Be a clear instrument 
for Love to flow,
trust and believe
what you innately
know,
ego jumps in to always
fix and do,
You as soul knows 
there is a greater Truth.

Ask to see things 
in a different way,
what does intuition 
have to say,
what comes from fear
or old patterned doubt,
is this not a chance 
to turn things around?

Be Here in the presence 
of You as Love,
Here you are connected –
below as above,
you need not travel far
for This to see,
You Are This Truth,
One with Love
and free!

Be One with You 
in any moment,
your soul is Here 
always with you,
any friction you you feel 
is from your ego,
who may think you need 
something to contrast to.

Here does ease and Grace
reside,
yet your human story 
may not want to give up
the familiar struggle,
earning peace,
though Peace is always what
You Are made of.

Be One with Love 
in this now moment,
with awareness know 
this Authentic You –
Peace,
Love, 
and Grace
are with you,
always,
quiet the chatter,
know This Truth 
of You!

sense this now,
woven as One 
in This Tapestry,
you are valued,
needed, seen,
when you feel separated,
return Here to Be.

Sense This Oneness
in your Self,
from This perspective 
what to do in life,
may This Love expand 
in myriad ways,
you need not plan 
all ways to share 
your Light.

Your Team of guides, angels,
loved ones dear,
delight in connections 
seen and unseen,
as human you may not 
see it all –
as soul You Are connected 
to Everything!

as This Lightness
now take flight,

supported by angels
and guides.

Your trust grows

believe This to be

You as Soul,
trust, believe in You,
connected –
imagination guides

Love is Everywhere 
that You Are,
your soul Is This 
naturally,
but as a conditional
human,
when in doubt – 
choose Love.

You may have knee-jerk
reactions,
but as awareness of 
judgment grows,
you need not walls
to separate,
as One of All – 
choose Love.

As you release your
many layers,
what is Here always 
to Be,
Here You Are 
always, forever –
you choose your Self
when you 
choose Love!

keep this simple,
Love is Here always 
for you,
Love is You
at your core,
though ego may 
slow it coming 
through.

Is not the struggle
when you try to
talk the ego
into This,
shift perspective,
Be This Love,
surround dear ego
with loving bliss.

All want Love,
yes humanity and
all of your parts
crying out,
be not a fixer,
Be This Love,
This is what Love 
is all about.

You Are Loved
in every moment,
do not wait for 
This to appear,
Here You Are
in Love’s embrace,
forever cherished,
honored and dear!

space,
fill it up with 
the Light of You,
your Love spark

New Growth

Embrace your growth,
it may be messy,
needing attention or 
letting it Be,
much like the new growth
that arrives in spring – 
some plants need care,
others bloom with ease.

You need not follow 
a strict doctrine,
get to know you
and what you need,
as you release what 
is cumbersome,
do you not flourish,
ready to be free.

Embrace the journey 
and all of the unknowns,
your slate is clear 
as You emerge,
may the friction of life 
be your artist’s tool,
much like sand and oyster
creating a pearl!

Shining

Remember and return 
to Who You Are,
your shining Light 
burns forever True,
any shadow passing 
by,
cannot dim the Light 
of Love,
of You.

Your re-alignment 
to your Source
is only but a breath
away,
You Are rooted beyond
the earth,
with foundation strong,
you find your way.

Release the past,
Be present now,
let Love transmute 
what no longer serves,
remember and return,
yes, Here You Are – 
behold your Light 
that shines forever!

A Beautiful Ride

You Are a droplet 
in a wave,
You Are the adventurous 
wave itself,
this forward motion
is Love’s movement –
You Are the vast
ocean as well.

The ride may take you
up and down,
when you need solace 
dive deeper still,
Here is Peace,
holding you steady,
as you remember with
heart and will.

Ride Love’s wave
intrepid surfer,
Be it powerful 
or peaceful calm,
You Are All of This 
within you,
drop, wave and ocean –
Be it All!
