Choosing Love

When fear rises up
among you,
is it not ego that
always leads,
with choice of Love
or fear before you,
which one then will
you feed?

Fear is contagious
it seeks to find,
a foothold for it
to hang on,
it likes to separate,
to question,
who might be
right or wrong?

Might you ask for
Love’s guidance,
to help you see this
sacred Truth –
Love is neutral
in its perspective,
there are no sides
to All of You.

Will you allow Love
to lead you,
listening,
honoring
another’s view –
their fear may be
the driver,
but it is Love they
wish will come
through.

Be a conduit for
Peace,
you are Love’s vessel
as you choose,
Love over fear,
embracing All
as Love’s One Truth.

Accept, Allow

Accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

What do you rise up
to fight back,
what makes you worry
about what you lack,
what expectations have
not been met –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

Acceptance need not
mean you quit,
and you may prefer
that over this,
but as a choice
always to you –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

When chaotic energy
is in the air,
be as the tree
full or branches
bare,
does not Tree bend
and dance with
wind –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

In this present
moment Here,
Here is your Home,
your Truth,
my dear,
as One Mind,
One heart,
might you –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

Ask Love

At times your mind
spins and revolves,
around an issue you
would like to resolve,
take a step back and
look from above,
might you see a
different approach
with Love?

The ego mind is
used to conflict,
where sides are drawn
on what needs to
be fixed,
with an open heart,
ask Love to show
a way,
to guide your actions or
find the words to say.

Ask yourself,
what is my stake
in this?
Are you part of a struggle
where you may miss –
an opportunity to see
and hear,
a cry for Love or
support to draw
near.

Ask Love to help you
to see,
with Eyes of Love
to see differently,
in this softness
may Love be your
guide,
may you be an
expression of Love’s
shining Light.

Illumination

There is so much
that you have
learned,
but are you not
remembering
what you know?
It may be hard
to accept
what is not seen,
but is in your
soul.

You need not reach
to grasp all this,
though the human mind
excels at trying hard,
it is a softer
receiving,
this subtle knowing
within your heart.

The quiet of Peace
can get drowned out
from all the noise
bombarding you,
but to turn up
this knowing,
might you first
believe,
then tune in to
You?

Become acquainted with
this knowing,
it flows much deeper
than the world you
see,
let your Spark of Light
illuminate
your path to you,
to Love,
to Peace.

A Purpose of Being

You may accept the
stress of time,
or give the go-ahead
to push,
productivity is a
perception that may
place you often in
a rush.

In a life of so much
doing,
it feels good to cross
things off your list,
but while in the throes
of all the busy,
are there not some things
you may miss?

You can be mindful
as you are doing,
letting go of time
as tasks unfold,
embrace the in-between
as precious moments
and not the “down-time”
you have been told.

And as you expand
your awareness,
do you not view All
differently,
this or that then
merge together,
beyond time you see
the Whole seamlessly.

When your Be-ing
is your doing
and your doing is
from your heart,
is this wholeness
not satisfying,
serving the purpose
of Who You Are!

Love’s Possibility

Stand at the precipice
of life,
breathe in this moment
of Love’s Now,
all possibilities exist,
you need not figure
out the how.

You are Love’s
holy,
wholly purpose,
this may be different
than what you see,
do not allow time
to be a burden,
in any blink of the
eye,
your soul sees
perfectly.

Be at Peace with
your unfoldment,
go within when
you feel without,
allow your soul to
remind you gently,
You Are All Love’s
possibility,
Now.

Kindness

Be kind.

This is an oft used phrase
that you see throughout
the day,
is not kindness a
form of compassion,
be it action or what
you say?

Is there not a softness
to kindness,
is this why it appears
so hard
for human interaction
to share this as walls
are up and the fight
is honored?

Honor your soul,
your own kindness,
does it not begin
with you?
Let Love’s gentle
reassurance
remind that Love
always flows through
you.

Extend the kindness
of your heart,
soft enough to
give and receive,
let kindness guide
you gently,
may it show you
Grace and ease!

Timeless

You may think time
sets the tone
for you,
sometimes so fast
and other times
too slow,
is not time the human
way to see,
what your soul
already knows?

Time may play games
with your head,
but does this not invite
you to pause,
when you need a break
from all the motion,
find the stillness
that lies beyond
time’s laws.

To be timeless
Be with Gratitude,
time stands still
in This mindfulness,
set the tone with
your heart,
always in This Moment,
You Are All
of This!

Possibility

Open a door to
possibility,
though as human
you may shut it
tight,
Love expands,
invites with
ease,
your human-ness
may think that
you must fight.

Might not working
turn to play,
when you let go
of defined goals,
what shows up
in your present,
that past or future
may not know?

Set expectation
to the side,
have faith,
your soul knows
what to do,
be open to Love’s
possibility,
receive what Love
wishes to share
with you!

Sacred Blessings

May you receive
Love’s eternal
blessings,
that wash over you
lovingly,
may you look with
eyes of Gratitude,
is this not the clearest
way to see?

Clear your lens
when it gets
dusty,
do not fret
if the timing
feels off,
all unfolds as it
is intended,
life’s ebb and flow
is hard to figure
out.

Bless the roads
that you have
traveled,
do not experiences
help you to evolve,
receive with your
whole heart,
so open,
the sacred blessings
of eternal Love!
