You live your life,
you do your best,
you experience what

Yes there are times 
when you can give 
all that you have 
on any given day.

But in some experiences,
your 50% is even 
more than you 
need today.

There are ebbs 
and there are flows,
as circumstances
may shift and 
change.

Be compassionate 
with your self,
be flexible and 
rearrange.

Temper harsh judgment
of this self,
your human-ness 
is worthy of a 
break.

Shower Love’s blessings 
upon this you,
may compassion Be 
what today you 
take.

And as you behold 
this you,
right now,
does not a smile 
form upon your
face.

Now share This 
exquisite Gift 
of Love,

in your unique

Here is your help.

You need not solve 
everything yourself,
this is a burden you 
need not bear,
give yourself space 
to let your intuition
and guidance flow

Asking for help 
allows an opening
for you to be 
in Love’s flow,
Here is where solutions
are found,
dropping in so 
you will trust 
and know!

yes the body tries 
to convince you

as it might run out.

Celebrate the 
Eternal You,
relish all experience 
that you have in life,
but know beyond time 
is your True Self,

Breathe life in as 
this body here,
know You expand 
beyond what you 
see,
with Faith and Trust 
in this timeless You –
experience Love

light your spark,
turn up your Light,
you need not solve 
any world problems,
simply Be a Beacon
in the day or night.

When you catch yourself
holding your breath,
fall back into Love’s 
relaxed flow,
Love is Here in
your heart beating,
Here is your Strength,
the Courage of your
soul.

As you connect 
with Source,
with Love,
you awaken to 
the magic of One,
You Are the trees 
that stand before 
you,
You Are the Light
of the rising sun.

There is no-thing
that can dim 
This Light,
shine with the 
hope and wonder 
of the stars,
You Are All seasons 
cycling through life,
forever shining 
as the Love

Love’s recipe is 
in your heart,
be spontaneous,
be open –

Be spirit-guided 
as This You Are,
is this not the purpose
of Every One,
give and receive 
in This endeavor –
adding Love 
throughout 
the day.

Is this not holidays
arriving early,
may any moment
Be a Gift,
wrapped in Love 
You Are This blessing – 
Be-ing Love

A Presence Clear

Spend some time 
with your soul,
take a break – 
know All are Here,
you need not rush 
or hurry dear one,
for beyond time is
your Presence clear.

No matter how many 
transitions that you
go through,
change in life is 
disruptive and yet –
are there not new 
beginnings happening,
be patient,
be willing 
to rest.

Inner reflections
are fine but 
do not dwell
on judgments 
that you have,
take this time 
and space to 
bring Light to 
any parts that need
loving salve.

So catch your breath,
rejuvenate,
your soul and 
purpose are 
Here,
in Wholeness 
You Are One 
with Love,
shine your Light,
so bright and clear!

Embracing Compassion

so close and tightly,
what fears are waiting 
to be released,
trust may be fleeting 
in the world,
but trust that Love 
will set you free.

You have a superpower – 
compassion,
sense how this ignites 
your heart to grow,
Be compassion to 
your self,
spread this generously
to all you know.

If it is fear that 
brings up lack,
sense your abundance 
when This you know – 
embracing compassion
fills you with Love,
and with Love’s Strength 
see You as Whole!

Be Light,
sometimes in life

shadows,
but You as Soul

darkest night.

Accept the challenge

perceptions,

to flow, 
to Be.

is a loving endeavor,

as a Miracle of Love,
arise Beloved
