Listen to the steady 
rhythms of your 
heart and breath 
at rest,
return Here to 
your Peace 
when life is full
of human-ness.

The world may throw 
out many things
to see what may 
ultimately stick,
humanity is a pendulum,
rising on one side 
until another clicks.

Heed your internal 
call to Love,
it may be a respite 
or a call to act,
know completely 
you are supported,
in your wholeness
you remain intact. 

From your center 
aligned and balanced,
yes participate in 
the world,
as life’s sands blow
all around you,
shine your Light – 
Love’s precious pearl!

A Bright Light Shining

your clear Vision,
yes there may be bumps
in the road,
be flexible in your 
navigation,
ready for what life 
may unfold.

Reflect upon who has
come before you,
who do you hold up
to endear,
now gaze upon 
the face in the 
mirror,
You Have chosen 
to Be Here.

You need not change 
the world,
but may you sense 
your Strength 
my dear,
turn your heart up 
to its potential,
your call to Love 
brings the angels 
near.

Do not underestimate 
your Self,
Be You authentic 
in every way,
may you Be a bright
Light shining,
with All who share 
Love’s Light today!

Being You

Be you –
right where 
you are.

You may wish 
for future gifts
or you may long 
for moments past,
yes all of this 
makes you human,
but Be you – 
right where 
you are.

You create in 
every moment,
Here is the perfect
place to Be,
let the day unfold
as it will
and Be you
right where 
you are.

Be Love’s journey 
in time and space,
you are the perfect 
you for This,
allowing time to 
disappear
is Be-ing you 
right where 
you are.

Notice what drops 
into consciousness,
your soul loves to 
flow with you,
may this integration 
Be your Now,
This is You
right where 
you are.

Is This not the 
Gift of Love,
to know 
You Are Here 
always,
Be curious,
Be in wonder
and Be You 
right where 
You Are!

Again and Again

Replenish,
rejuvenate,
much like plants 
soak up needed 
rain,
allow Love to 
shower you –
soak it up 
again and again.

Life and ego 
can make it 
hard to move 
with ease but 
This you know,
saying yes to Love 
flips a master switch
that allows you to 
move and flow.

Imagine You as 
Infinity,
with no beginning
and with no end,
move along the weight 
of the world,
in the cycles of life,
find Light again!

You Belong

You belong.

There is a longing 
that is ancient 
in the human 
journey here,
no matter where 
you roam upon 
the earth – 
beloved,
you belong.

You may have years 
in one community
or have found a 
brand new home,
even when displaced 
by disaster – 
dearest one,
you belong.

Love is your Home 
no matter if you end
your day with others
or alone,
Love is breathing you,
adoring you, dear child – 
you belong.

You Are a Light 
to fellow Lights,
you are honored your
whole life through,
as you are grounded 
to the earth and sky,
to Everything,
you belong!

One Heart

Connecting with those 
who you Love,
be this here or in
worlds unseen,
Love is powerful when 
shared, connected,
Love and laughter can 
heal anything. 

Call upon those 
who you Love,
may you rekindle 
Love’s sweet spark,
may the Light of Love
remind that You are All
joined by One Heart.

Time can pass but 
Love remains,
forever shared with 
hearts so dear,
talk to friends,
loved ones,
the angels – 
All are One
in your heart 
Here!

Forever Home

Wherever you may be,
you are always Home.

May you sense 
your belonging,
wherever you may
roam,
wherever you may be,
you are always Home.

It may be your 
place of shelter
or trail in nature 
you walk alone,
wherever you may be,
You Are always Home.

You belong to the 
Love You Are,
settle in to this moment
and rest your bones,
Be-ing You is the 
place to Be – 
forever and always 
Home.

Circumstances can change 
in an instant,
but You Are constant – 
This You as soul,
Everywhere is where 
You Are –
completely, wholly,
forever Home!

Anything

Be present for 
Love’s magic,
surrender to This
State of Be-ing,
you may fret 
about the details,
but Love is expansive, 
vast and freeing.

You need not bear 
all of the burdens
that may get stirred
up in this life,
Here is your Peace and 
your True Vision,
at all times within 
Love’s Light.

Ego grabs onto 
your mind,
but as You Are 
more than what 
you think,
summon All the Light
You Are –
with Love you 
can do anything!

Riding Waves

Allow the waves
of your emotions 
to flow freely
letting you know,
as a human on 
this earth,
there is so much 
that touches 
your soul.

You have filters 
that help to stem
the tidal waves 
that can come 
through,
experiences in the 
world can be a lot 
for any human 
to do.

You cannot solve 
all problems here,
but dive in to 
your feelings dear,
another’s anguish
may bring up for you
your own emotions
to clear. 

And as Love is in 
every wave,
might you be lifted
by Love’s flow,
as a participant 
in life,
you are on Love’s Team – 
you and your soul.

Ride the waves even
as you may feel 
you are hanging 
by a thread,
This eternal bond 
cannot be broken –
ride with confidence 
as you are led.

With deeper breaths 
and Strength returning,
does Courage not return
at once,
as a fully integrated Be-ing,
dear one,
you never ride 
these waves alone!

This Stillness

There are no words 
for the stillness
that You Are
within your core.

This Presence 
is so peaceful,
that your wish 
is to feel it
more.

You need not build 
your awareness,
might you fall back
into its arms.

This is not a state
that you go to – 
This Is the You
That You Are.

Be okay with 
this stillness,
in linear terms
Be in This space.

You Are One 
in the stillness,
holy peaceful,
beloved Grace.
