Be You.

You Are more than 
what you see,
you expand as 
All of This,
but for now in 
this precious moment,
as you breathe, 
Be You.

Yes, your edges 
may be blurry,
You as Collective 
are This too,
You Are amazing 
States of Be-ing,
Here and Everywhere –
still You.

You may ask,
how can this be,
all I know is 
what I see,
your perspective 
is One of All –
so unique dear one,
Be You.

Sense Love’s Gratitude
for walking this path –
you are not alone,
You Are One and 
Everything,
so perfectly now –
Be You.

Listening

Be listening,
today.

Do not only listen
with your ears,
your soul’s intuition
is part of this, too,
Be receptive in 
your receiving,
Be listening,
today.

Tune into more than 
varied voices,
your own voice may tune
others out,
what is nature singing
softly,
Be listening,
today.

In life there is much 
pushing outward,
or building walls 
to keep one safe,
You as soul are 
powerful softness,
open to listening 
to All today.

You may be surprised 
at what you hear,
or what you remember 
receiving this way,
your breath,
your heart knows 
what to do,
Be listening,
Be One with All,
today!

The Peace Within

When you feel hurried,
rushed, chaotic,
you may wish to 
slow down time,
you have this power
within you –
simply Be present 
within your Mind.

Mindfulness may be 
a concept,
but Be this experience 
to sense Love’s calm,
you may not notice 
shrinking time,
but is not your angst
nearly gone?

Mindfulness helps you 
to Be all possibility,
ready to flow,
the “not enough” egoic 
story,
puts you in a box 
that feels tight 
and closed.

You need not find 
the door,
you can transcend 
beyond all time,
You Are timeless,
in Love’s moment,
as You come Home 
within your Mind.

An Elegant Wonder

Marvel at the color 
that surrounds you,
fresh spring-time green
and sky so blue,
luminescent clouds lit  
with sun through white,
do you wonder what 
created this magnificent
sight?

Are you not seeing creation
that flows through you,
if your eyes can see it,
does it not begin with you,
you think inspiration 
comes from what you see,
but is it not an extension
of You, internally?

And though rain and clouds
may dim your sight,
are they not elegant as
muted, cleansing Light,
accept, allow the cycles
of the earth,
is not each moment a chance
for your re-birth?

Be You in each moment 
of your life,
express all colors of rainbow’s
stunning Light,
as You Are each moment 
of what you wish to see,
be amazed at the wonder 
of You, eternally!

Seeing Clearly

Ego is good at 
pointing fingers,
where victimhood 
and blame persist,
might you recognize
this movie,
and change the channel
to step away from this.

Awareness brings 
Love’s Light to 
see more clearly,
you may not like 
what you see,
but with a balanced,
neutral focus,
might you see what 
wishes to be free.

Love All of You,
without the judgment
that ego wants you
to use,
with loving arms,
gather the parts 
that you think are 
separate from You.

May you see clearly
through Love’s eyes
that are forever with
you Here,
Be in this fresh 
new moment,
flowing free and 
Loved so dear!

A Natural Journey

When ideas ignite 
a spark,
might you be open 
to where it leads,
allow the timing 
to unfold,
let it percolate and 
with patience, Be.

Listen to your sacred
intuition,
let go of shoulds
that judge you still,
when a plan unfolds 
before you,
check its alignment
with Love’s will. 

There is a Web that 
is ever-present,
connections made may
be a surprise,
as you follow your soul’s
navigation,
you become aware of
what happens inside.

Be in Love’s flow,
soar with This now,
this is your natural 
State to Be, 
enjoy the journey
and be aware,
ask Love to show you 
what next to see!

 

Imagine

May Love be another 
choice,
when your mind begins 
to run amok,
you imagine stories 
not yet here,
the ego loves to 
make stuff up.

Imagination is not
the culprit,
you can use this 
to create anew,
check your intention –
is a core belief,
asking for Love 
to be seen by you.

You know the feeling 
of egoic thought,
yes it feels icky and 
not so good,
now infuse this with 
Love and compassion
and with imagination,
see Love surrounding 
you.

This is not folly,
it is You reminding
your human self,
You Are more than 
this,
breathe in the power
of the Universe,
center and balance
as All of This.

Allow imagination,
with loving intention,
to help release what 
feels tangled, tight,
say yes to Love’s 
unconditional promise –
to see You wholly as
Love’s perfect Light!

Love arises in you.

You are used to 
looking elsewhere,
this could not be 
found in me!
Nurture your self,
so tender, precious,
Love arises in you.

Yes in spring you 
love the greening,
the hope and wonder
of new growth,
This is You,
expanding always,
as Love arises 
in you.

Love cannot help 
but awaken
what may lie dormant 
until timing is right,
your soul trusts in 
Divine timing,
Love forever arises 
in you.

Hope is not a 
far-off prayer,
it is an intention 
to open your eyes,
with Gratitude 
for what you see,
be in awe of Love
arising in you.

Be Love’s wonder,
Here You Are,
marvel at what 
you know is True –
Love is Everywhere
You Are,
precious child,
Love is Home
in You!

Your Lightness of Being

At any time,
in any place,
Love is Home 
with you,
when you need 
to clear out 
cobwebs,
with your intention,
Love knows what 
to do.

Create space,
question beliefs,
are there things 
that are a “must,”
release gently 
what you hold 
tightly,
relish this moment,
not next or what 
was.

As you spring clean,
begin with you,
let your energy 
out to play,
may Love’s Light 
burn off the fog,
your inherent lightness
leads the way!

With Peace, As Grace

When you perceive 
you are spread 
too thin,
return to breath,
to Peace,
within.

When your mind 
is cluttered with 
what to do,
return Here, dear one,
return to You.

When you try to 
fit time into 
one tiny space,
remember This
Present Moment
is always filled 
with Grace.

Return to, remember
what you innately know,
your mindful breath 
returns balance 
and flow.

Do not try to fit
forever into one
small space,
Be expansive,
Be Here,
Be You,
with Peace,
as Grace.
