This Peace

Return to your 
sense of Self,
you can come back 
Here anytime,
it may be a subtle
shift,
but you can tell 
there is a line.

This Place of Peace 
does not pretend
that there is no-thing 
going on,
the world, this life
unfolds each day,
but you as human 
are not alone.

See with the Eyes
of You complete,
and when you release 
what ego needs,
your natural compassion
pours from your heart,
You Are fully present,
shining so brightly.

Your soul perspective 
is not a withdrawal,
it is rooted in what 
is Real,
return to This,
dear precious One,
This Peace is You,
complete and healed!

Where Love Begins

See Love’s gift,
this day before you,
release what you 
might expect,
Be in This Moment
as the Whole of You,
to whatever happens
next.

As Humility,
sense your 
Strength,
All you need is 
Here within,
with Gratitude
leading the way,
each step you make
is where Love begins.

Co-create with 
souls of others,
This is where 
You Are at Home,
You Are Love’s gift
shining eternal,
open and align as
Love’s sweet flow!

Believe

Believe in the Love 
You Are.

What makes you tight,
what adds constriction,
it may be time or 
preferences made,
remove the barriers 
that hold you down –
release to the Love 
You Are.

These are the layers 
that make you feel 
that you are slogging 
through the muck,
lighten your load 
to see more clearly –
trust in the Love 
You Are.

Experiences in life
will always need 
tending,
but You as a streamlined
soul can see,
without the added burdens 
to carry,
Be amazed at the 
Love You Are.

With a freer mind
and open heart,
there is no-thing 
you cannot do,
rearrange, reset,
refigure,
realizing the Love 
You Are.

Let go of “shoulds,”
“have to” and see 
with eyes that see 
more of the Whole,
as wholly You 
now free of judgment,
know Peace and Joy 
as the Love You Are!

This Peace

Look beyond what 
your eyes see,
take in the whole –
this happens naturally,
your mind adds its 
beliefs and rules,
but question what 
is not wholly true.

Return to Now,
where your soul is,
without doubt or worry,
is Peace not This,
from This perspective 
do what you must do,
are not All things clearer
from This expanded view?

Ego craves comfort
and wants to know,
it does this by trying
to fix and control,
breathe in your innate
Grace and ease,
from your soul’s perspective,
Here is always Peace!

Beloved

Traveling on a 
rocky road,
may hone your skills 
for struggle and work,
you may ask how much
more to endure,
until you have proven
yourself, your worth.

A road of strife 
is not a test,
there is no-thing
that you must prove,
life brings its challenges
and also gifts,
you may wish to control
what life can do.

Dear one,
release the burdens
you carry,
you need not control 
or fix a thing,
You Are Beloved 
as You Are now,
Love hears your prayers,
You Are cherished and seen.

The road of life 
may be smooth
or rocky,
but you have All 
you need inside,
Be empowered with Love’s
Strength and Courage,
forever surrounded 
with loved ones 
by your side!

All You Need

Do your best with 
life before you,
with your body,
mind and soul,
life brings many 
unanswered questions,
look for Truth –
what your soul knows.

You may not find what
you are looking for
in a world of 
this or that,
your journey is finding 
You in any moment,
no matter where you are
upon your path.

All you need is 
always with you,
Love is Home 
and so Are You,
from This sacred space
of Truth,
let Love weave through
All that you do!

Naturally

Come together
in your wholeness,
you are naturally
aligned,
life experiences 
and beliefs
can leave you 
scattered in your mind.

Allow your soul
to alchemize,
bringing coolness to 
what burns hot,
if there is friction
causing resistance,
what needs released 
that feels so taut.

Your return to flow is
a dance with life
that sometimes has
its ups and downs,
as you find a resonance 
that moves you,
follow the lead of 
your heart song.

Express You with 
your Voice
that has a thousand 
ways to sing,
You naturally are 
in tune 
with All That Is 
and Everything!

Eternal Trust

Trust in the Love 
You Are.

An egoic world 
is always changing,
human behavior 
casts a wide net,
your foundation is 
not of this world – 
Trust in the Love 
You Are.

There may be others 
that push your buttons,
beliefs and patterns may
have placed them there,
to find safe haven 
when pain arises –
Trust in the Love 
You Are.

Allow your emotion to 
communicate to you,
with compassion hold 
your human hand,
surround your heart
so deeply tender –
and Trust in the Love
You Are.

There may not be a
course of action,
you may be weary of 
life’s juggling act,
let go of beliefs 
you wish to control –
dear one,
Trust in the Love 
You Are.

From This Perspective 
You Are Love’s answer,
with nothing to prove 
or to defend,
Here is Peace as 
tumult melts away –
You forever Trust 
in the Love You Are!

The Best of You

When deadlines come 
and time speeds up,
is not your mind
adding to it,
your mind creates 
many shoulds and 
do you not obey 
when mind does this.

As your soul’s perspective 
is beyond time,
might you return to 
this Place of Peace,
with pressure reduced 
are you now not able
to solve any issue with
greater ease.

You have the means 
to be expansive,
when you sense constriction,
return to breath,
releasing added layers
of belief allows you
to Be present with what
may come next. 

Be aware of worry 
that scans the future,
have Faith in You
knowing what to do,
now that your mind 
is free of clutter,
it aligns with soul –
Be-ing the best of You!

Love’s foundation,
Be your authentic self 
always,
winds of change may 
swirl around you,
Be like Tree as you 
bend and sway.

Your roots are infinite
in nature,
your branches reach 
beyond the stars,
you belong to 
All That Is,
Be at Peace with 
Who You Are.

In the world 
of time
Be Gratitude as life
unfolds for you,
Here You Are,
secure in your Strength,
swaying and dancing 
as Love flows through
You!
