When a tangled knot
appears,
do you not wish
to untie it,
do you not see it
as a problem
that may be asking
to be fixed.
Might a knot possibly
represent
another path for you
to see,
be open to its
twists and turns,
it may unfold so
elegantly.
Be aware of your
preconceptions,
trust the unfoldment
and knowing what
to do,
is a knot tangled or
a new way of showing
a new path opening
for you!

In the midst of change
it may be hard to see
the growth,
take a snapshot
of you dear one,
you are evolving
more than you
know.
There are big shifts
and then baby steps
that you wish would
lengthen their stride,
as time is not
the focus Here,
check in to your
Self deep inside.
Ego loves to resist
change,
it is this resistance
that wears you out,
from your Self that
watches this,
notice what the friction
is all about.
You need not change
all of your ego,
the change is You
emerging Here,
say hello to You
eternal,
This is the change
you welcome, dear!

With a clean slate
are there not
infinite possibilities
for you,
this may at first
feel overwhelming,
thinking there is
so much to do.
But as you move
away from doing,
blending with the
Essence of your Truth,
might what you
create reflect
Love’s beauty
that is infinitely
inside of You.
It matters not
the final product,
but how might Joy
show up for you,
does it not bubble up
when you have cleared
your slate –
open to something new.
There is wonder
in possibility,
trust and be
comfortable with
I don’t know,
no-thing is blank
as Love is present,
Be Love’s expression
embracing your flow!

your True Eyes,
detach from what
others may do,
the human experience
is full of tangled knots,
you have within
a way to release,
smooth.
You need not untangle
every knot,
but as you gaze upon
stories told,
question your own
story that tries to keep
you full of doubt,
masking what you
Know.
Open to see others
in This Light,
separated beings
trying to survive,
with Eyes of Love
may you see through this,
may you glimpse Oneness,
and as Love, unite.
Begin with you,
You Are not
alone,
may your heart fill
with what is always
Here,
your soul as Love
forever reassures,
Love sees you
wholly,
completely, dear!

This Moment,
Here is All you
need to know,
the linear world
in time is choppy,
This Presence is filled
with Love’s expanded
flow.
Loosen your grip
on what to do,
dance with love –
let it take the lead,
Here is your center
where you move
with wonder,
flowing with Peace,
effortlessly.
Trust this shift
do try it out,
This is your soul’s
natural state,
human resistance,
expectation,
may obscure what
flows in you, innate.
Life’s moments may
tick by in time,
but You as timeless
can rise above,
as a powerful
co-creator,
release to your
natural state
of Love!

building a story,
you may close something
else off,
keep your heart and
your mind open,
do not believe all
of your thoughts.
Open to a greater
perspective,
you may not know
what might come next,
there is possibility
in I don’t know,
allow for what has
not happened yet.
Faith and Trust
are what is not
seen,
there is so much
beyond your eyes,
take your focus off
of your mind,
follow your heart
soaring through
the skies.
Your soulful intuition,
is at Home in
spaces of “what if,”
is Here not where
the magic happens,
when you Trust,
blending with
All of This!

Where do you place
your attention,
what thoughts or
situations arise,
yes ego loves
to pull you in,
distracting and hiding
you, disguised.
Might you see events
unfolding,
they need not have
a cause,
as human sense
all emotion,
as soul see beyond
what ego wants.
This Seat of Awareness
is You, eternal,
the One that is able
to observe,
bring your attention
Here,
This is where You
as Love serve.
Begin with you,
see All more clearly,
letting expectation go,
as you accept life wholly,
freely,
you free your Self
so You may flow!

Give your self
what you need,
listen when you
get upset,
use this to find
where you resist,
be it from the past
or not here yet.
Resistance is the
friction that you
wish was more
smooth,
but now that it
has your attention,
is This not a path
to You?
Dig in deeper to
your resistance,
listen closely to
what it says,
here is more fuel
that frees you
from egoic thoughts
going through your
head.
With Gratitude,
welcome this clearing
of clouds that once
obscured your view,
as the sun is always
shining,
your Peace,
your Light,
always comes through.
Listen to your thoughts,
but then send them
on their way,
with clearer Vision,
a smoother path,
as your True Self,
now seize the day!

You may ponder
your perspective,
how quickly mind
goes to consequence,
there must be cause,
a right or wrong,
ego likes everything
to make sense.
Yes there are experiences
that go awry,
but is this not filled
with judgment – yours,
defensiveness and
justification are
perspectives of a
separate world.
You have another
choice of mind,
what of the Mind
where consciousness
sits,
This Awareness observes
your life,
but knows You Are rooted
in All of This.
This perspective is You
and accessible,
even as you live
this life,
make This Choice
not from your ego,
but returning to where
You Are this Light.
Your path is building
this discernment,
life provides you
with many chances
here,
may the Peace that
passes understanding
Be the gift that
keeps you drawing
near.
Strengthen this muscle,
question your beliefs,
what perspective will you use
to interpret life,
Be Love’s experience,
Be free,
Be willing to let life flow
through your beautiful Light!

Yes, preferences
may not happen,
but You as freedom
release these needs,
your navigation skills
will serve you well
as you believe.
Your mind may wonder
what to do,
give it a job so it can
help you,
task it with giving
support,
encouragement –
This Team is the
Whole of You!
