validations, signs,
connections help
you believe in 
All of This.

Believe in you,
in your soul’s 
knowing,
support and Love

your Higher Self is

as they are near.

Your human journey 
will unfold,
but know you are 
never alone,
loving connections
are Here to remind,
hearts connected 
are forever Home!

Remember You.

This You – 
as Source,
wholly Love
is always Here,
though your body 
may be forgetful,
with every breath,
remember You.

Life can turn you 
upside down,
but You as Love 
are changeless dear,
Here You Are,
observing everything,
who is watching – 
This is You.

The human mind 
feels disconnected,
but You, Awareness
see this too,
You Are always of 
One Mind,
sacred and constant,
remember You.

Return to Love,
your I Am presence,
you have never left 
This Truth,
Here in Love’s Arms,
eternally cradled,
is Who You Are – 
This cherished You!

Forever Bonds

Loved ones are Here 
within your heart,
your souls share connections
that are so strong,
you as human may know
great grief,
but You as soul know
forever bonds.

As you are lifted 
by This Love,
may it carry you forward
in this life,
sense your soul stirring,
ready to embark 
upon your sacred journey 
of sharing your Light.

There may be ups and downs 
as life is a rollercoaster 
with twists and turns,
but You Are secure,
so very cherished,
Loved wholly by 
beloveds – forever!

and the textures,
marvel at the tastes
that you love,

Al of This 
is All of You,
even as tears 
sometimes fall,
embrace all that 
you are perceiving –
welcome Home 
to All You Are.

Return to This,
Here is your Peace,
no matter what 
goes on in life,
as the Awareness 
of All That Is – 
welcome Home
to All You Are.

Love’s Adventurous Light

Be guided by your Light,
its illumination helps you
to see,
though the eyes
of your humanness
sometimes are veiled
with what you think
must be.

This Light of Love 
is your true essence 
and when you step back
from the egoic mind,
Here You Are 
as Pure Awareness,
You Are presently Here
all of the time.

Invite This Light 
to illuminate next 
steps,
release what you think 
you must do,
Be an adventurer 
with an open heart,
what experiences might now
flow through you!

Perfectly You

Disappointment is a 
human feeling,
there are many layers
to how this feels,
you may think that you
have failed another,
it may be an outcome 
that was not revealed.

Perception also plays 
a role,
what you think is important
may not be what is,
personal feelings can cloud
one’s judgment,
in a bigger picture you
may understand This.

You need not know 
all of the answers,
return to You who
observes this play,
ego is good at pointing
fingers,
might Your Loving arms
surround you today.

With your heart full 
of good intentions,
do what you can with
your best human self,
release your ego’s need 
to prove,
You Are perfectly you – 
and All is Well!

Trust and Know

Trust spirit,
trust Love.

You have expectations,
wished for outcomes
on what you believe 
you think you need,
Be the experiencer 
of what unfolds –
trust spirit,
trust Love.

There are bigger pictures
you may not know,
a tapestry is made 
of many parts,
you are sacred thread 
woven through many,
trust spirit,
trust Love.

Life may leave you
wanting, yearning,
but You as spirit 
have all you need,
return Here to remind
your self –
as spirit,
know Love.

in This Moment,
This is You in 
all you do,
tune into all 
possibility,
then let Love’s 
vibration flow
through you.

Set your intentions,
make your plans,
as human there will 
be some of this,
but step away and 
make some space
for the Universe to 
fill in what you miss.

Bend like dear trees
that dance with wind,
Be flexible and marvel
at how
when you are willing 
to say yes,
Love creates the magic
of This Now!

Love Is

where you are.

There is no deserving 
hoop to jump through,
you need not fret 
that Love has left,
no matter where you
think you are in life –
Love always meets you 
where you are.

In fact you are 
not separated,
Love is not a destination
to reach,
with space and time 
collapsing in Truth –
Love always Is You 
where you are.

Turn the tables on 
your perception,
Be You as You always 
are Here,
Be the witness as 
True Awareness,
Love always Is – 
Where You Are!
