Your Natural Home

Be as One with 
All around you,
nature opens This 
for you,
there is no veil 
blocking the trees
or sentient beings 
that pass through.

Do not earth and sky,
water and rock,
vibrate together in 
a symbiotic way,
when you resonate 
with nature,
are you not then able 
to ride this wave.

Listen with your 
heart and soul
to what nature 
has to say,
these are echoes 
of your Home,
leading you back 
if you have lost
your way.

Your sacred Self is 
One with nature,
be it bird or tree 
or sky above,
in This Remembrance
hear your heart sing – 
You Are Home 
where You belong.

A Shift to You

Life is a roller coaster 
ride,
one thing goes up,
another down,
you may be looking 
for a way to keep 
both feet upon 
the ground.

But you are more than
this human self,
you know this deep 
within your soul,
you cannot talk ego
into this,
but shift to the You 
that always knows.

It is hard not to 
try to fix
what the external world 
brings to you,
yes you will do and be
in this world,
but your power is from
a different view.

Surround your self 
with grace,
compassion,
as you shift to see 
your Truth,
from the Self 
that is eternal,
holy,
know This Home
is forever with You!

Here is Peace

In the quiet,
Here is Peace.

Your mind may run,
you wish to walk,
when you loosen
what you need,
release distraction,
let go of noise,
in the quiet,
Here is Peace.

Honor the body and 
what life brings,
but this is not the You
that is Everything,
when you connect to
this Truth of You,
in This quiet,
Here is Peace.

This is your center,
find your Strength Here,
your purpose,
This Love,
makes all things clear,
receive and give 
and thus receive,
in This Knowing,
Here is Peace!

Untangled

When a tangled knot
appears,
do you not wish 
to untie it,
do you not see it 
as a problem
that may be asking
to be fixed.

Might a knot possibly
represent
another path for you 
to see,
be open to its
twists and turns,
it may unfold so 
elegantly.

Be aware of your 
preconceptions,
trust the unfoldment
and knowing what 
to do,
is a knot tangled or
a new way of showing
a new path opening
for you!

Your Sacredness

You know the sense
of what is sacred,
it may be seen or 
something you do,
your heart opens,
there is wonder,
does it not touch
something deep 
in you.

This is You
as your True 
Essence,
your human self 
finds it hard to
believe,
why would not 
sacredness flow
through you,
You Are the tapestry 
that Love weaves.

Where Love is –
is All not sacred,
as is every breath 
you take,
Love blesses you
so cherished,
dear one,
your sacredness
is what Love 
made!

True Will

Follow what moves you
creating fuel,
may this passion 
ignite you,
allow the details 
to unfold,
momentum builds
as your will comes 
through.

This is a co-creative 
process,
the alignment of soul
and human merge,
set perfection to 
the side,
there will be moments 
when you are not sure.

Might you move forward
with less analysis,
trusting your gut with
what comes through,
follow the nudges and 
what feels powerful 
enough to express 
This You.

You may be out of 
your comfort zone,
but does not discomfort
indicate new growth,
co-create with trust 
and knowing,
Strength and Courage
are you and your Soul!

New Growth

In the midst of change
it may be hard to see
the growth,
take a snapshot 
of you dear one,
you are evolving 
more than you 
know.

There are big shifts
and then baby steps
that you wish would
lengthen their stride,
as time is not 
the focus Here,
check in to your
Self deep inside.

Ego loves to resist 
change,
it is this resistance
that wears you out,
from your Self that
watches this,
notice what the friction
is all about.

You need not change 
all of your ego,
the change is You
emerging Here,
say hello to You
eternal,
This is the change 
you welcome, dear!

A Clean Slate

With a clean slate 
are there not
infinite possibilities 
for you,
this may at first 
feel overwhelming,
thinking there is 
so much to do.

But as you move 
away from doing,
blending with the 
Essence of your Truth,
might what you 
create reflect 
Love’s beauty
that is infinitely 
inside of You.

It matters not 
the final product,
but how might Joy
show up for you,
does it not bubble up 
when you have cleared
your slate –
open to something new.

There is wonder 
in possibility,
trust and be 
comfortable with 
I don’t know,
no-thing is blank 
as Love is present,
Be Love’s expression 
embracing your flow!

Safe Haven

Be a safe haven 
for another, 
see with eyes that 
let them know,
listen deeply with 
your heart,
follow this connection
soul to soul.

In the human world 
belonging is a need
that seems never 
met,
dear ones,
you All belong 
to Love,
always connected,
you have never left.

When you connect 
with another,
allow Love’s well-spring 
to flow through,
do you not All 
now remember,
the safety you seek 
is Home with You!

Always Here

Let go to what 
is already Here.

You Are spirit,
Here and now,
always, forever
This is You,
release what hides 
Truth from your 
sight –
let go to what 
is already Here.

Your natural state 
flies with the angels,
is not the veil part 
of your belief,
you need not travel
to Be this Knowing –
let go to what 
is already Here.

As you shed your 
stories that continue 
to keep you 
separate, dear,
You as soul,
as spirit eternal,
rises up joyfully
already Here.

In this state 
is there not 
Oneness,
you marvel at 
nature speaking 
to you,
sense This connection 
beyond all words,
this is your soul
saying I Am Here.

From This Knowing
may you see beyond 
what separates you 
from This,
with Love loosen 
gently, lovingly
to You as Love,
always Here!
