Empowered Peace

You have Strength
flowing through you,
Courage is innate
to your soul,
no matter what 
rises to greet you,
You Are empowered,
believe and know.

Your mind with ego 
may feel overwhelm,
be it inner turmoil 
or a world on edge,
may Peace arise from
your deepest awareness,
now go forth this day
being and doing your
best.

You cannot control 
all you wish to change,
but Be the change 
you wish to see,
from this Seat of Awareness
with Strength and Courage,
Be compassion,
Be Love,
Be a Beacon of Peace.

Inspired

When inspiration flows 
through you,
you may wonder what 
is the source,
the whole of you
brings all you know,
but is there not also
a creative Force.

Love’s frequency
with its vibration,
is infinite and 
always Here,
the so-called veil 
is very porous,
might you connect with
others drawing near.

This might be angels,
guides or loved ones,
it matters not the who 
or why,
when you express what 
flows through you,
do you not honor 
infinite Life.

Be an instrument 
of expression,
Love finds a way to 
add its notes,
in this co-creative 
process,
be in awe of Love’s 
ease and flow!

Here Love Is

where is Love,
it is in the air
you breathe,
every cell has Love
within it,
Love is your heart
and is between beats.

Beyond the body,
Here Love Is,
and so are You,
eternally,
your soul extends
beyond your view,
you know this deep
within your being.

Yes you know 
the world needs
Love,
it is Here within
you All,
Be This Truth,
this is your purpose,
awakening is answering 
Love’s call.

You need not 
change the world,
Be Love aligning 
with This Truth –
from Love’s wellspring
of compassion,
share Love’s Light 
that flows through 
You!

Beloveds

Share Love with 
beloved others,
let your expectations 
go,
do not exclude any
sentient Be-ing,
All are You in Love’s 
infinite flow.

Chaos in life 
can be upsetting,
as human you crave
Peace and calm,
lines that are drawn,
with power shifting,
you may seek answers 
within right and wrong.

Be Love’s answer 
to questions asked,
see All as beloveds,
share with their souls,
egos forgot and work 
so hard to save themselves
from fear’s desperate hold.

May You beloved
see your Self,
no matter who 
your eyes fall upon,
rejoice as Love pours
through your vessel,
This is the answer
you have been 
dreaming of!

Where Joy Resides

When your heart is 
broken open,
life around you may 
change and shift,
do not heed time 
upon this journey,
you are Where You Are –
Love’s precious gift.

As your heart heals 
are you not in wonder,
what once was dark
is now full of Light,
forever changed as human
you are,
but soul reminds 
You Are eternal Life.

Express from your heart,
tender and open,
in this sacred space
where Joy resides,
and as you rise up 
from the ashes,
behold with wonder
your beautiful Light!

With Ease

into Peace.

Ego does not like 
too easy,
struggle, drama
are its friends,
might you release 
what you hold onto –
let Love ease you
into Peace.

Ego’s reward is 
your attention,
yes it is hard 
to look away,
see with your Eyes
that have no limits –
let Love ease you
into Peace.

Do not try to change
ego’s mind,
simply shift to 
Who You Are,
now the struggle 
disappears as 
You Are Love
blending to Peace.

Feel the Love now
wholly filling you
as you have room 
to breathe,
You Are This,
sharing the ripples 
of Love’s ease,
through Grace,
as Peace.

A Sweet Release

When you feel spread out
and scattered,
draw in breath,
your sweet release,
work with what 
comes in before you,
clearing mental clutter 
to return to Peace.

Be you as your 
wholeness,
connected to realms
you cannot see,
All of This vibrates
inside you,
in This Flow is 
Grace and ease.

Life is often not
so easy,
but allow your soul 
to navigate with you,
with intention,
may you, your Team –
Be in wonder this 
whole day through!

Carpe Diem

Ego rises to all 
occasions,
bringing with it 
worry and doubt,
the more distracted 
ego makes you,
then is not ego what
life is about.

Your brilliant mind 
is a problem-solver,
it needs not ego to 
stir things up,
along with the innate
Peace of your soul,
you have infinite resources
to figure things out.

When internal drama
begins to tell stories,
look with open eyes
to core beliefs,
you and your experiences 
created these scripts,
remove or re-write 
to gain healing relief.

Return to the Seat of
your Soul,
Here find your Strength 
and Courage always,
sense your power 
flowing freely,
raising you up to 
seize the day!

In Harmony

A Song of Love 
beats in your heart,
use your Voice to 
sing it True,
as you align 
with your soul,
do not the angels
sing with you?

Love’s resonance 
can be your guide,
you are aware 
when things feel right,
all is vibration
and you are Love’s 
precious instrument,
creating with Light.

Know you never 
sing alone,
all who you Love 
do sing along,
be lifted and supported
knowing – 
your notes are in harmony
with Love’s Song.

Possibility

Be open to all 
possibility,
let your mind with 
consciousness soar,
when you loosen 
shoulds and have to,
do you not blow open 
all doors.

You are limitless 
as soul,
as human you construct 
many walls,
why make yourself 
climb over,
transmute the need 
for them at all.

Routine and structure 
may help you here,
but loosen your grip,
open to see
what might flow in 
that helps you notice,
Here are myriad 
possibilities!
