Embrace the journey,

You Are the Source
of Light

for others to see
as day grows long,
You Are your soul,

A sunny day,
a rainy day,
a clear day,
a foggy day,
no matter how
a day appears,
is it not part of
what you create?

Is not a day
one of rebirth,
following the slumber
of your mind,
do you not arise
as pure potential,
in this dream
of space and time?

You need not
slog,
or walk,
or run very fast –
it is not a place
that is the goal,
a day awaits
for you to embrace,
your experience
as an eternal soul.

A day,
an hour,
this moment
now –
are you not a
creative spark?
In this place,
this time,
expanding beyond
your mind,
arise as the
Love You Are!

Know to Remember

As human,
you learn,
think and analyze,
following the questions
how or why,
does Love not allow
you to pass this by –
as you remember
with your heart.

Do you not figure life
upside down,
needing numbers to
add up nice and
round,
beyond understanding
is where knowing abounds,
when you remember
with your heart.

You cannot forget
what you already
know,
when you loosen beliefs
that hinder flow,
Here You Are,
always complete
and fully Whole,
as you behold Love,
knowing with
your heart.

windows,
open doors to let
air in,
let the outside
be the inside,
project the beauty
you are within.

At times you may
close up,
as you reflect,
ponder and mull,
but as a part of
Everything,
are you not a vibration
of the Whole?

The sliver of the moon
has the perfect light
for you to see,
you are the dawning
from the night,
you are the sun
before the beams
you see.

Be present in
This Life,
meet the morning
air – it breathes
through you,
You Are Love’s
precious gift,
step into this day
as the dawning
of You!

in relationship
with Everything
you see,
though with your
eyes
you may see many
differences,
but with your
heart,
might you sense
only Me?

Is not Me,

yes, One of Us,

perplexing
Truth,
this relationship
with Love,
dear one,
is relationship
with All Love,
as You.

So join with
Me,
we already are,
there are no hoops
for you to jump
through,
All Love Divine
is Here,
right now,
as the heart
and soul
of You!

Touchstone

seem senseless,
it is with your senses
much filters through,
you may taste
the richest flavors,
you may turn away
from what repels
you.

You may look for
predictability,
but all may change
in an instant now,
what may be a
touchstone,
an anchor,
for you to sense
comfort somehow.

Let Love lift you
from the boat,
that may be tossed
about by waves,
allow Love to
remind you,
You Are this Love
and Peace always.

Yes, use your senses
to take in,
the experiences
that you have here,
but you are anchored
in the depths of Love,
that is limitless
and
Everywhere.

Let your breath
realign you
to what is constant
and True,
your touchstone
of Love
is alway present,
the Presence of Love
is wholly You!

Who do you look
through,
what do you look
past,
yes an image is only
here
for a second, it
may not last.

But as Love is
always Here,
does it not make up
what is real,
might you see
with the eyes of
the soul,
an indelible glimpse
into what you know.

Might you join in
sights unseen,
knowing Love is
Everything,
you need not travel –
there is nowhere
you are not,
is not All Love
within This loving
spot?

You need not change
your human sight,
is not within
your brightest Light,
let Love’s true Vision
be how you see,
All Love is present,
eternally,
in thee!

Does transformation
not happen when,
caterpillar lies still
in a cocoon,
wrapped lovingly
safe as time goes by,
awaiting wings
so she may fly.

You may look at
cocoon and judge
its form,
but it keeps caterpillar
safe and warm,
and as growth is
a never-ending force,
might stillness bring forth
what is needed most?

Gather within
all parts of you,
see your perfect
Wholeness
come shining through,
you are caterpillar
and butterfly,
You Are transformation
be you still
or when you fly.

You Are One
as Love
in all stages
of You,
transformation is
your sweet return
to the Whole
of You.

Here Are You

Love is not
an echo,
it is the only
sound you
hear,
Here You Are
as Love,
there is no
perspective
of far or
near.

It matters not
what your mind
thinks,
or the gyrations
it may put you
through,
Here is always
Love,
O precious One,

You need not listen
or even see,
or be aware of
each heartbeat,
deeper than sensing
is All of Peace,
as Love Everywhere –
You Are Here.
