Sense Love’s hum that
connects you All,
trees and flowers
sing along,
sun and stars keep
their Lights burning –
lighting the earth from
realms beyond.
In the face of
life’s challenges,
be they big or
sometimes small,
with Grace, compassion
and soulful purpose,
Love connects the
Strength of All.
Life often presents
so upside-down,
but You see with the
Eyes of the Soul,
join with bird-song,
sway with trees,
This Song of Love is
One that you know!

Life is a tapestry woven
with all of the threads
and fabric that find
you,
there are patterns you
may wish to change,
as well as some gaps
that need tending to.
In a linear world you
may have some regrets,
thinking it may be
too late,
but dear true healing
has no demands of
time,
with Love’s golden thread
you need not wait.
Invite your loved ones,
guides and angels,
All know just what
to do,
this perceived mending is
a way for Love to help
you to remember the
Whole of You.
As you stitch your self
together,
is it not surprising what
you may find,
shining through the
spaces of your tapestry,
is your infinite,
beautiful Light!

As human you focus
on information
that comes to you
in many ways,
using senses –
reading, listening,
is how you receive
most things
most days.
My dear,
you also have
great access to
All consciousness
so vast,
inspiration is available
at all times –
so why not simply
ask?
Set intentions to
open doors,
your soul is as curious
as you,
ask your Self what next
to read or hear –
or maybe explore
something new.
Your soul can
multi-task,
but you as human
need to pace your
self,
sprinkle in nurturing
self-care,
breathe in the comfort
that All is Well.
Expand beyond the
box that you think
defines this human
you,
use All of your soulful
senses to explore
all possibilities
flowing through!

Your stories may be
different,
but do you not All
walk a similar path,
you as human know
there is more than
what presents as
this or that.
You share a longing
as your souls work
tirelessly to wake
you up,
Strength and Courage help
keep you going,
fueled by Gratitude
and Love.
You know beyond all
of your stories
there is a field where
you All meet,
you may not see
This Field with human
eyes,
but your heart Knows
it with every beat.
Trust your heart
upon This Journey,
Be Here in moments
of each day,
You Are joined by
All hearts beating
the same rhythm
of Love always!

As human and soul
you will vacillate between
theses two states
of consciousness,
you may look for
a magic wand that
provides you with
an eternal shift.
But ego has its place
here in a world
it helped create,
you may feel very
separated,
but Here is You –
your eternal State.
When grappling with
the why and how
of life’s questions
that you ask,
return to You
my dear,
in This now Moment
and not future
or past.
Your ego has you
searching as it
cannot believe
This Truth –
the magic that you
wish for,
is forever and always
within You!

Sense the power of
hearts awakening,
as compassion and
kindness rise,
humankind maybe once
invisible,
now wish to see with
their own eyes.
Is not comfort found
hand in hand or
in the arms of Love
shared in Truth,
you may not agree
completely with another,
but compassion builds
a bridge anew.
The purpose is not
to change a fractured
world,
but to connect with your
own tender heart,
find your own Source of
kindness and compassion,
Here you remember wholly
Who You Are.
Your experience in life
may be unique,
but All respond to
tender loving care,
rise up Lights –
this is your moment,
shower compassion and
kindness Everywhere!

In the world there
are differing views
on how peace should
show up on earth,
power struggles cause
sparks to fly
as the world is focused
on power and worth.
You may take sides
when there is
us or them,
as competition is
a human view,
here is no judgment
on what you judge,
but might you also see
as the Soul of You.
With the Eyes of Spirit
Here is true Peace,
This may be elusive
in the world you see,
if all people knew
This Truth,
would not Peace then
arise organically?
Yes the world is not
a Place of Peace,
but this need not
dampen what flows
in You,
you as human are
engaged in life
and You as Soul
have Peace flowing
through.
Your awareness of
your perspectives
will help you find
your Place of Peace,
in life share your heart
of compassion,
as Soul remember
You Are this Peace!

You may think spirit
is somewhere else,
you ask are loved ones
and guides near,
You Are the very same
consciousness,
all who you Love
are always Here.
As human you wish to
feel their presence,
but you need not ask
for them to come,
they never have left
your side my dear,
the Love you share
is never done.
You Are part of
Love’s Field that
is so vast,
your human mind
may not see all
of This,
but as you tune into
your own field,
does not All possibility
always exist?
You Are your guides
and the angels too,
forever connected to
All You Love,
You Are This before
birth and after death,
You Are what you have
been dreaming of!

into chaos,
the world is known
for this and more,
what to do when
no-thing makes
much sense,
tune in and
find the Love.
Love is where Truth
sits in wonder,
you need not figure
out the world,
Be Love’s moment
beyond time that
ticks by –
Be Here and
find the Love.
What arises amidst
the crumbling of
what you thought
was true,
Be the One ready
to create a path
that invites –
come find the Love.
A million Lights
are ready to shine
along with another
million more,
it matters not the numbers
you think you need,
All Lights –
come Shine This Love.
In between the
earthly spaces
is where infinity
flows free,
stand up,
stand tall,
Be seen as Truth,
Illuminator –
You Are This Love!

meditate,
you may walk on
nature’s paths,
you may stop a second
to remember breath –
Be Here with Love.
It takes but a
single second
in your life of
linear time,
but know beyond
limitations you set,
eternally –
You Are Here

When life’s drama
rocks the boat
you are riding in,
remember You Are
the ocean too,
expand to You
a single breath
will do –
yes You Are Here
with Love.
These are tools
you use when ego
comes to call –
as human you
know this well,
crack open the door
to You as soul –
welcome Home,
always Here
