so hard to bear,
you may feel your
heart has too many
tears,
trust your heart,
its Strength is 
Here for you –

a way.

Love is the glue 
that builds a 
bridge,
that connects you to
who you long 
to hold,
be reassured they 
are with you now – 
Love always finds 
a way. 

May Love be the Courage
that helps you step 
upon Love’s path 
you may not trust 
as yet,
Love walks with you 
forever in your heart – 
Love always finds 
a way.

Your Loving Purpose

There is purpose 
in this lifetime,
but it may not be
what you think,
you need not analyze 
or configure,
there is no map 
you need to bring.

Follow the guidance 
of your heart,
your soul will always 
speak to you,
know that mixed in 
with life’s experiences,
Love is Here to 
shine through.

The human default
may be tricky,
ego is wired a different
way,
it likes to distract you 
with the details,
your soul looks for 
a simpler way.

It need not be a huge 
decision,
Love shines with each
choice you may make,
when you choose Love 
as your simple answer,
has not your purpose 
shown you the way?

Love is purposeful in 
your experience,
may you ask your 
soul today,
help me to fulfill 
my loving purpose,
to see the Light 
of Love, always!

Integration

Integrate all Truth 
and Knowledge,
does not your awareness 
grow?
Your consciousness 
is forever expanding,
bringing to this path 
what is yours to know.

You are All You Are
as eternal,
there is no separation 
of you,
in this life you continue
releasing,
always to discover 
the Forever You.

Integration is trusting,
believing,
all parts of you make up 
the Whole,
let Love be the molding
that fills all cracks,
that you think may
separate you.

Integration is a new 
creation,
though You are the same 
even as you evolve,
Love seeks to know itself
completely,
You Are complete 
as Wholly Love!

With Faith, As Grace

O Precious One 
release your struggle,
you need not fight 
for what you are
worthy of,
your internal spark 
is forever glowing
with the Light of
Eternal Love.

Yes, life’s experiences 
may bring up conflict,
but know this is 
not the complete 
story of you,
the body is wired to 
get your attention,
it makes demands 
upon what to do.

At the core of this 
strange life,
is it not fear that 
wishes to be seen,
what cries out 
for reassurance,
that Love is for All 
and for Everything?

Yes it is easier to 
push away 
what is not wanted 
anymore,
but as all wishes 
to be held in Love,
might Love provide 
what it is asking for?

Build your spark 
into a flame,
let your heart be 
the one to lead,
with Faith, 
see you with the 
Eyes of Love,
as Grace,
Love is Here with you,
eternally!

Wholly You

Allow what comes up 
for observation,
defense and judgment 
are not hard to see,
human behavior 
reflects years of 
scripting,
but might you 
see this play 
differently?

When you allow Love 
to be the director,
might you try on 
another role,
observe and see 
the actors who are 
present,
are not separate 
but part of the 
Whole.

Souls are working 
always together,
to create scenerios
for you to see,
yes, your judgment 
may cloud your vision,
allow Love to clear 
what you wish to 
release.

From this perspective,
sense the depth of 
forgiveness,
that reminds what is 
always True,
yes, you are all playing
out the story,
and every actor is 
Wholly You!

Your Intention

a new breath,
a new thought 
not judged as 
yet,
might you set 
your intention
to Love.

Check your routine,
old habits made,
what do you accept 
that you now may 
create – 
might you Be 
your intention 
of Love.

What thoughts recycle
to keep you small,
your soul has knowledge 
and is open to All – 
You Are your
soul’s intention 
as Love.

In this moment,
there is choice,
do you stay quiet 
or find your Voice –
with each breath,
Be Love’s creation,
always Love.

let fear release,
Love opens a path
always for you,
Love assists with 
words you need,
Love lights up the 
connections that flow 
through you.

Open your heart to 
what you know,
there is no-thing
truly unsaid,
uncover what you 
may resist,
is this not where you 
are being led?

Look through the veil
before your eyes,
your heart brings Vision,
Love’s way to see,
as Love be fearless 
in This Truth,
The Truth of Love 
will set you free!

Mix and match 
your colors 
together,
yes, many parts 
make up You,
sometimes you wish 
to be more muted,
at other times you shine
your brilliant hue.

Rainbows are magical 
in their spectrum,
coming together to 
build a bridge,
no matter the color 
today may bring you,
you may mix any
color that you wish.

Express,
experience
your palette of colors,
yes, they are limitless 
in their hue,
unite as One Light
reflecting Love’s
brilliance,
behold One Love 
that shines always
through You!

Beautiful Light

You are a keeper of 
the Light,
does not All Light 
flow through You?
You are a part of 
this grid,
a web that connects 
Source to You.

You need no bargains 
or promises made,
Light is simply 
Who You Are,
a keeper of Light 
is Love’s illumination,
you are Love’s 
wish upon a star.

The angels love to
dance with Light,
ask and receive 
their loving caress,
in Love’s simplicity
be reassured,
beneath angel wings 
may you rest.

Release your struggle
and your pain,
let Light transform 
and transmute,
you are Home and 
safe,
Beautiful Light,
O Beacon of Light,
this Love is You!

Aligning

intention,
it is at the heart 
of Who You Are.

You know this path,
you have traveled 
to the earth 
from the brightest
star.

Is not intention 
a proclamation
of knowingness 
you cannot learn.

May you embrace 
curiosity,
what bloom may emerge
as petals unfurl?

With tender care,
with patience 
honored,
nurture your self
so you may see.
