to Love.
Raising your vibration
is something you wish
to achieve,
in Love’s flow
Here is the answer –
there is no opposite
to Love.
Yes you can clear
what has built up,
but in Love’s simplicity
may you Be –
to Be in consciousness
as One,
there is no opposite
to Love.
A world of contrasts
is this life,
but your soul knows
another way,
Be-ing Love may be
a choice here –
but Here is purely,
simply,
Love.

gets busy with
the details that
fill your mind
in life,
take a beat,
a moment of stillness,
breathe in deeply,
notice your Light.
In This Pause
is You as Peace,
Here is Love filling
in all cracks,
Here is You
whole and complete,
there is no-thing
that you lack.
Take a moment
in This Presence,
This is You –
remember dear,
when you need
clarity and focus,
a peaceful pause
returns you always
Here!

Allow change to
happen slowly,
Divine timing is
at play,
know your soul
always has purpose,
gently guiding you
every day.
As caterpillar transforms
to butterfly,
the biggest changes
are not seen,
here is where Faith
and patience help
you to build up
your own belief.
Change is a human
construct,
part of the experience
of this life,
with change is growth
not far behind,
illuminated by your
shining Light.
Like butterfly,
spread out your
wings,
and when you are
ready may you
fly,
delight in a new
experience dawning,
grounded in the earth,
as vast as the sky!

flows through you,
has it not been Here
all along,
journeys in life are
challenging,
you may wonder
where you belong.
You Are Home now
dear precious child,
feel Love’s arms gently,
reverently surround,
you need not travel
to Be Here,
Be-ing This is You
in This Now.
Your human awareness
may struggle to see
how you are right
where you belong,
Love eternally holds
a place for you –
for You Are always
Here at Home!

is like puzzle pieces
that fit together when
the time is right,
you need not work to
know all the answers,
the important thing
to know is
You Are Light.
This foundation builds
trust and belief
so you may know
without a doubt –
You Are always wholly
connected,
your human awareness
is now finding out.
Loved ones and guides
delight in This dance,
as your heart soars with
new-found Peace,
you are one aspect of
All That Is,
eternally connected
and forever free!

to reset and realign
as you begin your
day,
sometimes you need
to start again to clear
a more congruent
way.
As the keeper of
your energy,
you have tools to
help you out,
remnants of a dream
or feeling sideways
in life can toss you
about.
You need not fix
all that surrounds
you,
but you can bring
your best Self
there,
invite the Peace
of your soul
to accompany you
always,
anywhere!

you can feel this
in your soul,
your ego mind may
have many questions,
but You within
believe and know.
Trust your own
soul connections,
you will expand these
as you discern,
it matters not as much
who it may be,
All teachings are for

let Love inform
All that you do.
Face your fears,
you are not alone,
every road taken
always brings you
Home,
release the layers that
cause you strife,
in this newfound freedom,
may you live your life.

nourished and seen,
see your own beauty –
fresh and clean,
begin again,
begin anew,
receive Love’s blessings
that honor you!

Be reassured,

shift and then
