Light to the dark,
what may bubble up

that only needs a
loving spark.
Perceived control
is a non-starter,
but you have tools
for what you need,
Strength and Courage
wrapped with Love
join Gratitude
walking you
with Peace!

This Flow,

today,

life,
but you can count
on Love always.

you feel,

The shadows of
the past need not
have a hold on
you any more,
walk through them,
illuminated,
bring Light to
any closed door.
You need not fear
any door you open,
the smaller spark
of Light reveals –
shadow is only
a myth,
the ego’s way to
hide what is Real.
Knowing your Self
as the Light
reveals the freedom
you have dreamed of,
spread your wings,
believe This Truth –
you fly free as
the Light of Love!

a new shift,
you may have dreams
you wish come true,
you need not wait
for Joy to come,
Its Presence is always
within You.
You may be tired
of ego’s fight,
but honor All
that has brought
you here,
what cries out for
Love to assure,
You Are so very Loved
my dear.
Take Love’s hand,
call in the angels,
but also sense this
Power of You,
Be open to All
possibility,
may Joy with passion
and Strength
flow through!

Love is Here

as separate,

beginning or end.
Love is not given out,
Love is never taken
away,
Love is You
and All others,
forever, eternal,

You need not believe
this is True,
it is a Truth

your soul knows
This already,
your human self
may feel left behind.

here is your Truth
that wishes to

In life there are
a thousand things
that try to keep
you small,
but within is
a Loving Force
that is empowered,
standing tall.
Deep within,
sense your power,
Strength and Courage
are your Truth,
listen to your Voice
that speaks with
Love,
This Is the

For forward motion,
sense your desires,
feel the movement
begin to flow,
you need not have
all of the answers,
have Faith and Trust
until you know.
Winds may shift
as you set sail,
adjust as needed
to stay upright,
sometimes you need
to change direction,
or you may need
to increase your
Light.
This ebb and flow,
this give and take,
might be baby steps
or leaps and bounds,
your life’s course
is yours unique,
you are never lost
with Love always
around!

to Love.
Raising your vibration
is something you wish
to achieve,
in Love’s flow
Here is the answer –
there is no opposite
to Love.
Yes you can clear
what has built up,
but in Love’s simplicity
may you Be –
to Be in consciousness
as One,
there is no opposite
to Love.
A world of contrasts
is this life,
but your soul knows
another way,
Be-ing Love may be
a choice here –
but Here is purely,
simply,
Love.

gets busy with
the details that
fill your mind
in life,
take a beat,
a moment of stillness,
breathe in deeply,
notice your Light.
In This Pause
is You as Peace,
Here is Love filling
in all cracks,
Here is You
whole and complete,
there is no-thing
that you lack.
Take a moment
in This Presence,
This is You –
remember dear,
when you need
clarity and focus,
a peaceful pause
returns you always

Allow change to
happen slowly,
Divine timing is
at play,
know your soul
always has purpose,
gently guiding you
every day.
As caterpillar transforms
to butterfly,
the biggest changes
are not seen,
here is where Faith
and patience help
you to build up
your own belief.
Change is a human
construct,
part of the experience
of this life,
with change is growth
not far behind,
illuminated by your
shining Light.
Like butterfly,
spread out your
wings,
and when you are
ready may you
fly,
delight in a new
experience dawning,
grounded in the earth,
as vast as the sky!
