You may think 
you grow,
but are you 
not creating?

As you are a 
Creation of Love,
are you not a 
master creator?

Yes, growth and evolution
play their parts in 
the physical world,
is that not the process 
of the body,
as your soul follows
different rules.

Yes, each breath 
is a reminder,
that a Life Force 
lovingly flows through,
but the You 
that is eternal,
as Love’s Creation,
is a creator, too.

With the loving synergy 
of All That Is,
you are powerful 
to behold,
what might you 
create with Love,
allowing your Essence
to unfold?

With intention,
with desire,
with allowance for 
the Greater Good,
Be a Creator 
in this moment,
honoring the Essence
of the Love in You!

As Love, With Grace

As human,
do you not 
gather what you 
can,
so you may feel 
you are in 
control?

Be it objects 
or expectations,
do you not hold 
tightly,
not wanting to 
let go?

Might you loosen 
your grip and 
shift your focus
away from a separated
you,
in the broader perspective
of Love,
are not angel wings 
surrounding you?

You are held and 
oh so Loved,
there is no place 
where you may fall,
let your breath 
remind you gently,
your life force 
is strong enough 
for it all.

As Love,
let fear dissolve,
your Light dispels
what you do not
need,
with Grace,
may you sense 
this comfort,
knowing Love 
is Here,
with You,
eternally!

Healed Always

You are whole
and complete,
healed always 
as Love.

The body is very 
distracting,
requiring attention,
this is true,
care for this temporary
vessel,
but know it is not 
the Real You.

With tenderness 
and great care,
give all the Love 
that you can,
but the barometer 
of Truth,
comes from your 
everlasting I Am.

Yes, you compare with
your body,
your ego loves to 
keep score,
how does it feel,
how does it look – 
do I need to do 
more?

You have relationship 
with your body,
on earth this is one
way to see,
perfection is not in 
this vessel,
perfection is the Whole
state of Thee.

Might you perceive healing
as washing
your self with Love,
and as you are 
All of This,
are you not the vision 
that you dream of?

To heal is to know
there is nothing 
to forgive,
receive Love’s 
Eternal Blessing,
Beloved child
of All That Is!

An Invitation

Invite Love,
your spirit,
to all you do.

A dish you wash,
a dog you walk,
be it work or play,
invite Love today.

A minute task,
bigger picture plans,
reaching out to a friend,
invite Love to sit in.

May short moments 
of bliss,
expand, extend
to All of This,
may Love be what 
you see,
when your spirit
may Be.

Answer Love’s invitation,
it is simple and True,
You Are Love’s sweet blessing,
the loving spirit of You!

Beyond Time

Is not Divine Timing
beyond time?

Do You not dwell
beyond time 
as the present 
Now?

Do not the seasons 
change 
of their own accord,
the calendar may make 
predictions,
but beyond time 
seasons move forward.

Wildlife and plants 
take cues 
from their present state
of be-ing,
they are connected to 
earth’s vibration,
and their own instinctual 
seeing.

Check resistance,
check your flow,
you are connected 
to earth and sky,
sense the freedom
of this vibration,
as you let go of 
asking why.

Your soul is always 
tuned to Source,
in this present 
you cannot help 
but Be,
beyond Time is 
your True Nature,
wholly connected 
and oh so free!

You bump up against
choices,
decisions you need 
to make,
the details swirl into
confusion,
there is clarity 
with Love.

It need not be 
so complicated,
a choice is always 
for you to release,
your list to-do 
need not add to 
a story,
there is simplicity 
with Love.

Allow your emotions 
to wash gently through
you,
cleansing tears honor 
your human path,
when analyzing takes 
you in circles,
there is inertia flowing,
with Love.

You may experience 
rough spots or friction,
resistance is the ego’s
path,
accept this invitation 
to receive,
there is allowance
with Love.

Love shines its Light 
with clarity,
Love is simple in 
its task,
your soul is aligned
with this Truth,
Here You Are always,
with Love.

Love’s Infinite Light

Find what is beautiful 
with Love.
And with Love,
is not all beautiful?

As beauty is in the 
eye of the beholder,
might you check to see 
what filters you may 
have on yours?

Yes, the world may be 
a scenario of perception.
What perceptions might 
you question as you 
observe?

Let your Light 
see All the Light 
in your sisters and 
brothers,
your perception 
may judge who may 
shine so bright.

Dear beloveds,
You Are All 
this Light,
shining,
shift your perception 
and look beyond to
Love’s Infinite Light.

Know all is beautiful 
with Love.
And with Love,
may you know the beauty
of All of You!

Love’s Rainbow

Throughout life,
you bear witness,
to the human 
experience.
Joy and laughter,
pain and sorrow,
you recognize every 
ebb and flow.

This is a spectrum,
like a rainbow,
that contains all colors 
to be seen,
being human,
you are sunshine,
you are rain 
and all in 
between.

Let Love be the 
rainbow,
be the bridge
between it All,
yes there are times 
when you have 
conquered,
and other times 
you feel you fall.

May you reflect all
of life’s colors
with reassurance that
Love is Here,
it is not you who 
needs to change things,
Love is the Essence 
of all you hold dear.

You are Love’s rainbow,
you are This Bridge,
experience the spectrum 
of human life,
and know This Bridge 
is Everlasting,
you can see all colors,
as You Are the Light!

In the Quiet

quiet and 
listen.

This is not a directive 
to you,
this is a choice you 
make yourself,
in a world with
so much talking,
Be quiet 
and listen.

Allow noise to pass
right through you,
your soul is a filter
working seamlessly,
let insights find their 
way to you,
Be quiet 
and listen.

When you lead with 
all of your thoughts,
yes, you can make 
many things – this 
is true,
but you create from 
within your heart,
Be quiet 
and listen.

Planning, preparing
are part of this 
world,
but you can plan 
from your inner
source,
how to weave Love 
through all you do?
Be quiet 
and listen. 

Be aware of each 
step you take,
as you walk upon 
your sacred path,
upon the winds of
change,
Love is your constant
calm,
in the quiet,
Be Peace 
and listen.

Walking With Love

Walk with me,
Love says gently,
You and I 
as One
do know,
there is no path 
that is unfamiliar 
to Us,
there is no place 
We need to go.

We are motion,
never stagnant,
This Force cannot 
be stuck or stale,
you may think at times
this is life’s experience,
but your Life Force 
always prevails. 

Take my hand,
Love says softly,
together, always,
We Are this flow,
One with Peace,
heart over-flowing,
Love is always with you,
You Are loved so!
