those around you,
begin this small
and then expand,
you need not jump
from you to the world,
try this on for size –
do what you can.
Might you choose
compassion over
judgment,
begin with you,
yes this may feel
hard,
does this not assist
in your life’s purpose –
to fully remember
Who You Are.
Oneness is so hard
to understand
in a world that
separates,
begin with you,
look in the mirror –
send Love to This One
and reciprocate!

The weight of fear may
hide your power,
when you believe something
is done to you,
the world is not a
neutral place,
there are many things
you may say no to.
But as you shed
the cloak of victim,
Here you stand with
the Strength you need,
your power has
never left you,
it was only fear that
made you not believe.
And what to believe
if you cannot count
on a world that does
not make sense,
you can believe in
You, empowered,
Be-ing proactive
instead of on defense.
As you return to your
innate power,
does not True Energy
rise from within,
as you are now no
longer helpless,
your helpfulness
is ready to begin.
Roll up your sleeves,
find your sure footing,
Love and support pour
in to help out,
loved ones, dear guides
and angels see You
as Love’s Strength
and Courage now!

Love is the song of
your True Nature,
much like the wind
that flows through
trees,
awakening birds join
in this chorus,
All are a part of
Love’s harmony.
The canvas of sky
is ever-changing,
but you adapt to
how weather flows,
accept each moment
that life brings you,
then Be the change aligning
with your soul.
Life on earth may
not be easy,
but are there not
moments that draw
you in,
take a page from
mother nature,
on a new day dawning,
This Moment begins!

May Love and Peace
be your foundation,
when solid footing
is hard to find,
yes life on earth
can feel unstable,
challenges exist in
space and time.
But even in times
of great turmoil,
are there not Lights
ready to turn up,
sometimes it takes
a lightening rod for
humanity to notice –
enough is enough.
Find your footing
in your Faith
that greater angels
are forever Here,
the human condition
can leave you asking –
where is compassion
in life’s fog of fear?
Look with the Eyes
of your Soul,
say Here I Am
to see with clarity,
no matter the road
that rises before you –
walk always supported
with Love and Peace!

this is a natural
thing to do,
your True Nature
is free and fearless,
you are supported
through and through.
Yes you as human
walk upon the earth,
sometimes a challenging
place to be,
but even in life
you are connected
with All you Love
infinitely.
Take Love’s hand
that beckons gently,
live your life as
best you can,
you have purpose,
this life needs you,
as you Awaken to
this – I Am.
Sense Love lifting
you with tenderness,
constriction melts
away,
“who am I,” you ask
with new-born eyes,
Love answers –
let’s find out today!

Truth in the world may
shift and scatter,
truth as belief may
evolve and change,
Truth that you seek
may not be found in
what you hear or read
on a page.
Does not compassion
open the doors
to what Truth is
all about,
looking out for one
another – is a way
to Be One within,
without.
The world may say empathy
is a weakness,
but is this not a
limiting view,
do you not sense the
Strength of Love
when heart to heart,
kindness shines through.
You need not agree
with everyone’s beliefs,
Truth is not about
who is wrong or right,
as human you stand up
for your convictions,
as Soul in Truth –
for All You shine your Light!

creative connection,
is this not a way to
be heard or seen,
the human experience
is sometimes fulfilling,
but are there not times
you wish to fit in.
Is there not a calling
for All Lights,
the world now needs
to hear your Voice,
you need not have a
bully pulpit –
Be-ing you authentic
is a perfect choice.
Begin by connecting
with your soul,
what lights you up,
what fills your tank,
a creative endeavor pulls
in imagination,
which is key to the
You that says,
yes I can!
Sharing experience helps
others see themselves
and feel they are not
alone,
Be You wholly,
simply,
authentically –
you are the purpose
of your soul!

You may not know
the why or how,
the ways that spirit
shows up for you,
it may be a more
than gentle nudge,
or seeing the past
with a different
view.
Ego analyzes with
what it knows,
a bigger picture
may be unseen,
might there be comfort
in being okay with
knowing you don’t
know everything.
But know this
dear precious child,
you are never alone
with spirit by your side,
your soul is always
a part of this Team,
Here for every moment
in your experience
of life!

Sense Love’s hum that
connects you All,
trees and flowers
sing along,
sun and stars keep
their Lights burning –
lighting the earth from
realms beyond.
In the face of
life’s challenges,
be they big or
sometimes small,
with Grace, compassion
and soulful purpose,
Love connects the
Strength of All.
Life often presents
so upside-down,
but You see with the
Eyes of the Soul,
join with bird-song,
sway with trees,
This Song of Love is
One that you know!

Take a breath,
relax your shoulders,
life brings much to
make you tense,
this may trigger
fight or flight and
in some cases
paralysis.
Scan your body,
this sacred temple,
what is asking
to be freed,
noticing, loving
all parts of you
is a way to heal
what is in need.
Be aware of external
pressure,
but notice internal
pressure, too,
what beliefs must
you live up to,
what is driving
this human you.
Why not today –
let spirit drive,
to assist throughout
this day,
you and soul are
a dynamic Team
that works together
in every way.
Yes as human it
may be hard to
“give up” perceived
control,
why not “give in” to
your True Nature,
to Love, to You –
a Master of Flow!
