Allowing Grace

Sometimes emotion
comes up swirling,
knocking you off
of your feet,
you need not judge
or push back down
what your body is
trying to release.

You need not understand
the layers that build up
in this earthly realm,
but you as soul
can observe, support,
releasing what may be
part of the veil.

This transmutation
clears and releases
core beliefs you may
question now,
trust and know Love
knows what to do,
you need not know
the why or how.

Simply Be Grace
and allowance,
saying yes to change
that may occur,
your soul remains
wholly constant,
eternally beyond
this world.

Your soul is wholly
integrated within
the body that is
trying hard,
may human experience
be the fuel that
returns you Home,
beyond the stars!

Yes, Love

Say yes to Love.

This comes up in
different ways,
as you loosen
what you need,
when you wish
to open up,
say yes to Love.

Awareness may come
with a critical eye,
as you notice things
you do,
with a smile and
thanks to life,
say yes to Love.

Life a a teacher,
this is true,
but there is no test
you must do,
allow your soul
to be your filter
and say yes
to Love.

In a world of choice
may you now choose
from the perspective
of your soul,
the answer is eternally
in your heart –
saying yes to Love!

A Simple Truth

You are known
by your Light.
As Love,
get to know
You.

As you let go
of your self,
more of This Light
flows freely through.

This is not something
you obtain,
it has been with you
all along.

You know it as
you sense it –
Here is Home
where you belong.

Release, reduce
to This Truth,
less is more,
simplicity rules.

As you discard beliefs
once needed,
say hello to Love,
to You!

believe This always,
Love is forever
by your side.

When you shift,
change your perspective,
Here is Peace,
not wrong or right.

This world may be
a cacophony
of humanity that
does not make sense.

See beyond the noise,
the pain,
the struggle,
in your allowance
release again.

Find Truth in your
return to Here –
it has been with you
all along.

Be Peace,
Be Strength,
Be fearless –
Here You Are,
forever Home!

A Shining Presence

Lessen your load
weary traveler,
you need not carry
what is not yours,
as human you collect
many concepts and shoulds
that no longer serve as
you have thought before.

Step back to You,
the One that notices thoughts,
you can question them
or let them go,
ego is seductive,
tempting you to join
in following thoughts
down every rabbit hole.

From your soul awareness
look with fresh new eyes,
you need not wrestle ego
to do this,
return to wonder
dipped in Gratitude,
as Humility,
your soul knows
All of This.

From this State of Be-ing,
the world is wholly new,
accept, allow what may
show up in life,
with your soul’s awareness
grounding you in Truth,
Be Peace,
Be Here,
Be Love’s Presence of Light!

A Flow of Trust

anticipate,
ego is not comfortable
with I don’t know,
how many scenarios are
planned in your mind,
instead of centering
within Love’s flow.

This does not mean
you do not prepare,
but be aware of
intentions made,
are you preparing
to protect yourself,
or to share in the
wonder of what
Love may say.

You have knowledge
and experience,
Love blends All of You
to create This Flow,
delight in the unfoldment
of your day,
knowing and remembering
you are never alone!

Be fearless,

life is an adventure
so take a chance,
your soul encourages,
loved ones are Here,
taking your hand to
join in this dance.

Be it a small step
or giant leap,
your wings of Love
are ready to soar,
say yes to passion
that bubbles up,
helping you discover
more open doors.

In This allowance,
All is possible,
Be receptive,
Be open to what
comes your way,
you simply need to
show up as your Self,
delight in the gifts
Love brings today!

No Problem

Your human mind
loves to solve problems,
there is nothing wrong
with this,
but does it not work
overtime,
trying to solve the past
or what may come next.

Be aware of what you
dwell on,
what takes you out of
your present mode,
if you must solve something
to be okay,
go even deeper to
let this go.

Use your brain for its
amazing functions,
go to your soul to know
what is Real,
how much space is
ego taking up
within your mind,
making all a big deal.

Yes, figure out what
may need fixing,
but there is no need
for drama here,
be efficient with
problem-solving,
and be amazed at
your soul’s energy –
clear!

A Light Release

You have a tank
perpetually full
of Love that forever
bubbles up,
sometimes life
experiences or beliefs
may present to you
a feeling of stuck.

These layers ask to
be released,
situations abound
for practice here,
each time take
this opportunity
to release,
do you not feel
light as air?

Do not add judgement
to choices made
from egoic thoughts
that once made sense,
question and release
your old beliefs,
Love’s Light will
lovingly do the rest!

A Peaceful Allowance

Do not resist when
Grace and ease
find you in your
natural flow,
this may not mean
that things are easy,
but This state is you
allowing so.

Is not struggle
a resistance
to what you perceive
as bad or good,
if “this” does not happen
or “this” is what you
think really should.

Your Grace with Peace
is available,
do you not sense this
when you align,
to your soul,
your inner GPS
that nudges you
beyond space and time.

You may not know
all of the answers,
but Be Love’s experience
as you allow,
let go of your resistance,
Be Here,
Be Peace,
in This moment now!
