Where there is constriction
is there not fear,
what do you wish
to open wide,
release your foot
upon the brake,
stand in your Truth,
no need to hide.

It may take a
leap of faith,
to turn the spigot
from off to on,
is not This Flow
waiting for you,
with Joy,
Love says, “dear,
come along!”

You may have thought
you could not keep up,
or that you may
slip and fall,
it is all part of
finding your balance,
fine-tuning your vibration
to hear it all.

This Flow of Love
courses right through
you,
you need not do
a single thing,
accept, allow
this natural flow,
to open you up
to hear your soul
sing!

A Body of Love

Listen to your body,
what does it have
to say?
You may feel at times
adversarial,
as if body is wishing
to be obeyed.

As all is a wider extension
of you that is part
of this world,
is body not checking in
so that with Love,
may it be reassured?

Let go of the cycle
of cause, effect,
there is no blame
to be handed out,
body is simply another
experience,
for you to shower Love
within, without.

Recognize relationship
with your body,
extend This Love
as you give and
receive,
let Love’s reassurance
help you to know,
in the Whole of You,
may you believe!

Beyond Need

You need not ask,
simply hand things over,
you need not work
so hard or fight,
you are this current
of Love that is You,
in linear terms –
through the day or night.

You need not wait
for Love’s sweet blessing,
you are blessed
eternally,
allow Love to smooth
out any friction,
let Love show the Peace
that is You,
internally.

Love need not ride
in upon a horse
to save you,
Love is the Strength
and Courage
of your soul,
as you release outcomes
and expectations,
may you move beyond
perceiving to what
you know.

Ask Love to walk with
you upon this journey,
though separateness
is only in your mind,
You always know the
way to your sweet Home,
with Wings of Love,
my dear,
you can fly!

A Loving Order

Your mind,
your surroundings,
may become cluttered,
yes, you may ask to
clear this, please,
but no matter what
form may hinder,
does not your soul
move about with
ease?

You may get mired
in the details,
yes, there are plans to
work out in life,
but you need not plan
out every moment,
might new possibilities
bring new Light?

You are co-creating
in each moment,
so do not set in stone
what “needs” to be,
might you walk with ease
into new surroundings,
you and your soul
together,
walking confidently.

Your human story
may seek an order,
but sometimes timing
is not in linear form,
trust in the still, small
voice within you,
your soul whispers
this Truth –
you are already Home!

A Loving Review

Restructure,
rearrange,
does this not bring
reactions up,
when past meets
present,
looking at future,
does this not stir
the ego’s pot?

In reviewing,
with reflection,
you may experience
familiar themes,
ego jumps on this
as proof –
do you not want
all to stay the
same?

Let past emotion
come to the fore,
the details differ,
but the feelings
do not,
all are cries for Love
to gently reassure
and to undo what
you have been
taught.

Readdress with loving
eyes,
write a new page for
this Truth,
Love patiently,
eternally surrounds you,
so you may believe
this Love is You!

The Joy of Laughter

Love is laughter.
Love is Joy.

Yes, there are many emotions
that capture
the spectrum of feeling
in a human heart,
but does not time
stand still when
you melt,
into laughter,
being Joy.

Yes, laughter may be
followed by your tears,
an opening heart
opens all channels to
your connections with
your loved ones,
in precious memories,
Here is Joy.

Let laughter bring you
to this present,
allow your body to
remind you –
your heart sings with
Love Eternal,
it gives permission
to laugh,
embraced with Joy.

The smallest thing may
tickle you,
or you may not take
yourself so seriously,
what bubbles up is
a form of surrender,
Love is safe,
Love is Joy.

You are fierce,
you are courageous,
and when you relax
may laughter and tears
flow,
knowing Love is
your True Nature,
welcome laughter,
You Are Joy.

A Compassionate Gift

Let compassion,
your heart’s True
Nature,
be what you share
with those you meet,
it is the human way
to see all contrasts,
you may react
to another’s beliefs.

Beliefs are vested in
the human experience,
yes, you are aware
you are more than
this,
each time you lift
the shroud of judgment,
is it not easier to accept
experiences as gifts?

Be the gift of compassion
you give
so freely, based on
one simple Truth –
your brothers and sisters
are One with your heart,
all compassion you give
you receive as You!

The Whole of You

Love, be with you Peace.
Enfold all parts of you
into the Whole you
wish to be.

Experiences may feel
like chapters,
in the book you
write of Life,
might you lovingly
turn the pages,
as time appears to
fly quickly by.

You are You with
all of your history,
yes, your perspective
does certainly change,
does this not give you
pause,
beyond perspective
You Are the same.

Gather up what you
have written
at any moment
in time or space,
bring it lovingly
to your heart,
honor all experience
past or today.

Peace is You as Love,
Love as You,
brings with it, Peace –
each part of you rejoices,
as Wholly Love
is You, eternally.

Love shows up as
a card sent,
flowers received,
a dinner shared,
on this day of
sharing hearts,
let Love celebrate you.

Love is in a phone
call shared,
a look that always
says, “I see you,”
Love is enjoying
a warm morning cup,
let Love celebrate you.

Love is knowing that
in this moment
and in all tomorrows
that become today,
Here is Love always
within you,
let Love celebrate you.

Open your heart to
this reassurance,
Love shows up
always for you,
receive this shower
of Love’s sweet kindness,
let Love celebrate you.

On this day of celebration,
are you not Love’s
Divine One,
experiencing Love
infinite and True,
Love eternally
celebrates You!

Love’s Purpose

Be a purpose of
Love today,
this may be a choice,
extend a quiet calm
in a day that is often
filled with noise.

Love’s purpose flows
within you,
there are moments
you know this Truth,
when you quiet
to sense this stillness,
is Love not always Here
with you?

Let go of judgment
of choices past,
no need to dwell
on what may come,
the human life has
many contrasts,
but are you not always
Divinely One?

Be Love’s purpose in
this moment,
extend Love that is
innately You,
be purposeful in choices
made today,
allowing Love’s purpose
to flow through you!
