A Bridge of Knowing

Welcome Home,
your soul reminds
you,
for you have never 
really left,
your Self is aware
of your whole journey,
have you not had glimpses
of this and that.

When integration reaches 
a level,
are there not switches 
that get flipped,
have you not looked back
upon your journey,
wondering how you
arrived at This.

Take your place 
at Love’s table,
your Team,
your guides are 
familiar, too,
you All have been 
working together,
are you All not aspects 
of Love’s Truth?

You walk and cross 
This Bridge of Knowing,
hand in hand and 
heart to heart,
yes, loved ones join
you on this journey,
they have been with you
from the start.

Love is the Bridge 
of sacred connection,
you help to build this 
brick by brick,
your unique combination
of human and soul,
adds its sweet harmony
to All of This!

Love’s Infinite Sea

Breathe in Peace,
it is within you,
sense Love here,
Here is your
Home,
angels, guides, 
loved ones 
are with you,
may you never 
feel alone.

You have always 
the help of others,
yes, it may be 
hard to see,
but Love’s ripples
flow vast and wide,
All Drops of Love
fill an infinite sea.

Sense Love’s Presence,
let Love reassure,
You Are Here with 
Love Divine,
breathe in Peace,
be filled with Light,
as wholly Love,
you forever shine!

Do you not flow
with Love,
much like the sun 
and its sun rays,
a drop of sun warms
you in winter,
though sun itself
seems far away.

You may live near 
the ocean,
or far inland to 
not see it,
but its tides are 
tied to the moon
and earth and you
are part of This.

You cannot help 
but be connected,
All is moving,
flowing through,
a drop of water from
another hemisphere
falls as rain,
hydrating you.

The Flow of Love 
is vast, eternal,
it exists beyond 
earth and sky,
your human self 
tries to see this,
but your soul knows,
never asking why.

Love is This Web,
connected,
see with the Eyes 
of your soul,
expand your view 
to include All,
see Light in Everything
and know!

Be You

You may ask,
what might that 
be,
are you not full
of possibility,
make your mark,
be seen and heard,
Be Love’s creation,
Be You.

You may color 
within the lines,
you may resist 
what others define,
look with compassion
in the mirror,
see with acceptance,
Be You.

You may run and dance
upon your path,
some days quiet reflection
is where you are at,
step to the beat of 
your soul’s music,
always in tune,
Be You.

Reframe the thoughts 
within your mind,
thank them for helping 
in space and time,
follow where your passion
leads you – 
upon this ride,
Be You.

Loved ones and angels
see you Here,
your Light,
your spark shines bright,
my dear,
arise, align to your
own Truth,
Be your magnificence,
Be You!

The Breath of One

Be the help where 
help is needed,
Be the hope when 
Light is dim,
Love works through 
all expressions,
see This Love,
in others,
within.

What you give,
do you not receive,
this care begins
always with you,
as Love flows freely
within, throughout,
Be This Expression
of Love,
This You.

Trust that what 
is needed,
is given,
a bigger picture 
you may not 
yet see,
the world itself 
may not make 
sense,
but You know 
a Greater Reality.

May Love help bring you
greater ease,
share this lovingly 
with All you see,
when you unite 
with fellow Lights,
may the Breath of One
help All Be Peace.

A Refreshing Release

Take a look at 
repeating patterns,
might you need 
to refresh some 
space,
bring your awareness 
to your reactions,
or to old paradigms 
that need replaced.

You are evolving, 
creating, expanding,
finding patterns you 
no longer need,
thank them for their 
past expressions,
as you release,
asking Love to lead.

Build your awareness,
ask Love to show you,
what is asking to 
be seen,
as you weave Love 
throughout your story,
might there be changes
to your script,
each scene.

The Essence of You 
is possibility,
and in this world you 
constantly grow,
expand your self,
be open to change,
create and evolve,
Being the Love you know!

Listen to the trees
that speak,
you are surrounded 
by the sky,
every step you take 
upon the earth,
sends out a rhythm 
far and wide.

You share this space 
with Every One,
sense This Truth
within your soul,
you are in communication 
with all sentient 
Be-ings,
above and below.

You belong and 
you are needed,
yes, this world 
is very vast,
but as a created,
Divine expression,
You Are the fabric 
that forever lasts.

In this quilt lovingly 
stitched together,
yes, your stories 
tell a tale,
but may the golden thread
that weaves you,
remind always that 
All is Well.

Be as One with what 
surrounds you,
Here is more than 
what you see,
the rhythms of the 
Universe,
love to dance with you,
eternally.

Your Spirit Within

does it not propel
you along the way,
be it desire or 
devotion,
what drives you to
explore today?

Love is a force 
that reminds you
is there not something 
that you miss,
in this chaotic human
experience,
you sense there may 
be more than this.

With a heart that 
is so tender,
with a graciousness 
so True,
tap into your innate
spirit within,
this Spark of Love 
that breathes you.

Play and create with
your True Nature,
Love delights when 
you sense This Truth,
Be as One with your
spirit within,
sense your magnificence,
the Truth of You!

your awareness,
what other ways 
might you then see,
you have extended,
ethereal senses,
you may experience 
these differently.

Yes, your body can 
give you feedback,
but shift your focus 
on how you sense,
might the Whole of You
paint a picture,
helping you see with 
a different lens.

Let your heart,
your soul bring
into focus,
what you know 
is always there,
from this perspective 
is You, eternal,
this mindful moment 
contains Love always
Here.

You have Vision,
you know the way,
tune into your vibration
that sings This Song 
of You,
as you expand, 
extending your perspective,
find Here You Are,
with Love,
wholly You!

A Ripple of Love

You are a ripple 
of Love,
with no beginning 
and with no end,
you have purpose,
You Are Grace,
sense this sacred
flow within.

You are infinitely linked
throughout this
Web of Love that 
weaves its thread,
this guiding force is 
what propels you – 
on any journey 
you are always 
led.

In human time 
there is past and 
future,
but You as Love 
ripple eternally,
in Love’s Present 
Eternal Moment,
Here You Are,
sacred Divinity!
