Take a breath,
rest, relax,
you may feel
you have worked
so hard,
letting go is sometimes
difficult,
to be aware and
with Love,
discard.

May you honor your
earthly journey,
even as you let some
programs go,
the Love remains,
It is eternal,
and now you see
Love even more.

Memories may shift
to bring you
the True Essence
of Love’s Flow,
with forgiveness,
with compassion,
may you accept You
as the Love you know.

Yes, in this world
you work,
but Love reminds
you, dear, to play,
Be authentic,
Be You,
Be the Love You Are,
eternal,
always.

Beyond Earth and Sky

Be pulled along,
Beloved One,
be it with faery
or star-dust,
you have existed
before this life
and will continue
beyond ashes to dust.

Believe in your
vibration,
that ripples out
infinitely,
some are drawn to
join you Here,
connecting soul to
soul,
person, pet
or tree.

Love’s vibration
is not contained
to what you see
before your eyes,
you may feel a
small part of
All That Is,
but You Are
All of This
beyond earth
and sky.

You Are Love’s flow
guiding gently,
answer This call of
Who You Are,
You Are Home,
precious child,
bathed in Love’s Light,
shining as Love’s star!

Be anchored in Love.

Whatever life may
bring you,
as you question
everything,
there is no question
Who You Are –
wholly anchored
in Love.

Usual ways may
be uncertain,
be not uncertain of
Who You Are,
be willing to try
something new –
securely anchored
in Love.

Your own judgments
may arise,
so you may release
and create anew,
in your willingness,
sense your Strength –
always anchored
in Love.

Remove your coat of
perceived defenses,
you need not defend
the Truth of You,
see your Self with
your soul’s eyes –
safely anchored
in Love.

Yes, life’s journey
comes with questions,
but your answer
is eternally clear,
You Are whole,
complete
and cherished –
forever anchored
as Love.

Welcome Home,

surprise you,

Join Love,
it is simple,
there is nothing
you need do –
accept,

Take care of you,
precious child,
do not invite guilt
when you do,
life is not what
you produce,
Love breathes you life,
this spark of You.

Ego may shake its
judging finger,
when it thinks you
could do more,
never satisfied, ego
makes up stories
that you have heard
before.

When ego interrupts
your sleep,
trying to sneak in
thoughts of woe,
might you call out
these old stories,
seeing them anew
with what you know.

Might your soul
see a new chance
for you to bring
the old to Light,
clearing out need not
wait for spring,
through darkness,
You Are Eternal Light.

Take care of you,
be gentle, child,
begin with You
to see This Truth,
your forgiveness
frees your soul,
to show you,
clearly,
Love is You!

Choosing You

When a problem arises,

do you not sometimes

stomp and fret,

is not frustration

when perceived control

slips beyond your

human grasp.

What to do when

Peace eludes you,

when solutions are not

coming fast,

might you realize

your reaction is focusing

on what never lasts.

When emotions have

moved through you,

might you shift to

truly see,

the root of angst,

of your frustration

may not be what

it seems to be.

Ask your Higher Self,

ask spirit,

to help you see

with a clearer lens,

what self-judgment may

need clearing,

so you may breathe

with Peace again.

These situations,

perceived problems,

are not for you

to beat up you,

are they not loving

opportunities

for you to choose Love

in all things you.

With compassion,

with gentle soothing,

receive what Love

wishes you to know,

in your humanness

or your True Nature,

you are adored

and

You Are Loved, so!

your foundation
firm,
stand secured and
anchored upon This,
let emotion,
experiences flow
through you as
you remember
You Are This.

When weighed down
with life’s heaviness,
your Strength and Courage
are always at the fore,
let Love lift what
you no longer need,
Love’s Light dispels
shadows from before.

See clearly now
with Light so
you may see,
Love is eternally Here
with you,
you may have thought
you struggled alone,
but Love has always
shined through You.

Stand with Love now,
secure and safe,
Love’s power forever
flows through you,
receive,
accept This Truth
and know,
Beloved One,
This Shining Light
is You!

Limitless

You need not limit
your self.
You Are limitless
Love!

Fear the constrictor,
builds false ceilings,
saying, don’t expand
or else –
you fill in quickly
all scenerios,
what might happen
if I fail?

Every mountain
has many paths,
some are narrow,
others wide,
is there not learning,
flexing, growing,
are you not changed
on the other side?

You may slip,
lose your footing,
you reach out,
Love’s hand is Here,
you remember,
you are not alone,
the path you seek
is Home, my dear.

Set no limits,
free your self,
walk with assuredness
of this Truth,
you are expanding
your awareness,
but know limitless
is always You!

A Driving Force

You are so familiar
with your body,
might you now See
with the Eyes of Love?

Programming,
memories combine
together,
making you run
on auto-pilot at
times,
your True Awareness
comes and goes,
handing over the wheel
may suit you fine.

The body wants
the story,
the script,
of what next it
is to do,
even reactions
are pre-programmed,
based on beliefs
you believe are
true.

There are times when
cleaning house is
valid to clear some
of this out,
but is not a simpler
solution to shift
and See Love
within, without?

Love this body
unconditionally,
it communicates
and experiences
with you,
but do not give it
all your power,
Love is the driving
Force of You.

Let Love Be your
guiding pilot,
yes, your body is
along for this ride,
may Love fuel your
course with Forgiveness,
with Joy and Peace
forever by your
side!
