A Loving Order

Your mind,
your surroundings,
may become cluttered,
yes, you may ask to 
clear this, please,
but no matter what 
form may hinder,
does not your soul 
move about with 
ease?

You may get mired 
in the details,
yes, there are plans to 
work out in life,
but you need not plan 
out every moment,
might new possibilities 
bring new Light?

You are co-creating 
in each moment,
so do not set in stone
what “needs” to be,
might you walk with ease
into new surroundings,
you and your soul 
together,
walking confidently.

Your human story 
may seek an order,
but sometimes timing
is not in linear form,
trust in the still, small
voice within you,
your soul whispers 
this Truth – 
you are already Home!

Sweet Respite

Find sweet respite
in your breath,
yes your mind may
race ahead,
when there is so 
much to do,
take little breaks
soulfully led.

Overwhelm comes 
when you think 
that a whole day
arrives at once,
let it unfold and 
live each moment,
inviting new ways
to get things done.

Dance with Love
no matter if the 
tempo seems a 
little fast,
when you slow 
your breath
is Here not eternity
that forever lasts?

Be present during change,
this may be an experience
of greater growth,
savor life always
unfolding,
all journeys await
you and your soul!

Transformation

When emotion comes up
to greet you
and you are not sure 
where it is from,
welcome it,
set it a place,
sitting with it 
until it is done.

Energy is constantly 
in motion
and the body wants 
to hold on,
these releases are 
a natural way 
to let go of what 
is ready to move
on.

Laughter, tears 
are so very healing,
your inner child 
wishes to be seen
you may have worked 
things out in your head,
but your emotion says
what about me?

You need not understand
all of the whys,
simply create space
for All of You, dear –
sense the lightness 
of a loving release,
that is now transformed,
integrated and clear!

 

A Treasure Found

Life can be a 
deep dive 
as you loosen
layers that feel 
so thick,
your Essence may 
feel beneath this,
so you excavate 
to find bliss. 

My dear,
your Essence 
is the One digging
right beside you 
all the way,
what drives your 
sense of remembrance,
your soul,
your Essence
Lights the way.

Yes, there is healing 
at every turn,
but is not healing
when you forgive,
this is a personal endeavor
that allows you then 
to fully live.

Dive down deep
when you feel 
that now is the 
time to do This dear,
and know 
your Essence 
rejoices always
as You now soar 
beyond all fear!

This Stillness

Is there not a flow 
that you can sense,
Be still and listen 
as you breathe,
sometimes it is 
so soft –
but its vibration 
calls you to heed.

You as a vessel 
are tuned to This,
even as life has 
ups and downs,
you are a connector 
in This cosmic web,
Love flows within you
and all around.

This Presence assures
you are not alone,
Be comforted and 
pass this on,
All fellow Lights 
know this melody,
your harmony is needed
to sing Love’s song!

Be You

Be you.

This is what Love 
wishes you to Be,
your soul is vast,
your human says “me!” –
All of This is to be 
experienced,
Be it all as You 
Be you.

Toss perfection 
to the side,
this is not a 
solitary ride,
learn, evolve,
but most importantly –
Love and cherish
Be-ing you.

Forgive, forget and 
most importantly 
know,
use what you can 
to eternally grow,
with a touch of humor
and a sprinkle of Grace,
Be All of This –
Be you.

Love expresses through 
you dear,
your Light naturally 
draws loved ones near,
angels and guides celebrate 
you on your path –
what to do love,
Be you!

Infinite Gratitude

Be thankful.
Be grateful.
If not big,
may the smallest 
thing fit.

Start with something,
sense your willingness,
which is the opening 
to All of This.

The way to end 
your resistance 
is to Be part 
of Love’s flow.

Giving thanks 
with Gratitude
puts you in line
with your soul.

With allowance 
and acceptance,
what might you do with
what flows through.

Be thankful.
Be grateful.
Love’s eternal power 
forever is in You!

Knowing Trust

Trust in Love.

You read this much,
you know This Truth,
but you may balk when
it comes to you,
as You Are All 
That Is –
Trust in Love.

The world is chaotic,
upside down,
you wonder why 
you are around,
no matter where 
you think you are –
Trust in Love.

Your presence speaks 
to other souls,
you need not understand
what your soul knows,
with perseverance,
with acceptance –
Trust in love.

Love validates at times
to show you,
but ride Faith’s wings
when you are not sure,
believe to know,
know to believe,
trusting in Love 
is 
trusting in You!

Relax

Relax when you sense
constriction,
Love helps you expand
when you feel tight,
begin by breathing in 
Love’s breath,
exhale knowing All 
will be alright.

Your egoic body 
communicates,
but it is not the center
of the Whole of You,
the Essence of your Soul 
exists beyond what 
your story tells you.

Do your best in 
every circumstance
and do not judge
with a critical eye,
ask Love to guide you
through this life,
your expanded Self 
is ready to soar 
and fly!

Clearly, Strength

Question your thoughts,
yes poke holes through
them,
they are not as in stone
as you think,
thoughts have woven
many stories,
but they do not create
Everything.

Let intuition be a 
barometer,
be aware of expectations
made,
expectation is a fuel
for ego,
must have or should 
are words ego would 
say.

Be flexible and be willing
to change your thoughts
and patterns as you 
question this,
the Universe,
your soul may chart
a more extraordinary path
exploring All of This.

Routine may be needed
in a chaotic world,
but also be open 
to another way,
listen wholly to your
still, small voice,
its clarity and Strength 
are guiding you always!
