Your Spark of Light

Your Spark of Light 
is Here within,
experiences in life 
may make it hard 
to see,
protective layers may 
be piled on,
you may have not felt
safe to thrive and Be.

Life can spin a web of
doubt and pain,
ego loves to run this
on a loop,
but You as Soul know 
your Light within,
might you open a door
to your Strength,
your Truth?

Your inner child wishes
to play again,
tap into This in a 
creative way,
Be You and let your
expression speak,
what does your bold self
have to say?

You need not change 
everything overnight,
but a seed planted 
begins to grow,
let Love nurture with 
belief and Light,
dear you are stronger 
than you know.

Sense loved ones and 
angels by your side,
you do not travel 
this path alone,
believe in You,
in your Spark of Light,
lighting the way – 
beloved, welcome Home!

The Mystical Unknown

Ego abhors the 
great unknown,
in this discomfort
ego seeks control,
but control in life
is a wayward path
that has you diving 
down rabbit holes.

Is not the unknown
where possibility 
thrives,
does not the mystical 
move about Here,
not knowing puts you
in receiving mode,
in this acceptance
there is no place 
for fear.

Life unfolds in 
mysterious ways,
you may not know 
the greater picture
dear,
trust your soul to 
help you move with
Grace and ease,
open to the mystical
happening Here!

Your Source of Self

What draws you to
This Moment,
might it be a breath
of life-giving air,
are you not a miracle
of existence,
able to perceive what 
is here or there.

Yes there is much that
brings distraction,
you are to experience
life on earth,
but as information 
careens at hyper-speed,
do you not get lost in
stories that are built?

Use your earthly senses
to return to present,
what do you see and 
sense right here,
now expand to your 
Source of Self,
does not chatter quiet 
as stillness, Peace 
draw near.

Be aware of where 
mind takes you,
return Home by 
returning to You,
your stories of life are
to be experienced,
but This Now is 
your inner Truth!

Authentically You

It is okay to put 
up boundaries,
you do not have to 
save the world,
in life paths can 
intersect,
you may reach out or
to another path turn.

Be aware of choices 
made,
do these not reflect 
upon your self,
the more awareness 
you have of you – 
keeps you from 
hiding you on a 
shelf.

With eyes wide open
see you with Loving Eyes,
This grounds you to 
your inner Strength,
now interact from Here
in life –
authentically You in
every step you take!

A Space to Be

In between 
Here is the quiet,
this expands when 
focus is placed 
Here.

This is the eternal 
space of Be-ing,
in between moments 
that say, “hey look here.”

Life will always be 
very noisy,
like relentless winds
that stir things up 
in fall.

Do you not appreciate 
the quiet even more 
once noise slows down
to a crawl?

This in between is 
infinite, eternal,
return Here to 
this Place of Peace.

If nerves are frayed
from discordant 
winds of change,
return Home,
in between
and Be!

Restorative

Rest and restore
when you are weary,
don’t mind and body 
need a break,
you may push at times 
to move ahead,
but sometimes it is
good to wait.

Cycles of nature
provide clues – 
as daylight fades 
is there not a pause,
animals take their cues 
hunkering down as they 
flow with nature’s laws.

Your body and soul have
their own guidance,
listen closely to what 
they say,
as human you need 
not hibernate,
but what is the best 
way to Be today?

It may be a day 
full of creating,
or even to finally 
catch your breath,
be open to miracles 
big or small,
delight in the mundane 
that feels like a gift.

As you flow with nature
and your Self,
you fill with Gratitude,
sense Love’s comfort and 
tenderness
that is always Here
supporting you!

New Vision

You need not control –
take a step back
and go within,
ask for another way 
to see and with new
perspective now
look again.

There are myriad 
programs running 
in this operating
system of you,
awareness helps you
see some endless loops
that are difficult to
work through.

You can always turn on
soul Vision –
you have super-powers
Here,
your intuition,
guides and angels
are always accessible 
to you dear.

You may not be aware 
of all the “shoulds”
that run your mind,
open doors that have 
been shut – 
possibilities flourish 
when allowed to 
shine.

This may take a 
bit of practice
as you release 
what ego fears,
walk boldly now as 
your New Vision brings
clarity to you dear!

A Space for Peace

You may wish to create 
a space for Peace,
to find some respite 
from life for you,
but in the trying and 
analyzing,
does this not add to 
what you try to do?

Might this sacred space 
already exist,
ego sees a door and 
tries to push through,
dear one you simply 
need to Be –
let go of doing and
return to You.

Your Truth is always 
your I Am Presence,
claim this Now to 
make a shift,
Here is Peace as 
ego quiets,
Here is your soul
saying, “I got this.”

This Space of Peace
may at times feel 
fleeting,
the world as human 
is a lot to take,
but You Are not only 
this incarnation,
Be as One with Peace 
to give yourself 
a break.

You need not formalize 
a meditation
to shift and sense
your sacredness,
you pick the moment 
to Be I Am – 
You as soul knows – 
it’s a simple as This!

Your Heart of Love

Your heart of Love 
may feel so separate,
in a world of 
separateness,
but do you not 
harmonize together,
aligning frequencies
from uniqueness.

Does this not produce
a richer sound,
one that encompasses
a spectrum wide,
add your Voice to 
a chorus of angels
that wish to join 
This spectacle 
of Light.

Stay engaged with 
your heart of Love,
it beats a rhythm
that others can 
feel,
life is full of ups 
and downs,
but souls together know 
All is Well!

This Miracle of You

Tap into your Wholeness
dear one,
All of This is 
All of You,
experiment with 
every sense,
turn up the volume
with Gratitude.

What we mean by 
going within
is to light up your
energy field,
You Are a node 
in the cosmic web,
already connected,
complete and Real.

Reclaim the body as
part of This Wholeness,
it is the vessel upon 
which you ride,
it is a mirror of earthly
imperfections,
but it said yes to You
for this life.

You need not trust 
all roads to be smooth,
but believe in This 
Wonder of You,
may you trust in the
Love that animates
This Miracle that is 
Wholly You!
