Grace and Ease

When we talk about
surrender,
it may not be
what you think you
know,
is not surrender
when you allow
yourself
to be immersed
into Love’s Flow?

When you feel constriction,
when there is resistance,
is that not when you
are taking control,
might there be
an easier way,
that can begin
when you let go?

If there is struggle
might you believe
a smoother path
is always near,
when there is something
that is perplexing,
know that a solution
is yours to hear.

Old patterns
and old habits
may come up
for you to see,
with surrender
and flow
might you take
a different route
and find yourself
gliding with
Grace and Ease.

Do not be deterred
by bumps that may
present themselves
in your road,
do they not help you
see another way
that your journey
may unfold?

Try on surrender,
loosen your grip,
on outcomes
that you think
you know,
let Grace and Ease
be yours to dance with
as you move to
the rhythm of this
Loving Flow.

You Are a Divine
combination
of human and
soul,
your human side
is very trainable
to what your soul
already knows.

Might you flex
your human muscles
for the heavy lifting
you may need,
but be guided
by your soul,
there is much wisdom
there to heed.

There will be many
opportunities
that cycle back
so you may try,
a different approach
to a pattern
that may have you
asking “why”.

And why not do things
differently,
now that your awareness
has grown,
might you find presence
in each moment
and trust in how
it all unfolds?

You are a Team
in this incarnation,
and surrounded with
Love at all times,
give your human side
a hug,
with a heart that
knows
It Is Divine.

Breathe in the Force
that breathes You,
remember you are
part of this
Loving Flow,
your human and soul
love to dance
together,
You Are Free
when you
let go!

find balance,
is not this center
simply Love?
You can always return
to this peaceful space,
does it not feel
so much like
Home?

You may have
loved ones who
help you,
who remind you
of Home,
do they not continue
this dance,
assuring you are
never alone.

You may at times
lose your balance,
but do not helpful
hands reach out,
to remind you
you are so Loved,
is this not what
Love is all about?

You always carry
your true center
wherever you go,
Be Here,
find Peace,
there is no place
like Home.

Be organically, You.

In this time
of summer’s magic,
when buds and blossoms
turn into blooms,
might you learn
from nature’s bounty,
to be organically, you.

The flowers cannot help
but display their
magnificence,
fruits and vegetables
are bursting through,
in this season of
manifesting,
are you not inspired
to be organically, you?

Gift yourself the time
and patience
to appreciate all
seasons of your life,
you have roots that
keep you grounded,
nourishing you at
the perfect time.

As the sun and rain
paint beautiful pictures
on the canvas of
the sky so blue,
are you not a master,
a creator,
do you not flourish
when you are
organically, you?

Take a page from
Nature’s story,
be amazed at what
resides in you –
You Are bountiful,
You Are glorious,
Love displays its beauty,
organically,
through You!

you may look within,
does inspiration not come,
when you find
the spirit within?

Is not Love
the Living Force
that moves you
and propels you
along,
are you not a
creation
of Love’s vibration,
playing the music
of Infinite songs?

Get in tune,
be in touch
with what your heart
has to say,
your inner voice
and knowing is
working,
might you trust
and allow
today?

The inspiration that
you seek,
that lifts you up
and lights up
your mind,
is the Force
that reminds you,
on Wings of Love,
yes, you may fly!

You may look up,
you may look within,
believe the Truth
of your Spirit
within.

Connect with Love.

You speak this language
of connection,
it is native to
your soul,
when you wish to learn
about it,
do you not realize
it is what you
know?

All are made up
of Love’s vibration,
you and everyone
you know,
be they here upon
the planet,
or vibrating elsewhere
with their soul.

You cannot help but
be connected,
even as a human
you may not know,
but rest assured
you are connecting –
with the Language of
Love
within your soul.

You are connected
with Love,
there can be no other
way,
your Higher Self
speaks this language,
are you not aware
of guidance
that has a lot
to say?

Know that your loved ones
you cannot see,
are fluent as well
in the Language of Love,
connect with Love
to draw them close,
your hearts sing
as One,
harmonizing
with Love.

Be grateful
for every opportunity
that comes to you
so you may see,
when fear arises
do you not have tools
to move beyond it
fearlessly?

With Humility,
might you serve
beyond yourself
for the greater good,
with Joy do you not
realize,
the Love you give
is what you are
served?

There are cycles
that keep spiraling,
letting you experience
it all,
you can create a
different outcome
when you choose
a different route
to walk.

With Gratitude
in your heart,
embracing what shows
up for you each day,
Gratitude,
Humility and
Joy
will always show
you a loving way.

Have Faith that Love
is always with you,
with Grace
does not Love show
you the way,
you have all the answers
you are seeking,
you have all the Strength
within you always.

the bridge.

When you sense there
is a chasm
that feels difficult
to cross,
what can show you
the way –
let Love be
the bridge.

When your mind tires
from trying
to figure things out
within your head,
let go and move
to your heart,
let Love be
the bridge.

You wish for clarity
in your purpose,
one that is fearless
in its Truth,
know Love always
finds a way –
let Love be
the bridge.

Let Love be your
constant companion,
lifting you up
when you need
a boost,
does Love not connect you
to Who You Are –
let Love be
the bridge.

You are always connected
to Love
and to All that you
hold dear,
always together within
your Heart of Love –
yes, Love Is
the bridge.

become twisted
in knots,
trying to make sense
of the stories
in your world,
might you follow
the strands
that Light the way,
in quiet reflection,
do they not unfurl?

Yes, it is easy
to get caught up
in endless loops
that take you for a
ride,
but do you not find
you,
the You
of I,
when you touch
and believe
your soul
inside?

There is a knowing
as you look beyond
as you look within,
it is all the same,
the You that writes
the words,
is the You that reads
them later,
with a different name.

You need not understand
all of the “how”s,
for you to know this
Truth –
God, Source, Divine,
whatever label you use,
is the Force of Love
that flows through You.

Yes, you may experience
me, you and we,
walking your journey
one step at a time,
but know that You Are
always Home,
Love is within
every story
of I.
