for what to do,
might you release
to what you know.
As your attention
is pulled away,
might you become
aware of your
Eternal Seat,
Home.
Breathe in to draw
upon Love’s power,
release,
breathe out
what you have held.
Here is Freedom,
internal,
forever,
You Are Peace
and
All Is Well.

When in winter
and sun is rising
with warming rays
that melt the snow,
there is ice that
resists sun,
it takes much longer
for it to thaw.
But at its core
ice is still water,
the same as pools
that you now see,
yes, this thick ice
is in need of warming
and much more Light
does it not need?
Ice, snow and rain
have much in common,
yes, they are affected
by a seasonal change,
as all are cycles
might you see them all,
when winter’s cold
returns again.
You relish the sun
with warming rays,
even more when the air
is cold and raw,
might you Be this
warming Light,
extending rays of Compassion
to help the thaw.
Might you see All faces
reflected
in a pool of water,
so still,
so deep,
Be One as an infinite
extension of Light,
lighting the way for
All to see.

Let Love cultivate
the growth in you.
Like a master gardener
who knows the soil
is the foundation for
what may grow,
what do you surround
your roots with,
what other seeds
do you wish to sow?
Let Love surround you
with the rich nourishment
that creates all possibility,
let Peace provide you
with sweet patience,
that you may need
for perfect timing.
Let Love cultivate
the growth in you,
you are quite more
than a single bloom,
you are continually
unfolding,
through every season,
with every phase of
the moon.
Love is a co-creative
process,
you, angels, guides
and loved ones, too,
beloved gardeners
are you not all,
with Love and Compassion
as most important tools.
Let Love cultivate
the growth in you,
in Love’s Master Garden
you are never alone,
behold the beauty
infinitely unfolding,
in Love’s eternal garden,
you are always Home!

You are connected,
you are loved,
you hear “within”,
you wonder “above”,
there is no place
you cannot Be –
You Are One
with All,
You Are
as Me.
Human experiences
may have you confused,
where is the Love
in some of what
you do,
beyond choices made,
what is Real and True,
you walk this journey,
but always return to You.
From your human thought
you of course ask why,
searching within your soul,
to the heavens and sky,
beyond what you may see,
Here is You and Me,
We Are One Love,
as Love’s Reality.
You are connected,
You Are so Loved,
you are within
what you seek above,
this unbreakable bond
is strong enough to hold,
lighting the way to show,
that You Are always
Home.

A leap of Faith
is not a great distance,
do you not exist
on both sides you
perceive?
Is your heart not
already the bridge
to what you know
beyond what you
believe?
You need not make
this leap any harder,
it is something you
can do with ease,
you are already
completely connected,
let this wash over you
and bring you Peace.
Any chasm you see
is from human eyes,
your self believes
struggle is the way
to go,
but are you not
lifted by angel wings,
supported by loved ones
who Love you so.
Yes, Faith may appear
as a leap to you,
for you as human
wish to know
what is True,
my dear,
your Soul sees
your wholeness united,
the hand you reach for
is the Eternal Hand
of You!

Stretch yourself
beyond your
comfort,
see how your soul
responds with ease,
even when lessons
appear not to your
liking,
might reasons be
beyond what you
can see.
Possibility lives in
imagination,
always remember
you are a creative
force,
be aware when you
are saying “no” –
might saying “yes”
help you reset
your course?
The ego is quick
to shut down
what it fears,
the status-quo
is where its
comfort is,
allow your soul
to speak to your
Heart of Joy,
as an infinite Be-ing,
are you not
All of This?
This need not be
a call to change
the world,
though the world
changes through
your Vision of Truth,
be all that is possible
with your courageous
heart –
the manifestation
of Love that shines
eternally through You!

Love your mind
and let it rest.
Yes, this may feel
counter-productive
to the mental gymnastics
you do all day,
you sort,
filter and categorize
to make things fit
a certain way.
Might you accept
there may always be
uncertainty,
with the thinking mind
of course,
but is it not when
you surrender,
that you sense
more strongly,
your connection
to Source?
Thank your mind
for always working,
though it gets tied up
in tightly wound knots,
do you not often
feel like a pinball
that bounces off
walls that are put
up?
There is release
when stepping off the
wheel,
that spins around in
an endless loop,
let your heart show
you true infinity,
Love’s sacred promise
to Love and support you.
Love your mind and
this earthly journey,
that sometimes feels
like a rollercoaster ride,
allow your mind to
take a break and rest,
upon the Peace
That You Are,
inside!

for Peace.
Peace is with you,
now.
Who You Are
exists
beyond this world,
and may be hard
to see with
human eyes,
You Are the
Eternal Light
that shines so
brightly,
You Are Love’s
sweet blessing
always Here,
inside.
Sometimes
you may feel
a distance
from your center,
yes, you travel
off in many ways,
but you are never
far from this
True Knowing,
Love is Here
with Peace,
to comfort,
always.
You may wish
to bring to your
human awareness,
peaceful things to
help you remind,
but as True Peace
is your soulful
birthright,
re-member Peace
to help you balance
and re-align.
You know this familiar
vibration of Peace,
there is no need to
think it has left you,
you need not wait
for all around you
to align,
Peace wrapped in
Love
is always,
eternally,
in You.

Choice begins within.
It may be tempting,
less personal,
to place blame
and point fingers out,
as human,
is it not easier
to cross one’s arms
in an egoic pout?
Yes, in life there are
many opportunities
that you experience
throughout the day –
you may rank them
based on justification,
which ones will you
let go of or
dig in to stay?
Regardless of the
power of emotion
that you attach to
each story lived,
could you not trace
each to a core belief
that questions your
worthiness for Love
to give?
Yes, there is choice
in the world of
polarity,
you may be weary
of the to and fro,
but what may help
is knowing beyond
thought,
You Are Well
and
You Are Loved so.
Allow this deep knowing
to reassure
and help you to make
your choices clear –
how would Love choose
in this moment,
Love chooses you,
always,
my dear!

Let love soften
all places
where you have
stored and stashed
beliefs,
do you not trip
on them quite often,
even as you search
for some relief.
Do not let blocks
of guilt or shame
cover you up
or quiet your voice,
they are here for
you to climb up,
to stand tall with
each loving choice.
Embrace your inner
critic,
who has worked hard
for far too long,
might you suggest
another purpose –
finding Love’s connections
instead of right or wrong?
Let Love transform
what comes up,
asking for Love
or to be seen,
with tenderness,
compassion,
Love enfolds you
with everlasting Peace!
