Pausing

Revel in the pause 
when strong winds 
are blowing,
Be your calm breath
when chaos reigns,
find Love’s comfort 
in each other – 
face to face or words
on a page.

Do you not see Peace
when your eyes are 
peaceful,
Love is all around 
when your heart 
is free,
ego may be like a
pendulum swinging,
but You as Peace 
are Here presently.

Be empowered with
Love’s alignment,
you need no instruction
as your soul knows,
trust you have 
This Peace Here 
within you – 
Be the pause,
Here is where 
Love flows!

A Loving Reflection

Connect with life,
surround yourself 
with nature,
walk city streets and
marvel at the sounds,
a quaint town square
now is so familiar,
Be All You Are
anywhere You 
are found.

See family, friends and
complete strangers
with fresh eyes that 
see to their souls,
their connection with life
may look different 
at first,
but their Lights are part
of the Same Whole.

Be Love’s Spark that 
helps another to see
how cherished they are
in this challenging life,
Be a ray of kindness 
and compassion,
are you not a reflection 
of each other’s Light!

Letting Go

Letting go is not 
giving up,
this release
empowers you,
there is much in life
you cannot control,
so free yourself to
what you can do.

Let go as well 
the grip of 
self-judgment,
ego uses this to
keep you small,
let go of the weight 
of shoulds that 
hamper your clarity
that comes from 
standing tall.

This is not running 
from challenges arising,
this is tapping in to 
You as Soul,
as you release that
which says you can’t,
say Yes to the power 
of letting go!

Loving Flow

Be loving, today.

Be in this space,
you need not be 
perfect,
but keep this intention
close at hand,
add loving flavor 
to the soup of life –
may your doing
Be loving, today.

Life brings its 
challenges and 
ups and downs,
requiring you to 
navigate what to 
do,
when in doubt or 
to find the flow – 
may your doing 
Be loving, today.

Hand over the reins
when you are holding 
too tight on what 
you think you must
do,
to find the sweet spot in
what life can bring – 
may your living 
Be loving, today!

Every One

Be gentle and kind
to the body here,
it walks you down 
every earthly road,
when it asks for help,
listen with your heart,
together soul and body
are one amazing mold.

It is easy to judge bodies
in this life,
it is the first thing 
that you compare,
why not delight in 
these differences,
One Mind is playing 
infinite roles here.

May your compassion 
begin with you,
connect with body 
so you may in life
share,
every cell and atom 
attunes to This Love,
Be kind to Every body 
Everywhere!

A Presence of Peace

Take a cue from nature
and Be the Presence 
of Peace.

Be the calm following
a storm,
a grateful return
to normalcy.

Notice the stillness
following spring winds,
Be the quiet when
noise is gone.

When banks recede 
from overflowing,
Nature re-seeds and 
becomes re-born.

A creative shift may
feel unsettled,
remember change 
is life itself.

Behold the Miracle
of Nature,
return to This Center,
lo – All is Well!

You Simply Are

return to breath,
you realign
when you breathe.

Set aside your mind,
don’t figure it out –
focus on breath 
to return 
to Peace. 

The body at times
can be prickly 
and rough,
but trust the 
body now.

Breathe in,
breathe out,
This Bridge of 
your Soul,
will take care 
of the how.

When overwhelmed,
return to breath,
realign with 
your Truth.

You simply Are,
with breath 
now Be – 
This Peace 
that Is always 
Here with You!

This Ride

Lift each other 
up in life,
listen closely to
what another says,
your egoic mind 
wants to analyze, 
but Be a safe haven,
a place to rest.

The sharing of Joy
strengthens Love’s 
vast web,
what happens to One
is for All to see,
send blessings of Love 
to family, friends and
neighbors,
are you not strengthening
a Whole Community?

Be generous with the 
Love that flows with 
ease,
it loves to grow,
reaching far and wide,
resist the urge to tell
Love what to do,
Be a vessel for Love – 
share and enjoy
This Ride!

A Circle of Love

may you feel 
complete and whole,
All of You are 
forever, together,
you know This Truth
within your soul.

Sense the magic that
Love brings you,
a sparkling radiance
that you recognize,
does Love not send a kiss
from an angel,
filling you with the Light 
of a starry sky.

Hope and healing 
are here for you
dear one,
though as soul 
You are Whole,
complete,
may you sense 
Love’s Joy in knowing,
All You Love 
are Here eternally!

The Light

You Are the Light.

Streaming through clouds 
or rain,
or a beautiful spring day 
from beginning to end,
like the sun’s rays that
find a way – 
You Are the Light.

You may not know 
where your Light goes,
does it not touch 
another’s soul,
Be a beacon
also for you – 
You Are the Light.

When you are frustrated 
with cause and effect,
or events that have not 
happened yet,
in this present 
You Are Love’s gift – 
You Are the Light.

When you are lost 
or feel alone,
Love’s Light is 
with you – now,
at Home,
as your Light shines,
Love sees you, dear – 
You Are the Light.

Your spark is Love’s 
eternal Strength,
Courage helps you 
to find your way,
see Love’s Light shine 
brightly in you – 
You Are forever
Love’s shining Light.
