Believe in the power 
of Gratitude,
does it not help you 
to receive,
your open heart 
opens your mind,
what might you now
be able to see.

And with this expanded 
State of Awareness,
are you not now in
Love’s sweet flow,
this is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
forever centered in
your True Home.

May this foundation 
that is with you always,
help you to feel supported,
secure,
your Team,
the angels
and loved ones dear
remind that you 
are always together.

When you see All 
from This Perspective,
you may wonder 
what took so long,
but know your soul
doesn’t mind to remind –
Home is Here and 
where you belong!

Inspired Experience

be amazing,
set yourself free 
from limitations 
you think are holding
you back from all 
possibility.

You need not wait 
for intervention –
be it Divine
or perceived luck,
you have All you 
need within you,
You Are complete,
You Are enough.

This Love within
wishes to explore,
follow its nudge
on what to do,
try something different,
see how it feels,
experience fully
Love’s expression
of You!

Home,
reminding always,
you are not alone.

Judge not your self
or others too,
embrace and Love 
All iterations 
of You.

Experience This Moment,
Here You Are,
Love celebrates you
arising from the stars.

This You is vast,
beyond what you 
see,
Be You this moment,
so Loved,
so free.

Return to Here,
You Are at Home,
your breath 
is Peace,
Gratitude is 
your soul!

Inspired

Love’s clarity is 
here when you 
need it,
it may appear 
sometimes hard 
to find,
egoic thoughts 
take up much 
space,
but your intuition
is Here anytime.

Stillness can help 
as well as receiving,
what bubbles up 
and comes to you,
you may not be 
asking for an answer,
but does not inspiration 
arise in you.

When you release 
the shoulds and the 
timelines,
might there be a clear
and inspired way,
Be open to All that
Love may offer,
you aligning with Love
throughout your day!

A Shift to You

Life is a roller coaster 
ride,
one thing goes up,
another down,
you may be looking 
for a way to keep 
both feet upon 
the ground.

But you are more than
this human self,
you know this deep 
within your soul,
you cannot talk ego
into this,
but shift to the You 
that always knows.

It is hard not to 
try to fix
what the external world 
brings to you,
yes you will do and be
in this world,
but your power is from
a different view.

Surround your self 
with grace,
compassion,
as you shift to see 
your Truth,
from the Self 
that is eternal,
holy,
know This Home
is forever with You!

Here is Peace

In the quiet,
Here is Peace.

Your mind may run,
you wish to walk,
when you loosen
what you need,
release distraction,
let go of noise,
in the quiet,
Here is Peace.

Honor the body and 
what life brings,
but this is not the You
that is Everything,
when you connect to
this Truth of You,
in This quiet,
Here is Peace.

This is your center,
find your Strength Here,
your purpose,
This Love,
makes all things clear,
receive and give 
and thus receive,
in This Knowing,
Here is Peace!

Wholly Growth

You are growing,
ever-evolving,
sometimes it may be 
hard to see,
is not nature 
ever-changing,
but harder to tell 
on majestic trees.

Seeds are planted,
each one different,
timing is not always 
up to you,
but as you look at roads 
you have traveled,
You may now see a
wholly different you.

Life may bring storms 
or perfect weather,
through it all may 
you know This Truth –
Love blesses the 
Garden of You,
beloved,
nurturing the growth 
of you expressing You!

 

 

Freeing

Where do you place 
your attention,
what thoughts or 
situations arise,
yes ego loves 
to pull you in,
distracting and hiding
you, disguised.

Might you see events
unfolding,
they need not have 
a cause,
as human sense 
all emotion,
as soul see beyond 
what ego wants.

This Seat of Awareness
is You, eternal,
the One that is able 
to observe,
bring your attention 
Here,
This is where You 
as Love serve.

Begin with you,
see All more clearly,
letting expectation go,
as you accept life wholly,
freely,
you free your Self
so You may flow!

Breathe in deep,
let breath assure,
You Are always Here
with Love,
may This Awareness
bring you Peace
and a remembrance of 
what You Are made of.

Yes life can be so 
conflicting,
causing angst about
what to do,
sense your center,
loved ones helping,
angels surround 
always,
This You.

Follow your breath 
to sense Love’s 
comfort,
You Are cradled 
always Here,
This is You,
infinite, eternal,
cherished and Loved
forever dear!

You know This You 
that watches all,
observing all the things
you do,
Here is your center,
peaceful awareness,
Home Eternal,
hello You.

Here is where 
awareness lives,
in this life,
through all of this,
you may need to 
shift so often,
but always Here,
hello You.

Here is your infinite
wellspring flowing,
Peace is Here
beyond understanding,
you need not jump
through hoops of mind,
you know This Truth –
hello You.

A sweet surrender
helps you to see,
you are part of 
the Whole,
fitting perfectly,
never are you lost,
but forever found,
Love knows you always,
hello You!
