Ego wishes for you
to struggle,
resistance is its
point of view,
it knows not
where it is unless
it is pushing hard
to get through.
A Path of Peace
with Grace and ease
seems foreign to
the human mind,
but as you surrender
to Your Awareness,
do not dots connect
in perfect time?
Be willing to see
things differently,
as you release what
ego thinks you need,
Be You all senses
that experience
upon Love’s Foundation –
your Path of Peace!

Love is in relationship
with you.
You as human
are connected,
You as vessel know
what to do,
Love honors your
experiences,
All of This is Love
flowing through.
Loosen constrictions –
that is fear,
Be bold,
Be You,
in your Truth,
Love is your greatest
cheerleader,
believe and yes –
trust in You.
You need not prove
to Love your essence,
Love is This Essence
that flows through,
in Love’s relationship
you are always Home
and Love delights
Be-ing as You!

As human you are
every experience,
as soul you watch from
the Love You Are,
you wonder how can
you sense these two sides,
knowing Light never separates
from a shining star.
Your human experience
unfolds in time,
a human perception
allowing you to walk,
but have no doubt
that your Awareness
exists as the Universe –
One with All.
Be Love’s Experience
then loosen your hold
from what appears
to be so real,
with a soft gaze
may you experience
Peace flowing in so
This is what you feel.
This is not neutral,
This Love You Are,
may This add to your
experiences, dear,
the ripples connect
with other souls
who look for One Love –
to remember Here.

in your Truth
as Love,
you need not defend
or justify,
release the shoulds –
let them dissolve,
what lifts you up
to feel alive.
You in This Truth
are Everything,
One with the trees,
the sky,
the birds,
all consciousness
is of One Source,
your connections
with This are
beyond words.
Be you grounded in
This State of Be-ing,
you travel not to
find This Truth,
sense your Strength
that is always ready
to help you soar
in all that you do!

are observing,
only Peace and Love
Are Here,
your human experiences
may bring distraction,
but You, Awareness
are always clear.
You need not convince
your human mind,
that is the ego’s
point of view,
You as Awareness
see This Truth,
Your I Am presence
knows This as True.
Awareness is not
a part of you,
it is All of You
at once,
when you contemplate
I Am,
there is no explanation –
only You as Love!

This is Love that
flows through you,
may your soul as spirit
help you be amazed
at what you can do.
Be limitless in
your endeavors,
let your doubts
melt away,
say yes I can and
know that Love
will help in
every way.
Be willing to
take a chance,
you need not be

find the Joy in
any moment
as Love is cheering
you on my dear!

Meet life where
it is,
with your True Self
ready to go,
you have All you
need within,
use your innate senses
to find Love’s flow.
This flow may not
always be apparent,
life throws you curve balls
at times you know,
but your evolution
continues,
obstacles are part
of life’s rocky road.
No path can truly
define you,
You exist beyond
what you see,
life is where it is
but you fly higher
than the tallest trees.
Walk your Truth
when you can,
have Faith that
you are never
alone,
at every step upon
This journey,
You Are Loved
and cherished
and forever Home!

This may seem like
a riddle asking –
do you know
who you are?
Your human persona
may contemplate this –
but You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
You need not journey
to seek out
This Truth,
simply in a mirror
look,
the image you see
has changed in time,
but You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
Who is inside experiencing
life through this one,
right Here is You
the Eternal One,
your body cannot function
without This Presence,
yes You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
You crave connection
with This Source
of Peace,
but You as This
are already Here,
simply Be the One
you have been at
any age –
You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
This is beyond the
story that unfolds,
your human perception
knows only time and space,
lean back into the You
that watches Now –
You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
Be This Awareness,
Be You as Peace,
This Breath helps keep
the body aligned,
as This Love
show up in all
experience –
You as Awareness
Loves who you are!

light at daybreak,
like the moon gracing
the sky at night,
what fills you up
with Love beyond
all words –
does it not begin
with Gratitude.
To re-align or to
find Peace at
center,
to remember
Who You truly
Are,
to feel empowered
with energy rising –
is All not possible
with Gratitude.
Cherish This Moment
as you breathe in
Love,
may you send ripples
as you exhale,
may you feel connected
to All That Is –
Love blesses your journey
with Gratitude!

You Are All of This
inside of you,
We Are Everything
We see,
it is easier to smile
at one smiling back,
but all are waiting
to be seen.
Sense This Love
as you look
for This Joy,
know it is Always
Here as You,
with the eyes
of your soul’s
knowingness,
can you not see
it in others, too.
Cherish all of your
brothers and sisters,
are not All looking
for Joy too,
beyond beliefs that
ego uses to separate
is One Love,
One Truth,
One You!
