Sense your Strength 
in grounded-ness,
your roots cannot
be torn away,
Love flows deeper
than the oceans,
always with you,
Love is Here 
to stay.

No matter the tumult
that earth can conjure,
find your way always 
back Home,
You as Awareness 
are always connected,
accompanying you 
wherever you may 
roam.

All souls Are 
This Strength 
and Courage,
even as life deals 
a major blow,
the Love that opens 
up all hearts,
brings resiliency as
Love and Faith flow.

Stand tall in your
present Be-ing,
even as there are things
beyond your control,
Be rooted, grounded 
in any experience,
Be Compassion –
Be what Love knows.

Your Nature

Listen as nature 
talks to you,
be it breeze in the trees
or waves upon the shore,
may you receive wisdom 
from dear Owl,
who reminds you
This All Is You
and more.

Realign and sync
with All of This,
Love flows in the 
rhythms of the 
earth,
release expectations 
that ego always 
looks for,
sense Love’s vibration 
that moves beyond 
all words.

You can ask Love 
what to do next,
in your Be-ingness
sense the answer clear,
move with the rhythms 
of You as Soul,
Love is your Nature,
Be One with All 
right Here!

Here is where
You Are always safe,
life cannot say
the same thing,
but You as Spirit
always know the way.

Honor every one
of your feelings,
they flow through
creating you anew,
may your experiences
be transformative,
as you arise in

into your heart,
let emotion wash

Love cleanses you
and clears things out,
reminding You are
fresh and new.

Stand with Love
be you vulnerable,
feel your Strength
lifting you back up,
Love arises and
sees you there,
reminding you –
You Are enough.

Fly with Love
You Are infinite,
this fearless You
was Here all along,
Love nudges you to
spread your wings,
reminding Here is
where You belong!

In times of turmoil
ego rises up and
begins to thrash
about,
ego wishes for control
and is ready to fight
to work things out.

There is another
perspective that
can help to keep
the Peace,
ask Source to remind
that You Are This,
fire up This connection
for Grace and ease.

Life is not easy,
but You as spirit
can flow with support,
with Love,
with Grace,
when you are connected
to a Higher Purpose,
does This not create
a smoother space.

With greater discernment
all parts of you
can work together
as One Whole,
see the miracles
that bubble up
as you glide
effortlessly in
Love’s Flow!

See your Self in

road alone,

big and small ways –

as All are conduits
from Love’s Source –
Love empowers and
finds a way.

You are not lost
in times of struggle,
walk arm in arm
with fellow souls,
your heart is linked
to All sisters and
brothers –
Love connects and
leads the way!

Your Awareness
is always watching,
return Here to see
what Love brings.

It is hard to change
someone’s mind
and you are no different
from everyone else,
a subtle shift is
all that is needed,
to shift perspective
and bring Love close.

You know the futility
of ego versus ego,
but You are more
than this you see,
save your energy,
be it you or another,
meet in Love’s Field –
here is Harmony!

can set the tone,
what may delight you
in your home,

Set aside your ego
with its plans,
flow as an ocean
moving sand,
as a conduit
for spirit –
look for the
amazing,
today.

In troubled times
help smooth a
path,
celebrate all angels
in any aftermath,
look and rejoice
in the amazing
Love today!

A Quiet Reflection

Take time to rest,
in quiet reflection
find your Peace,
find blessings
to numerous
to count,
even in chaos,
You Are This Peace.

Even in fearful
turmoil,
human kindness
rises above,
when the usual
is stripped away,
in desperate moments –
Here always is Love.

Life may return to
its usual ways,
comparing, contrasting,
separating me and you,
but the Heart
never forgets,
in All Present Moments,
Love is flowing through!
