Be Who You Are

Be Who You Are.

Human and soul,
you are This 
AND that,
ego stirs the mind,
stillness brings 
you back,
set your judgment 
to the side 
and dear ones –
Be Who You Are.

You need not squash
one or the other,
life is an integrative 
tool,
yes in any moment 
you can choose,
but as important –
Be Who You Are.

You hear this often –
begin with you,
this inner journey 
is where you find
Truth,
immerse your self 
with loving-kindness –
honoring and seing 
Who You Are.

Allow friction to show
what is hurting,
a loving response is
to sit with This,
you are not broken,
only tenderly human,
We so Love you as
Who You Are.

With a lightness of 
Be-ing,
live your life,
some days feel magical,
some days do not,
but you dear ones
are wholly precious,
in your mystical wonder –
Be Who You Are!

A Walk With Peace

You need not wait 
for a peaceful 
return,
Peace is always Here –
in your breath,
your human self takes
many journeys,
but return Here to 
center and rest.

Ego has you reaching
for the external
to fill in spaces you
think are here,
Love reminds you 
your Wholeness shines,
you will find within 
what you seek my dear.

From This centered place,
now walk this journey,
knowing Peace always 
walks with you,
as you engage with life 
from this Fullness,
may Love and Peace flow
through all you do!

Your Source of Peace

Ego is a master 
of overwhelm,
it can take your mind
on an endless loop,
as human yes doubt 
is part of life’s story,
but do not let ego 
take your power 
from you.

You wish for answers
to ease your mind,
but might you take 
a different tract,
ego uses questions
to keep you running
on its wheel of this
or that.

To stop the wheel 
of fear and doubt,
return to Center – 
your Source of Peace,
this is not a retreat 
to avoid or hide,
this is re-aligning –
asking Love to lead.

Here is where your
breath pulls in
what you may have 
errantly thought 
was lost,
Love’s Strength and Courage 
is your power-source,
return Here to your
sacred Home.

You remain plugged in
to the world,
but Here sense wonder
with Grace and Ease,
continue on your journey
as it unfolds,
empowered always with
Love and Peace!

Love’s Gift

Be Love with no
strings attached,
like the sun that 
warms the green 
of earth,
you rise with sun 
and take in all 
the colors that
come alive as 
day unfurls.

The magical beauty
of nature is always 
here for you to see,
you need not purchase 
a ticket to embrace 
its resonance that 
soul and body need.

Be Love that is not 
on your list,
share This with no 
outcome you seek,
Be Love’s Gift like 
the morning sun
that greets the sky –
and says come dance
with me!

Divinely Joy

You may harken back 
to an innocent age,
when Joy surrounded 
and filled you up,
This is a state of 
unfiltered spirit –
your soul flowing 
effortlessly as Love.

As life unfolds and 
egos collide,
your protective warrior
finds ways to cope,
this wariness helps 
you to survive,
but sometimes walls 
may also squelch hope.

Dear one,
time is but an 
illusory line,
Joy cannot ever be
lost or gone,
yes life is full of
noise and static,
but does not your soul
still know your 
Love Song?

Reclaim This Connection 
to your innate Joy,
it is beyond time,
ever-present and clear,
as human you may not
always be aware,
but the Joy of your soul 
is how You Are Here.

Condense linear time –
You Are This as soul,
now see how your Joy 
need not travel far,
Here It Is – 
in your every breath,
This Divine Presence of
always Who You Are!

Fueling Creation

Reclaim your power – 
don’t give it away
to whatever ego says 
must go its way,
expected outcomes
can be restricting,
Be open to the 
mystical – 
see what spirit 
might bring.

Your Strength is 
creation,
set yourself free,
see what unfolds 
and in you believe,
untie ego’s knots
that wish to keep 
you small,
take a leap of faith,
Love will not let
you fall.

Release the old,
start with a blank
slate,
with Love’s infinite brush – 
what will you create,
transformation converts 
past to fuel,
Love’s brilliant Light 
is empowering You!

Loving Patience

You wish to know 
all that is unknown,
but is this not what 
the journey is for,
there is discomfort in
the “I don’t know,”
but is it not This that
has you opening doors?

If not for friction,
sand would not be 
a pearl,
sometimes expectation may
disrupt your way,
Be patient as growth 
needs time to unfold,
Be present,
Be in wonder throughout
this day.

Change and transformation 
can create rocky roads
as ego wishes to control
and judge,
possibilities flourish in
the great unknown,
Be patient and receive 
what comes to you 
in Love.

Review the stories 
ego tells you now,
peel back the layers
that are no longer 
you,
the shedding process 
may be uncomfortable,
but with loving patience –
may you create anew!

Wholly

Love Wholly Loves you.

Believe in what Love
believes in you,
Love is what you 
can trust,
oh the mountains 
you can climb – 
knowing Love wholly 
Loves you.

Stand in your 
authenticity,
look within beyond 
ego’s blocks,
Here You Are – 
able to Be your Self –
accepting Love wholly
Loves you.

Love invites you 
to this party,
One with Source,
why not share too,
Be empowered by
your Strength of Heart –
proclaiming You wholly
Love you.

In This Wholeness
are you not Home,
your seeking journey 
always ends Here,
Here You Are always 
where You belong,
in Oneness –
Love wholly is You!

Brave and Clear

May your breath 
bring the calm 
you seek,
may your Light 
shine the way 
ahead,
the world has ways 
of grabbing your 
attention,
may internal Peace 
Be your intention
instead.

This is not to hide
or retreat from 
life’s challenges,
your steady Light 
is needed, dear,
as Strength and Courage
are your Essence,
Be You authentic – 
Be brave and clear.

With your feet grounded
on Mother Earth,
your ancient roots also
include the stars,
the Consciousness of 
All That Is flows 
through you –
as you awaken to 
the Love You Are!

 

Reset to Return

Rest, reset 
recalibrate,
consistent tuning helps
your engine go,
make it fun,
treat yourself to 
whatever you need 
to nurture and grow.

The pulse of life is 
an ebb and flow,
as human discern 
where energy is spent,
as soul you have access
to Love’s wellspring
that is ever-flowing 
to top off any tank.

Take care of body,
soothe the ego 
mind,
your Light is needed as
life shifts and moves,
rejuvenate from Love’s
eternal Source,
allowing you to remember
the Whole of You!
