The Comfort of Peace

You get pulled in to 
ego’s back and forth,
do not add judgment 
to these spats,
being human is not for
the faint of heart,
your ego does not like
peace to last.

Know that Peace is not
found in life,
but it is natural to seek 
comfort and ease,
regardless how any 
day unfolds,
may you Be comforted 
by your innate Peace.

Ego lures you down
rabbit holes,
but you always have 
a way to come back,
when you sense you are
lost in an ego maze,
your Light of Love 
illuminates your path.

Be You Peace 
observing ego’s 
antics,
from This Calm now 
interact with life,
know every time
you find your way
back Home,
you fulfill your purpose 
as Love’s Light!

Where Peace Exists

Remove the walls that 
keep you separate,
flow into Oneness 
that always Is,
Here is Home where 
Peace exists always,
You Are wholly 
All of This.

Build this muscle 
as you are human,
stillness helps you
to sense This Truth,
this need not take 
all of your time – 
time disappears when 
you shift to You.

With intention shift 
your attention,
to remember and sense
your soul,
ask no questions,
you need no answers,
simply sit with 
what You know.

Beyond your human
understanding,
you open the door 
wider to This You,
You Are All that 
is Aware,
take down the walls
so Love may flow 
through.

This tiny part of 
your day will 
affect each moment
in your human life,
may the spark that 
you ignite help you
to share your 
eternal Light!

A Steady Return

Answer the call,
return to Love.

When the best-laid plans 
begin to crumble
and you have used 
all of your tools,
Here is one tool,
everlasting – 
answer the call,
return to Love.

When trusted routines 
are not helping,
seeing with new eyes 
is a first step,
what is asking for 
some attention – 
answer the call,
return to Love.

Navigating change will 
always be a part 
of life that can 
rock the boat,
keep your eyes on 
the steady horizon – 
answer the call,
return to Love.

You need not give up 
what you believe in,
but use your Strength 
and not your fear,
may Love be the rudder 
keeping you steady,
as you answer the call – 
This You as Love.

Fully Charged

Peace may be hard 
to see in life,
your own emotions 
and reactions swirl,
do not judge yourself 
too harshly,
as human this life is 
like a tilt-a-whirl.

Sometimes emotions 
are like fuel,
what charges you to 
move forward in life,
let your Peace Be 
your foundation 
as you turn up your 
fully charged Light.

Shine This Light on 
what you wish to see
illuminated around 
you here,
be best friends with 
your emotions –
find out what they 
need and what 
they fear.

Now with breath 
returning you to
center 
and with the fire 
within that lights 
your spark,
may this day be 
a sacred offering 
of You experiencing 
Who You Are!

Love’s Reclamation

Believe in You,
lay down ego’s 
hammer,
that tells lies and 
beats you down,
with intention,
claim Who You Are,
This powerful shift
turns perception 
around.

This powerful You
is not new dear one,
This remembrance 
is familiar to you,
before ego began 
its distractions,
You, This Center 
is all that you 
knew.

Reclaim This now,
fully supported and 
cherished,
do not fear this 
powerful You 
so free,
you need not talk ego
into something,
shift to your soul and
let your Self Be!

Again and Again

Replenish,
rejuvenate,
much like plants 
soak up needed 
rain,
allow Love to 
shower you –
soak it up 
again and again.

Life and ego 
can make it 
hard to move 
with ease but 
This you know,
saying yes to Love 
flips a master switch
that allows you to 
move and flow.

Imagine You as 
Infinity,
with no beginning
and with no end,
move along the weight 
of the world,
in the cycles of life,
find Light again!

Be present for 
Love’s magic,
surrender to This
State of Be-ing,
you may fret 
about the details,
but Love is expansive, 
vast and freeing.

You need not bear 
all of the burdens
that may get stirred
up in this life,
Here is your Peace and 
your True Vision,
at all times within 
Love’s Light.

Ego grabs onto 
your mind,
but as You Are 
more than what 
you think,
summon All the Light
You Are –
with Love you 
can do anything!

This Stillness

There are no words 
for the stillness
that You Are
within your core.

This Presence 
is so peaceful,
that your wish 
is to feel it
more.

You need not build 
your awareness,
might you fall back
into its arms.

This is not a state
that you go to – 
This Is the You
That You Are.

Be okay with 
this stillness,
in linear terms
Be in This space.

You Are One 
in the stillness,
holy peaceful,
beloved Grace.

simply You.

You need not pass 
a test to earn it,
there is no-thing 
that you must do,
Be You Gratitude 
in any moment,
Love’s miracle is 
simply You.

This Love extends 
to any and All,
if you forget, 
see another’s Light,
All Lights shine 
as forever Truth – 
Love’s miracle is 
simply You.

Be you human,
Be You soul,
you need not try 
so hard to see,
let go, surrender 
to This Truth – 
You Are Love’s miracle,
yes, You!

A Reverent Journey

Be grounded in the 
soil of earth
as you walk your 
journey here,
yes your soul travels
expanded,
integrate This 
Everywhere.

This life, this earth 
soaks up your gifts,
do not all seek belonging
to find Peace,
you belong to sacred 
Mother Earth,
as You belong 
to realms unseen.

May the sun kiss you
with Light,
may needed rain
wash you anew,
walk reverently upon
the earth,
breathe in,
breathe out 
This Holy You!
