in your wholeness,
you are naturally
aligned,
life experiences
and beliefs
can leave you
scattered in your mind.
Allow your soul
to alchemize,
bringing coolness to
what burns hot,
if there is friction
causing resistance,
what needs released
that feels so taut.
Your return to flow is
a dance with life
that sometimes has
its ups and downs,
as you find a resonance
that moves you,
follow the lead of
your heart song.
Express You with
your Voice
that has a thousand
ways to sing,
You naturally are
in tune
with All That Is
and Everything!

You Are.
An egoic world
is always changing,
human behavior
casts a wide net,
your foundation is
not of this world –
Trust in the Love
You Are.
There may be others
that push your buttons,
beliefs and patterns may
have placed them there,
to find safe haven
when pain arises –
Trust in the Love
You Are.
Allow your emotion to
communicate to you,
with compassion hold
your human hand,
surround your heart
so deeply tender –
and Trust in the Love
You Are.
There may not be a
course of action,
you may be weary of
life’s juggling act,
let go of beliefs
you wish to control –
dear one,
Trust in the Love
You Are.
From This Perspective
You Are Love’s answer,
with nothing to prove
or to defend,
Here is Peace as
tumult melts away –
You forever Trust
in the Love You Are!

Love’s foundation,
Be your authentic self
always,
winds of change may
swirl around you,
Be like Tree as you
bend and sway.
Your roots are infinite
in nature,
your branches reach
beyond the stars,
you belong to
All That Is,
Be at Peace with
Who You Are.
In the world
of time
Be Gratitude as life
unfolds for you,
Here You Are,
secure in your Strength,
swaying and dancing
as Love flows through
You!

into Peace.
Ego does not like
too easy,
struggle, drama
are its friends,
might you release
what you hold onto –
let Love ease you
into Peace.
Ego’s reward is
your attention,
yes it is hard
to look away,
see with your Eyes
that have no limits –
let Love ease you
into Peace.
Do not try to change
ego’s mind,
simply shift to
Who You Are,
now the struggle
disappears as
You Are Love
blending to Peace.
Feel the Love now
wholly filling you
as you have room
to breathe,
You Are This,
sharing the ripples
of Love’s ease,
through Grace,
as Peace.

and scattered,
draw in breath,
your sweet release,
work with what
comes in before you,
clearing mental clutter
to return to Peace.
Be you as your
wholeness,
connected to realms
you cannot see,
All of This vibrates
inside you,
in This Flow is
Grace and ease.
Life is often not
so easy,
but allow your soul
to navigate with you,
with intention,
may you, your Team –
Be in wonder this
whole day through!

Does ego not take
your breath away,
goading you into
what to say,
you may feel
defenses rise,
these well-worn patterns
are no surprise.
This energy points at
who to blame,
yes external experiences
set up this game,
you still can fix what
needs tending to,
but are you not sucked in
to “them” against you?
You are Strength and
Courage Here,
breathe in and center,
clear the air,
as you look deeper at
reactions felt,
does this not reflect
your fear that
all is not well.
Yes life is beauty
and tumult too,
you worry that control
is beyond you,
but might you control
how to change your mind,
start with letting go
of perceived timelines.
Return to breath,
return to flow,
This is You eternal,
yes this you know,
bring This Experience
to your life and see,
All is Well in
this State of Peace!

What do you hold on
and cling to,
what beliefs no longer
serve,
these do not need
to be big concerns,
what small things
might you unlearn?
Begin with little annoyances,
preferences,
what comes up for you
so quick,
might you smile
when you see
there is no need for
much of this.
Begin to be aware
of what can make
the ego fall or trip,
as You Are more
than this role on
earth,
might you be able
to handle this?
Be fully human while
you are here,
but observe the hoops
that you jump through,
as you release what you
thought you so needed,
Here is Love and Peace
as You!

Sometimes emotion
comes up swirling,
knocking you off
of your feet,
you need not judge
or push back down
what your body is
trying to release.
You need not understand
the layers that build up
in this earthly realm,
but you as soul
can observe, support,
releasing what may be
part of the veil.
This transmutation
clears and releases
core beliefs you may
question now,
trust and know Love
knows what to do,
you need not know
the why or how.
Simply Be Grace
and allowance,
saying yes to change
that may occur,
your soul remains
wholly constant,
eternally beyond
this world.
Your soul is wholly
integrated within
the body that is
trying hard,
may human experience
be the fuel that
returns you Home,
beyond the stars!

Say yes to Love.
This comes up in
different ways,
as you loosen
what you need,
when you wish
to open up,
say yes to Love.
Awareness may come
with a critical eye,
as you notice things
you do,
with a smile and
thanks to life,
say yes to Love.
Life a a teacher,
this is true,
but there is no test
you must do,
allow your soul
to be your filter
and say yes
to Love.
In a world of choice
may you now choose
from the perspective
of your soul,
the answer is eternally
in your heart –
saying yes to Love!
