This Tender Moment

You are in this world
but not of it,
expand awareness to 
meet your energy,
You Are the Universe,
the smallest pebble,
your energy flows
infinitely.

Yes call upon helpers
and loved ones,
though they are
already Here,
you need not travel far
to be with them,
your hearts are connected,
dear.

As your heart now 
swells with Love,
this is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
this tenderness you feel
could make All hearts 
with Joy now sing.

May Peace now 
bring you Home,
may Love fill you up,
so do not forget –
this life may be your 
current dream,
but You Are Love 
and 
All of This!

Love Arising

Greet this day as
sun arises,
with an open,
loving heart,
life is made up 
of many stories,
begin this moment 
as the Love You Are.

Bring a fresh perspective 
to any task,
be it small or 
planning ahead,
see what is important 
and keep it simple,
be listening, receptive
to where you are led.

Tell another that 
you love them,
be it in words, 
action or deeds,
someone’s Love tank
may need replenished,
does yours not also fill 
when two believe?

Return to roots,
Love is your purpose,
life will unfold – 
what will you do,
greet each moment 
with Love arising,
it bubbles up through 
This Eternal You!

 

Where You Are

When waiting for 
the fog to lift,
you may wish for it
to move along,
might you find Grace
in slowing down,
sometimes in-between
creates your next aha.

Your human self may not
like being in limbo,
so focused are you on 
where to go next,
do not great dishes 
need time to simmer,
are not sweeping vistas
worth all of the steps?

Caterpillar cocoons,
trusting in the timing
that is needed to 
fully form,
butterfly emerges,
grateful for its journey,
drying its wings
in sun’s rays – 
re-born.

As sun is ever-present
in the sky,
Love’s eternal Light 
always lights your way,
in This Moment,
You Are Where You Are,
so loved and cherished,
eternally, always!

With Peace and Ease

It takes more energy 
to hang on,
it can be effortless 
to release,
though in the world 
of upside down,
do you not “work”
to gain more Peace?

Play with this throughout 
your day,
discern where your 
energy usually goes,
in life you may think
you need to struggle,
but Peace and ease
are You as Soul.

“Hard work” is a phrase
life looks on proudly,
and you do wish to 
get things right,
but letting go,
not holding so 
tightly,
will result in a flowing,
productive life.

You have purpose,
your soul will 
lead you,
be open as you 
loosen your hold,
You Are Love’s 
possibility,
Be Peace and ease
as this day unfolds.

In the Stillness

The world of duality 
is very noisy,
opposites careen 
and crash,
life is full of 
egos shouting,
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

You need not run away
and hide,
though respite is a 
welcome rest,
in any moment you
can remember –
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

Feel Gratitude for
what is simple,
a sip of tea,
a stroke of fur,
in the rhythm of fall’s
cricket symphony
is stillness and 
your Peace.

Your quiet breath 
aligns you with 
Love’s Source that 
flows through you,
Here in the eye 
of any storm,
is You as stillness,
forever Peace!

Illuminated

As human you see things
in linear time,
there might be more 
than meets the eye,
other factors and timing 
may need to coalesce,
the analytical you 
always wonders why.

You may not know 
the bigger picture,
but even that may 
not be all there is,
might you return to 
what is right in 
front of you,
asking what do I do 
with this?

Yes your mind will 
come up with answers,
your emotions will be
looking for cues,
but might you expand to 
Higher Consciousness
to add clarity on what 
next to do.

Resolution may not be 
instantaneous,
there are myriad layers
in life,
be as aligned and centered
as you can be here –
illuminated always by
Love’s Light!

A Simple Breath

A simple breath,
a quiet moment,
relax and take a beat
to Be.

Tune into heart,
with no questions,
Be Love this moment,
forever free.

Give you this break,
This Is your Essence,
Be still and hear your
own heart’s song.

Beyond words is 
your Truth singing,
your soul invites you
to sing along.

Be simply You,
throughout this day,
this is All you 
need to do.

A simple breath,
quiet reflection,
Love says Beloved – 
I Love You!

In Everything

The seasons change 
as do the leaves,
that bid farewell 
to beloved trees,
their colorful splendor 
is to behold –
the Beauty of Love 
is in Everything.

Do not grieve the leaf
ready to release,
buds reappear in 
the magic of Spring,
a cycle can feel like
ending, beginning –
but the Circle of Love 
is in Everything. 

When so much change 
is in the air,
Be grounded like Tree,
behold your Strength Here,
cycles are circles of 
Infinite Truth –
You Are This Love 
in Everything!

Receive With Grace

Be expansive,
Be expressive,
loosen your mind to 
receive with Grace,
is This not where 
you sense the nudges,
your guides,
the angels know 
well this space.

Meet here often,
don’t be a stranger,
eternally you are 
always Here,
let your ego do 
some planning,
but inspiration is how
to get clear.

Let your Higher Self
out to play,
This integration is 
part of life’s plan,
surrender mind,
release and let go
to your Truth –
yes Here I Am!

Wholeness,
open your heart with 
Gratitude,
Here You Are as 
Love so precious,
Home is in this
Heart of You.

You may be critical,
you may have judged,
your humanness is 
of the world,
beyond belief is 
your True Knowing –
believe and trust 
this Heart of You.

You need not look 
in other places,
the Universe flows 
within you dear,
comfort your self – 
eternally cradled,
Welcome Home to 
this Heart of You!
