Be grateful for your 
Strength and Courage,
have they not been 
with you through all,
they have held your hand
through darkness,
sometimes helping to 
erect a wall.

Now with eyes that 
see more clearly,
you see the Light 
was always there,
you thought you needed
some protection,
Strength and Courage 
helped with care.

You have always had 
this power,
it is within you 
eternally,
Love and Joy are 
always with you,
as you now walk 
so fearlessly.

Bathe in This Light 
of pure awareness,
receive This Gift that 
blesses you,
You Are Love’s gift 
as your True Be-ing,
Love’s holy Light 
shines within you!

Here Love Is

You may ask 
where is Love,
it is in the air
you breathe,
every cell has Love
within it,
Love is your heart
and is between beats.

Beyond the body,
Here Love Is,
and so are You,
eternally,
your soul extends
beyond your view,
you know this deep
within your being.

Yes you know 
the world needs
Love,
it is Here within
you All,
Be This Truth,
this is your purpose,
awakening is answering 
Love’s call.

You need not 
change the world,
Be Love aligning 
with This Truth –
from Love’s wellspring
of compassion,
share Love’s Light 
that flows through 
You!

This Tender Moment

You are in this world
but not of it,
expand awareness to 
meet your energy,
You Are the Universe,
the smallest pebble,
your energy flows
infinitely.

Yes call upon helpers
and loved ones,
though they are
already Here,
you need not travel far
to be with them,
your hearts are connected,
dear.

As your heart now 
swells with Love,
this is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
this tenderness you feel
could make All hearts 
with Joy now sing.

May Peace now 
bring you Home,
may Love fill you up,
so do not forget –
this life may be your 
current dream,
but You Are Love 
and 
All of This!

Receive With Grace

Be expansive,
Be expressive,
loosen your mind to 
receive with Grace,
is This not where 
you sense the nudges,
your guides,
the angels know 
well this space.

Meet here often,
don’t be a stranger,
eternally you are 
always Here,
let your ego do 
some planning,
but inspiration is how
to get clear.

Let your Higher Self
out to play,
This integration is 
part of life’s plan,
surrender mind,
release and let go
to your Truth –
yes Here I Am!

Divine Collaboration

of angels,
you and your guides 
are a perfect Team,
beloved loved ones 
are still with you –
as You Are part of 
Everything.

Yes, your life journey 
is yours to walk,
but might you expand 
beyond your mind,
spirit is not here to 
fix all your problems,
but collaboration is 
what is Divine.

Your human self is 
energized by Source,
plug into This to 
connect and flow,
as you surrender mind
to Your Wholeness,
might you tap into 
what You know.

Be open and in wonder
of the mystical,
may you ask to see 
another way,
angels and guides are
waiting for the chance
to walk and dance

Dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

You may have 
shoulds,
you may have 
lists,
your attention scatters,
giving you fits,
yes linear time is 
a clock ticking,
but dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

Take but a moment,
allow the world 
to still,
marvel at your breath,
the power of your will,
now release the 
push and pull,
hello dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

Here is the space 
that is beyond 
time,
Here is the quiet 
above thoughts 
and mind,
You Are Home in 
every moment,
welcome dear Beloved,
always with Love!

Everywhere, Love

And Love is Everywhere.

Be One with All
around you,
be it concrete or 
forest lush,
Love’s vibration marks 
no difference – 
and Love is Everywhere 
You Are.

It may be easier to
feel when peaceful,
on bumpy roads yes
you cry out,
no matter what life
throws at you dear one –
Love is Everywhere 
You Are.

So yes, surround yourself
with what you need
to tune in to this vibe,
but always Now presents
This Moment – 
yes Love is Everywhere
You Are!

Infinite

Are you not all in
many ways connected,
yes some by birth,
others with free will,
but as You are an
expanded Be-ing,
do not these connections
go further still?

Is this not how 
the Power of Love 
soothes and heals 
more than you may 
have known,
why not send 
unconditional Love
through an infinite loop
that always returns 
Home.

Not all beings on earth
will awaken,
but All Souls do hear
this call,
as you open to receive 
Love wholly,
know the healing of One
is the healing of All!

Clarity

Your human mind 
may not feel clear,
it asks questions and
wants to know – 
how will a situation 
turn out,
should I speed up or 
maybe go slow.

You may not know 
all of the answers,
but that need not mean
you are not clear,
might you be clear about
your next step,
trusting in Love –
not listening to fear.

The world is dense and 
very foggy,
your ego has its place
in life,
but clarity is of the
soul,
a knowingness that 
adds more Light.

Some parts of life are
full of mystery,
you need not explore
every rabbit hole,
return to breath,
check in with heart,
your clearest Vision is
the Eyes of your Soul!

A Loosening

Sense Love’s Flow
bubbling within,
its natural progression 
is to rise,
let it move freely,
unencumbered
from old beliefs 
you gathered 
in life.

Once you loosen 
and are open
do not these layers
begin to lift,
the Flow of Love taps 
on them gently,
as you have grown
they no longer fit.

You may feel 
vulnerable for 
a moment,
shedding the armor 
you donned in 
fear,
may this Flow of Love
help you reclaim your
natural Strength
and Joy here.

You need not look 
to the external,
allow what is naturally 
You to rise,
thank and honor 
old protections,
as the warrior in you
now trusts Love’s Light!
