Breathe in wonder
where you are,
though life unfolds
in linear time,
You Are Everywhere
at once,
Love knows 
your heart,
your soul,
your mind.

Days may fly by,
seconds tick off,
but You as Soul 
are forever Here,
Be gracious with 
your earthly body,
Love your temporary
teammate,
take good care.

Behold the wonder 
of All of You,
You fill the earth and 
galaxies beyond,
your mind struggles 
with what it cannot
see,
your soul reassures –
Here You belong.

May small comforts 
touch your heart,
a cup of tea,
a stroke of fur,
may the stillness of
a dawning day,
help you to realize –
You Are Love’s 
wonder!

when constriction comes
knocking on your door,
ego kicks in

Problems will get solved
with or without you
involved,
it is hard to release,
let go,
but a good rule to follow
to be at your best –

you will still get 
things done,
this is not to shut 
you down,
return to Love’s flow,

Dear Body

Honor your human
emotions, feelings,
welcome them as they
flow through,
they are the body’s 
way of protecting,
but This is not 
the only you.

You as soul 
can assist 
in clearing,
transmuting what you 
no longer need,
dear body,
you need not hang onto
what can be lovingly
released.

Do not suppress
what comes up 
naturally 
in a challenging,
chaotic world,
but your soul is 
secure and ready
for you to Be This 
and observe.

Return to This 
Peace of Mind,
This is your Home
for eternity,
allow your soul to
comfort your body,
experiencing together
with harmony!

You need not deny your
human emotions,
but might you observe 
once removed,
your egoic mind
may have reactions,
but You as Soul 
are watching too.

This bit of space 
can be the difference
between feeling lost
or seeing Truth,
yes, life brings myriad 
experiences,
but your Peace need
not be lost too.

As an observer 
there is no judgment
and might you see 
with greater clarity,
looking for happiness 
in the external
may set you up
with many needs.

There is a constant flow
within you,
Here is where Joy 
fully resides,
open to this flow
as Love eternally
is Here inside.

This is not an either-or,
your human self needs 
Love and care,
but You as Soul,
as Love’s observer,
accompanies you
always Everywhere!

on what is flow,
based on what you may
currently know,
what if what you need
is not created yet,
are you placing Peace
on what you expect?

Yes it is hard to not 
get your way,
go within to You –
what does your soul
say,
beyond your deadlines 
is what may flow next,
working on its timing,
not quite ready yet. 

Life is a changing 
kaleidoscope,
if resistance appears,
try to let that go,
be open,
be curious
and Be amazed –
what might you 
and life
create today!

that expands as you
try to understand 
this life,
bring your attention 
to this breath,
to Here,
your present,
to your Light.

you may look below,
but do not miss
This Truth,
All That You Are,
what is Real always,

Resist the urge
to live out of 
bounds,
your soul knows
the way back Home,
from This Eternal
You Are Infinite,
