Relax when you sense
constriction,
Love helps you expand
when you feel tight,
begin by breathing in
Love’s breath,
exhale knowing All
will be alright.
Your egoic body
communicates,
but it is not the center
of the Whole of You,
the Essence of your Soul
exists beyond what
your story tells you.
Do your best in
every circumstance
and do not judge
with a critical eye,
ask Love to guide you
through this life,
your expanded Self
is ready to soar
and fly!

though egoic thoughts
can make it close,
with awareness and
realignment,
it naturally reopens
integrating flow.
With attention and
intention,
this opening happens
in a snap,
you need not study
to find out how,
simply breathe in
and You Are That.
This is not a guarantee
that life will unfold
in a certain way,
but with an open heart
of Love,
is there not possibility
in myriad ways?

is felt by All,

This Collective Light,
This Light illuminates

but they do not create
Everything.
Let intuition be a
barometer,
be aware of expectations

expectation is a fuel
for ego,

Be flexible and be willing
to change your thoughts
and patterns as you
question this,
the Universe,
your soul may chart
a more extraordinary path
exploring All of This.
Routine may be needed
in a chaotic world,
but also be open
to another way,
listen wholly to your
still, small voice,
its clarity and Strength

Do not hide your
beautiful Light,
Love beckons you
to step on out,
are you not lighter
when you release
what has made you
question what
you are about.
In your soul and
in your heart,
you have a knowing
that believes This Truth,
this authentic You that
is filled with Joy,
wishes to express

You need not run
from your past,
let the future unfold –

Even in the depths
of winter,
Love’s Light is Everywhere
at once,
the stars above sparkle
so clearly,
the sun shimmers on
new-fallen snow.
You may withdraw
in hibernation,
is this not a perfect
time to rest,
but have no doubt
the Love from your
heart,
is felt by others
needing kindness.
Light returns ever
so slowly,
turn yours up
to add to This,
even in darkness
Light is glowing,
ever-present
in your
eternalness!

Open your heart,
say yes to Love,
Love has been Here
all along,
life situations can make
you doubt,
but you have never
been alone.
You may feel
battered, bitter,
bruised,
sometimes you are
hardest on your
self,
with the help of
loved ones, guides
and angels,
is it not your turn
to forgive and heal?
Unconditional Love wholly
flows through you,
open and sense what
this feels like,
does this not spark
what has always
been Here –
are you not now shining
your beautiful Light?
Forgiveness is an
inside job,
release the judgments
you place upon you,
believe when loved ones
let you know –
yes We Are always
Here with you.
A simple yes is
all you need,
a bit of willingness
to open what is closed,
allow Love to do what
it does so well,
dear One,
You Are Loved

Faith and Trust
are super powers
that help you to

for This You,
you may need to
move it along –
this habitual thinking
you need not do.
As you create new
pathways,
lifting up your thoughts
with Grace and ease,
you inspire your
body and soul
to integrate in this
newfound Peace.

within you,

know what is True –
your soul rises up
to help, assist,
and to Love unconditionally –
