Always
the Love within?
You think you
multitask in
this life here,
yes, you could
say you are
multidimensional
and Everywhere,
the One of You
knows eternal Truth
as you breathe,
All of Love
in One Breath
is how to Be.

always shining,
yes, sometimes doubt
can obscure,
set aside your human
expectations,
might you be creating
Love’s perfect pearl?
At times you may feel
some discomfort,
as you stretch beyond
your comfort zone,
Love’s Light illuminates
the way,
with Faith you know
that Here is Home.
Your soul rejoices always
when you invite
your soul to play,
when you step aside
do you not align with
the Whole of You
in Love’s glorious way?
You may think it is
a leap of Faith,
but you are already
where you wish to
Be –
allow growth to
delight you with
Where You Are,
aligned with Love,
with Joy,

that you place on

much for you
to do,

of you,

Dear one,
breathe deep
this cleansing air,
ask and receive
All Love that is
always Here,
is it not as Humility
that you embody
Strength,
lead with your Heart
and not what you

Clear out the clutter
that builds up
over time,
clear out the cobwebs
that take up space
in your mind.
There is transformation
occurring
in this time of
seasonal change,
with many things
tossed upside down,
is there not an urge
to rearrange?
This need not be
perceived as
negative,
though ego loves
to keep a score,
might you find
comfort in
discomfort,
as your mind
wishes to know
more.
Always beneath
what you may see,
Love is the soil
you stand upon,
rich in its life-giving
nutrients,
are you not nurtured
as you grow strong?
Many seeds are
being planted,
others are pushing
through the dirt,
Love is the water
and Light of sun,
Love is each petal
that unfurls.
Be You in this time
of transformation,
the Heart of You
knows Here is Peace,
Love is the constant
unchanging Force,
embrace this flow,
know You Are Free!
