As butterfly
lights upon
flower,
as wings of
bird catch
perfect air,
might you release
into Love’s flow –
Be-ing effortless.
Give up,
let go
of constant
struggle,
you are part
of Love’s eternal
stream,
discard the paddle,
turn it over,
trusting,
effortless.
Discern,
see what
may be
constricted,
allow breath
to open with
gentle ease,
your Light shines
in This Truth
of Oneness,
Be You well,
flowing
effortlessly.

Let Love be the boat
you glide on
over sometimes rocky
seas,
may you feel the
Strength of Love,
helping you navigate
with ease.
Be open, receive
Love and support,
coming from old
and new alike,
sometimes a change
may shake things up,
providing new ways
to see Love’s Light.
Look with Love
upon the horizon,
You Are as infinite
as what you see,
You Are cherished as
Love experiencing life,
forever flowing with
Love and Peace!

Relax and breathe
into Love.
You may resist this
as your ego
wishes for you to
stayed stirred up,
there are times when
life’s rollercoaster
makes you say,
that is enough.
You have tools at
your fingertips,
for you to use
with ease,
you find balance when
you invite Love
to remind,
yes, Here is Peace.
Extend compassion
for your journey
and all who join you
on this path,
are you not all
seeking the same thing,
though you may sometimes
feel attacked.
Be aware of your
defenses,
Dear One,
there is no-thing
to defend,
ego wishes for a
fight,
Love gently reminds
to go within.
Relax and breathe
into Love,
what might you remember
in this release,
Be the Peace
that you are seeking,
within This Truth
is Grace and ease.

Be Strength.
This is not a call
to brace yourself,
this is Awareness
that flows within,
your alignment with
your True Nature,
provides the Courage
needed to begin again.
You need not know
all that is before you,
As Love, you know
how to create,
may you receive
and mold what unfolds
into something
that invigorates.
Strength brings with it
a trusted knowing,
you innately have
all that you need,
what of service may
you extend,
what of your soul’s purpose
wishes to Be?
May Strength and Courage
be your companions,
as you walk upon a
path so new,
may you see All
that is familiar,
All of Love is near
and always with you!

to find perspective,
return to this Presence
now,
do you not find
your Self
when you step away
from questions
why or how?
You need not force
to fit into a mold
that you think
might be best,
Be your Self
in any moment,
let Love take care
of the rest.
Befriend and Love
your human self,
doing the best that
it can do,
let your Whole Self
take the wheel,
Love is Here
always with You!

Welcome in the
unexpected,
trust Love as
it unfolds,
take a breath,
be relieved,
when you need to,
you will know.
Your questioning mind
may have you spinning,
move to your heart
to sense Love’s calm,
you need not understand
the why,
trust Love and let doubt
then be gone.
Breathe in and Be
this present moment,
let your breath bring
what you need,
Peace, Love and calm
are You as soul,
may loving answers flow
in the air you breathe!

Are there not times
you hibernate,
much like the bears
in winter’s cold,
huddled protectively,
keeping warm,
even as the ground
is covered in snow.
At times winter’s patience
may wear thin,
but as you know spring
will surely come,
may you picture
bear cubs newly arrived,
needing to den with
mother’s warmth.
In this seasonal cycle
may you receive
much needed Love,
warmth and time
to Be,
as every cycle continues
to turn,
there may be times
when change is hard
to see.
Be as the cub newly
emerging,
when springtime comes
to warm your grateful
heart,
be refreshed and curious
for a new beginning,
the Light of Love
shines wherever
you are!

In life, yes there are moments
when you feel pushed,
pulled,
left behind,
you may feel grateful
or frustrated,
depending on your
place in time.
Change within ego’s
experience may have
you looking for more
clues,
but might you look
where you are changeless,
the soul within,
the Whole of You.
Life’s struggles may
be painful,
they may not make
very much sense,
the world is a daunting
classroom,
as you look to regain
your balance.
What do your emotions
tell you,
which direction do they
point?
What is coming up
for healing
that a loving balm
may anoint?
You have all you need
within you,
look no further
for This Truth,
beyond the story,
Here is Forgiveness,
You Are so Loved,
This Love is You!

your breath is Peace,
return Home to what
is True.
When you tire of
asking what is wrong –
know Home is Love
Here with You.
Be in This Moment
where Gratitude lives,
do not possibilities
abound?
Ask Love to sit
with you for a spell,
Love says yes and
loving arms surround.
Be gentle with you,
may Grace show you how,
You Are This,
Love gently reminds.
Receive, accept,
allow This Truth,
let go and let
your Light shine!

Your soul knows.
And yes, you wish
for this knowing
to enter your awareness
in your life,
the moments when
awareness and knowing
combine,
do these not ease
the human strife?
Might you accept knowing
as a remembrance,
not as a predictor
of the unknown,
there are life journeys
that will unfold
with their own timing
that you may not know.
But rest assured in
every moment,
your soul and guidance
is Here with you,
may you know Peace,
Strength and Courage
always appear with
Gratitude.
Might you embrace your
soul’s perfect knowing,
as it sees the Whole of You,
ask to know you
as Love does,
remember and know
This Love is You!
