Is not the struggle
when you try to

into This,
shift perspective,
Be This Love,
surround dear ego
with loving bliss.

All want Love,
yes humanity and
all of your parts
crying out,
be not a fixer,
Be This Love,
This is what Love 
is all about.

You Are Loved
in every moment,
do not wait for 
This to appear,
Here You Are
in Love’s embrace,
forever cherished,
honored and dear!

in your own 
space,
fill it up with 
the Light of You,
your Love spark
eternally burns,
ready to illuminate 
what you walk 
through.

Check in with 
your soul that 
observes,
this gives you respite
from this life,
may you loosen 
and release
what Love may 
transmute with 
its Light.

Welcome Peace in
This now Moment,
This is You,
remember dear,
shifting awareness,
opening your heart,
returns you Home,
refreshed and clear!

New Growth

Embrace your growth,
it may be messy,
needing attention or 
letting it Be,
much like the new growth
that arrives in spring – 
some plants need care,
others bloom with ease.

You need not follow 
a strict doctrine,
get to know you
and what you need,
as you release what 
is cumbersome,
do you not flourish,
ready to be free.

Embrace the journey 
and all of the unknowns,
your slate is clear 
as You emerge,
may the friction of life 
be your artist’s tool,
much like sand and oyster
creating a pearl!

Shining

Remember and return 
to Who You Are,
your shining Light 
burns forever True,
any shadow passing 
by,
cannot dim the Light 
of Love,
of You.

Your re-alignment 
to your Source
is only but a breath
away,
You Are rooted beyond
the earth,
with foundation strong,
you find your way.

Release the past,
Be present now,
let Love transmute 
what no longer serves,
remember and return,
yes, Here You Are – 
behold your Light 
that shines forever!

A Beautiful Ride

You Are a droplet 
in a wave,
You Are the adventurous 
wave itself,
this forward motion
is Love’s movement –
You Are the vast
ocean as well.

The ride may take you
up and down,
when you need solace 
dive deeper still,
Here is Peace,
holding you steady,
as you remember with
heart and will.

Ride Love’s wave
intrepid surfer,
Be it powerful 
or peaceful calm,
You Are All of This 
within you,
drop, wave and ocean –
Be it All!

The Whole of You

To achieve coherence 
bring All online,
all parts of you that 
make One Whole,
at first you may 
feel very separate
as your awareness 
of parts grows.

Is one part running 
your human system,
you may feel your 
balance shift,
your emotions and 
your body are 
finely tuned to 
all of this.

Break up some patterns,
programmed thinking,
refresh, restart,
question your beliefs,
releasing fear that 
ego latches onto brings
you instant and
welcomed relief.

Handle life’s problems 
one by one
without the stories 
ego may spin,
bringing the Whole 
of You onboard,
returns you to balance,
at Peace, open!

awakened,
fills a longing you
once held,
now you See with 
your whole Vision,
a remembrance that 
All is Well.

Here is Love 
you thought was 
missing,
pieces of the puzzle 
now seem to fit,
Here no analysis 
is needed,
simply that 
You Are All
of This.

Take your seat 
at Love’s Table,
angels, guides,
loved ones 
are Here,
your Soul rejoices 
as you remember –
You Are so Loved
and cherished dear!

Your identify is 
made up of 
your thoughts 
and your beliefs.
Now expand your
consciousness
and remember 
Who You truly Are.

How can these two
intersect –
this is a question from
the human mind.
Your soul,
your essence always 
knows and reminds
Who You truly Are.

This State of Be-ing 
is helpful and supports
as you go about 
and do.
Always know that 
All is Well,
remembering 
Who You truly Are.

Tap into your 
Strength and Courage,
taking one day 
at a time.
Clearing cluttering thoughts
invites the remembrance
of Who You truly Are.

From this center 
now breathe in 
Peace,
does this not naturally 
flow through.
Here Love Is –
there is no doubt,
You eternally know

Be in This Presence,

perfection unfolding,

as a miracle,

and Strength rising,
yes it can be as simple
as This,
life is challenging 
with ups and downs,
but Love eternal 
is Here,
your wish.

With new Lightness 
in your Be-ing,
behold the You 
that you now see,
now see others in 
this same Light,
All One Love
