flows through you,
has it not been Here
all along,
journeys in life are
challenging,
you may wonder
where you belong.
You Are Home now
dear precious child,
feel Love’s arms gently,
reverently surround,
you need not travel
to Be Here,
Be-ing This is You
in This Now.
Your human awareness
may struggle to see
how you are right
where you belong,
Love eternally holds
a place for you –
for You Are always
Here at Home!

your self.
You have been doing
this through the years,
but have you not judged
what you see,
do This from your
soul’s perspective –
get to know
and Love
your self.
Bring your self
out of the closet,
what to keep,
what to move on,
what reflects your
True Light shining –
get to know
and Love
your self.
You may do some things
the same way,
you may change what
needs transformed,
as a Creator look
with wonder –
as you see
and Love
your self.
This is not polished
perfection,
This is You seeing you
in life,
give your self
This Gift of Love –
knowing,
accepting,
Loving your self!

is like puzzle pieces
that fit together when
the time is right,
you need not work to
know all the answers,
the important thing
to know is
You Are Light.
This foundation builds
trust and belief
so you may know
without a doubt –
You Are always wholly
connected,
your human awareness
is now finding out.
Loved ones and guides
delight in This dance,
as your heart soars with
new-found Peace,
you are one aspect of
All That Is,
eternally connected
and forever free!

Breathe in deep
to reset and realign
as you begin your
day,
sometimes you need
to start again to clear
a more congruent
way.
As the keeper of
your energy,
you have tools to
help you out,
remnants of a dream
or feeling sideways
in life can toss you
about.
You need not fix
all that surrounds
you,
but you can bring
your best Self
there,
invite the Peace
of your soul
to accompany you
always,
anywhere!

Rise up with what
feeds your soul,
in life you may
wear many hats,
with a list and
time-clock ticking,
you may feel hard-pressed
to finish this or that.
The present moment
is experiential,
time stands still when
you are engaged,
with any task or
interaction,
you and your soul
show up in many
ways.
Make time,
make space for
your creation,
the Whole of You
wishes to express,
Be-ing your best self
helps all around you,
your passion and purpose
flow out to the rest.
Aligning to your
intuition,
brings clarity to what
you see,
trust yourself,
believe in you,
no matter the hat
you wear –
flow with Grace
and ease!

Be the Love you
know you are,
Be This every moment
toward you,
Love your self –
this child within
wants to know Love
is for them too.
Past wounds heal
from This release,
Love’s energy knows
what to do,
allow emotion to
come up
so Love can surround
all parts of you.
You are the yin
and the yang,
and these together
make up the Whole,
This Circle is never-ending,
infinite, eternal
is You as soul.
Be rooted as majestic
tree,
your branches reach
for the stars,
You Are All of This
and All between,
Be Strength,
Be empowered
by the Love
You Are!

your life,
one phase may end,
another grows,
in between you may
be wondering,
who am I now,
how will I know.
Loves knows You
in every season,
it matters not the
clothes you wear,
the human ego looks
for cues –
where do I fit,
how do I prepare.
The in-between is
possibility,
get to know you
without shoulds
and plans,
like a butterfly that
flows with breeze,
Be free,
Be Home,
always as
I Am!

Be you lifted by
angel wings,
yes the angels
do hear you,
the ego tries to
block this out,
but Source,
yes Love,
forever flows
through.
Soak up This
comfort,
remember your
Strength,
you have never
left your Home,
yes life at times
may feel lonely,
but dear –
you are never
ever alone.
Call on the angels,
loved ones, guides,
but you begin
by saying yes,
your intention
opens you up,
live now from
your heart,
Love’s awareness!

Who does ego
beat up within,
passing judgment
on this foe,
may this fight
now be over,
ask for assistance
from your soul.
The human mind is
quick to blame,
fingers point out
but also within,
it matters not where
you start this journey,
lessen the judgment,
Be Love again.
You cannot change
what is outside you,
energy is lost when
this you choose,
wrap yourself in
loving kindness,
question beliefs here
with Love infused.
Here is where
true healing is,
it may feel like
a lot of work
to do,
simplify this whole
endeavor –
Love completely this
imperfect you!

share your gifts,
use your Voice,
let Love inform all
that you do.
Be it decisions,

or simply an exchange
with someone new,

in This groove,

Love believes in you

your soul and you
are a perfect Team,
trust that Love has
your back,
now with no burdens,
You Are free!
