in winter you missed,
may you sense hope
of a new day dawning,

for its warming kiss.
Enjoy family, friends
or time alone,
surrounded by Love –
alone you cannot be,
Love is in every
precious breath,
may your day unfold

take a breath,

spirit to come through,

there is no test.

is effortless,
release any expectation

for what you believe,
asking for guidance

in the world,
you have lived through
many chapters dear,
no one lives in isolation,
the effect of one has
many ripples here.
You may think the world
is a heartless place,
but it is your heart
that is needed now,
may the hearts of many
connect with each other
to build compassion in the
world somehow.
Humanity is a living
entity
that has its own
collective heart,
all that is asked of you
in any moment
is to share Love and
Be Who You Are.
Rise up to any forces
that seek to silence
All Hearts that beat
as One,
One Voice,
One Heart that knows
This Truth,
shares the rhythm
beating as
One Love!

As life is linear
you dance with
time,
but you need not always
let time lead,
be aware,
make your plans,
but release time pressure
and pause to Be.
Relish the moments
when time stands still,
is it not Your Presence
that makes This so,
a walk in nature,
a creative expression,
conversation with spirit
taps into this flow.
When you sense the
pressure of time,
do what you need
but release the rest,
there are many forces
that press upon you,
as you push harder
to do your best.
You have control
of what you can
release,
a relief valve is
your sacred breath,
return to your expanded,
eternal Self,
now flowing free in
Love’s infinite dance!

When feelings of dread
arrive and want to stay,
when the world is
a lot to weigh,
scan and discern
old fears that relish
a new chance to
color your day.
Muscle memory holds
on the past,
you may wish to clear
this gunk out fast,
your awareness is a
needed step to release
what need not stay
or last.
Life does not need
to stay the same,
challenges will arise
again and again,
but as you align with
your Strength and Peace,
may you now see clearly
with your Whole Be-ing.
Take challenging times
to see anew,
what new perspectives
now come to you,
create with expressions
from your True Self,
as Authentic Love flows
through all you do!

reach out, connect
with other Lights
to see,
there may be despair

when roads are rocky –
with compassion, kindness
and empathy,

but tenderness is what
the world so needs.
You Are This Love,
no-thing can take
this,
This is your power,
your Truth,
your Light,
rest Here surrounded

so cherished –
then share This Love
