A Loving Awareness

Is not awareness 
the very first step,
of any paradigm that 
you wish to shift?

You need not analyze 
or know where it 
came from,
in This Moment, 
can you give it 
to Love?

Viewing the past 
is very easy to 
judge,
you catalog what 
is right or wrong,
might you clear off
this shelving stacked 
so neat,
give All to Love,
surrendering to this 
release.

Sometimes a shift 
may be bumpy 
not smooth,
what wishes to 
hang on,
to identify you,
open your awareness 
to your loving Truth,
your I Am presence
is the Truth of You.

Beyond distraction on
this egoic ride,
is always your Team,
forever by your side,
you are rooted always 
within This Truth –
your Team,
This Love,
is One and 
Wholly, You!

Your Loving Purpose

There is purpose 
in this lifetime,
but it may not be
what you think,
you need not analyze 
or configure,
there is no map 
you need to bring.

Follow the guidance 
of your heart,
your soul will always 
speak to you,
know that mixed in 
with life’s experiences,
Love is Here to 
shine through.

The human default
may be tricky,
ego is wired a different
way,
it likes to distract you 
with the details,
your soul looks for 
a simpler way.

It need not be a huge 
decision,
Love shines with each
choice you may make,
when you choose Love 
as your simple answer,
has not your purpose 
shown you the way?

Love is purposeful in 
your experience,
may you ask your 
soul today,
help me to fulfill 
my loving purpose,
to see the Light 
of Love, always!

Integration

Integrate all Truth 
and Knowledge,
does not your awareness 
grow?
Your consciousness 
is forever expanding,
bringing to this path 
what is yours to know.

You are All You Are
as eternal,
there is no separation 
of you,
in this life you continue
releasing,
always to discover 
the Forever You.

Integration is trusting,
believing,
all parts of you make up 
the Whole,
let Love be the molding
that fills all cracks,
that you think may
separate you.

Integration is a new 
creation,
though You are the same 
even as you evolve,
Love seeks to know itself
completely,
You Are complete 
as Wholly Love!

Wholly You

Allow what comes up 
for observation,
defense and judgment 
are not hard to see,
human behavior 
reflects years of 
scripting,
but might you 
see this play 
differently?

When you allow Love 
to be the director,
might you try on 
another role,
observe and see 
the actors who are 
present,
are not separate 
but part of the 
Whole.

Souls are working 
always together,
to create scenerios
for you to see,
yes, your judgment 
may cloud your vision,
allow Love to clear 
what you wish to 
release.

From this perspective,
sense the depth of 
forgiveness,
that reminds what is 
always True,
yes, you are all playing
out the story,
and every actor is 
Wholly You!

Aligning

Align with your 
intention,
it is at the heart 
of Who You Are.

You know this path,
you have traveled 
to the earth 
from the brightest
star.

Is not intention 
a proclamation
of knowingness 
you cannot learn.

May you embrace 
curiosity,
what bloom may emerge
as petals unfurl?

With tender care,
with patience 
honored,
nurture your self
so you may see.

You Are aligned 
at your heart,
your intention 
of Love is
Home to Peace!

Forever, Peace

You may struggle 
to make sense of 
the unsensible,
there are many things 
in this world that 
do not add up,
do what you will,
but know you have
another perspective,
the You that knows 
the peaceful presence 
that is Love.

Once you begin to 
look beneath layers 
so heavy,
is there not a lightness 
that may feel a bit
surreal,
dear one,
this is your True Nature
we assure you,
You as Love is this 
experience that feels
so real.

You may be used to 
looking for what may 
scare or frighten,
ego wishes for you 
to be on your guard,
beloved child,
You Are eternally 
This Love forever,
your Strength and 
Courage,
as Love,
is Who You Are.

There is no need 
to make sense 
of the unsensible,
return to your 
loving Truth as a 
choice you make,
in This Moment,
cast aside what 
is not Love, dear,
You Are Peace,
connected to One,
forever,
always!

 

Peace, Love and Grace

Be One with You 
in any moment,
your soul is Here 
always with you,
any friction you you feel 
is from your ego,
who may think you need 
something to contrast to.

Here does ease and Grace
reside,
yet your human story 
may not want to give up,
the familiar struggle,
earning peace,
though You Are always 
Peace,
with what You Are 
made of.

Be One with Love 
in this now moment,
with awareness know 
this Authentic You –
Peace,
Love, 
and Grace
are with you,
always,
quiet the chatter,
know This Truth 
of You!

Divinely Open

Constriction may be like
a familiar blanket,
one you think gives 
you formation,
a familiar structure,
with specific edges,
all for the purpose 
to keep you safe.

What could you possibly 
hide from,
you are All of the 
Universe,
your reach is through 
eternity,
there are no secrets 
in the Face of Love.

With this awareness,
when you sense closing,
when constriction begins 
to shut all doors,
remember You Are 
limitless,
Love does not run out,
there is always more.

You are wrapped divinely 
in Love’s sweet arms,
able to extend and
shine your Light,
as you are part of 
this loving flow,
this requires no thinking,
no wrong or right.

Let constriction be 
a reminder,
what is asking now 
to be set free – 
open all doors to 
Who You Are,
safe and at Home,
eternally!

This Awakened Moment

Does not perception 
of the past,
run into your 
present time,
creating stories
for the future,
that may follow 
a similar line.

Yes, you make up 
things through 
ego,
this is not what You 
create,
when entanglements 
develop,
do you not see 
what ego makes?

In your present,
awakened moment,
expand your Light 
to see the way,
from this perspective 
of your soul,
does not the drama 
drop away?

There is no script 
for you to follow,
you need not keep track
of any score,
let Love unfold 
as you step lightly,
asking Love’s Light 
to show you more.

In this awareness 
let Love’s experience,
shine its Light for 
you to see,
as you create from 
your True Self,
your path unfolds 
with Grace and Ease.

Rising

Lift yourself 
in Love,
and as you rise,
others do, too.

Your perception 
in this world
sees you and others 
as separate beings,
but as your souls 
are from
One Source,
are you not connected 
to everyone you see?

Thus as you focus 
on your self,
it is not a solitary 
act,
aligning with the 
vibration of Love
is an eternal and 
loving pact.

Lift yourself 
in Love,
you need not 
change another or 
change the world,
but as You All are 
interconnected,
does not one in
alignment,
spark another to 
remember?

Let Love raise 
your self up,
to this natural 
State of You,
Be in this presence, 
sense Here is Peace,
you need do nothing 
but Be the Miracle
of You!
