a beautiful flower,
nurturing, encouraging
as you grow,
sometimes your surroundings
may be challenging,
but you are supported
more than you know.
Your unfolding
happens naturally,
but you may not
always understand,
if part of you at times
feels broken,
is not new growth
ready to begin.
From tender shoot
to beautiful blossom,
all phases of You
share common ground,
You Are sustained by
roots of Love that
nourish and support
you Here and Now!

muscles daily,
intend to see with
Vision today,
This is a perspective
that is not foreign,
This is You,
eternal, always.
Ego has had free
reign so long,
you may believe this
is the only way,
but your soul’s perspective
is the Real You,
experience and practice
This today.
The world is quite a
challenging place,
but Love can be found
Everywhere,
Love resides in
All Souls
even as ego masks
what you see here.
Be the Light you
wish to see
and know you do not
do This alone,
your purpose is not
to change the world,
but to remember
You All are always

vibration,
it can be found in
Everything,
nature lives and breathes
this flow,
you sense this pulse
listening to the trees.
Love is a calling
you must answer,
which way to go
may not be clear,
take your direction
from your heart,
Be the inspiration
you wish to hear.
You are rooted in
Love’s foundation,
your branches soar
above the stars,
sense Love’s support
and comfort always,
cradled in the Womb
of Love You Are!

The Truth you seek
may be beyond belief,
but you are propelled
upon this path,
deep within you
is a knowing that
lies beyond
analysis or math.
You may wonder if
you have the tools,
what else to try to
get this problem solved,
You Are the answer,
your I Am presence
is You remembering
eternal Love.
Rejoice with signs that
ripple through the veil,
but You exist on
either side,
your soul is opening
you as human,
say yes to This and
enjoy the ride!

You have no-thing
to hide,
though ego may
think you do,
look with your soul’s
loving eyes and
see your Truth
shining through.
Ego stirs up shame
and guilt
from remnants past
or present time,
now is your chance
to clear paradigms
and patterns that
ego mines.
Once this fuel that
ego craves gets
transmuted to its
natural Light,
does this not lift you
oh so higher,
empowering you to
shine so bright.
Give freely what
flows through you,
there is no-thing
left to hide,
You Are whole,
complete and
nurtured,
Divine Love
is You,
inside!

time to process,
then remember Who
is in charge,
your mind goes out
on its own journeys,
return it lovingly to
Who You Are.
A critical eye and judgment
are the tools that ego
loves to use,
recognize these layers
that bubble up –
allowing release to
wholly You.
Surround yourself
acting as human
with Love that cannot
be measured,
beyond old patterns
of your mind
are possibilities
to be explored.
With Gratitude for
choppy water that
invites you to chart
another way,
as you center to your
peace within,
may you sail with
confidence and Joy today!

your Light shines

upon your story,
what comes next,
what will you do,
breathe in Gratitude

on past and future,
accept the gifts of
Here and Now,
Peace has never
ever left you –

Steadfast and true
Love stands beside
you,
through thick or thin,
never far but near,
your hopes are realized –
loved ones know
the journey you travel –
they are always Here.
Yes your heart yearns
for physical contact,
in life this change
is hard to take,
but changeless is the
Gift of Love,
heart to heart connections
are Here everyday.
Count on Love,
your souls together
cannot be separate
or pulled apart,
Love is a promise,
never broken,
loved ones are
with you,
heart to heart!

Welcome allowance
and acceptance,
as you watch the day
unfold,
you experience this
as human and also
as your infinite soul.
This can seem like
differing angles,
but as you integrate
you see,
your soul embraces
the body’s senses
and you as human
discern energy.
The more you flow
as Love’s experience,
where does one end
and the other begin,
the same applies to
so-called separation,
are You not integrated
as One without end?
Be Love’s Experience

as your body walks
through this life,
know your experiences
are eternally expanding,
as infinite is your
soul’s Light!

Ego makes up and
tells you stories,
they go so deep
you believe them
true,
from the level where
they occur,
you question and wonder
what is wrong with you.
Ego is a self-focused
being,
it weaves its stories
to make something fit,
your mind full of these
repeating patterns,
often finds ego’s stories
hard to resist.
Changing at ego’s level
is hard,
but You Are more
than human, dear,
let go of wishing to
“fix” the problem,
move to your soul awareness
always Here.
From This perspective
you may see heart
hurting,
but You as soul are
safe and secure,
Here You Are
with infinite Love
that supports and mends –
and gently reassures.
This soul awareness is
unconditional Love
that is Here with you
at any time,
breathe into This,
let go of that,
and in This Moment,
remember You, Divine!
