to your Light,
send This Vibration
far and wide,
life is tumultuous
as duality,
may Loving Awareness
Be a rising tide.
Invite Love to Be
a grounding force,
commune with nature,
marvel at a tree,
a single flower is
a miracle,
knowing how to Become
from only a seed.
Be Love,
Be Light,
Be hope in a world
that is often harsh
to humanity,
step outside and
look around,
One with earth and sky –
breathe in and Be!

the quiet –
Be the stillness.
Don’t search for
all the answers –
Be the answer.
Don’t look for
perfect vision –
Be the Vision.
Do lead with
Love and kindness –
You Are This.
Do marvel at
life unfolding –
You Are Marvelous.
Do share your Light
with others –
You Are All Light.

Your return Home is
to Be Here Now,
use your senses to
align when thoughts
lead you astray.
This integration
with body is to
experience life,
Be in wonder,
Be present throughout
the day.
As mind creates
more stories,
question if they
are true,
return to soul awareness
and come Home to You.
Ego hijacks the mind,
does not chaos ensue,
but mind also knows
Truth
as Peace and Grace
flow through.
How to return to flow –
quiet the mind
with breath,
return to Your Self –
and to Love,
say yes.
Your Conscious Self
knows what to do –
thoughts are temporary
clouds,
You dear,
are sky so blue!

Listen as your body
talks to you,
where do you flow or
might you constrict,
fear or anxiety may
give you clues
for you to dive in
deeper yet.
With no judgment
now set a table,
invite in what wishes
to be seen,
parts of you that you
think are shadow,
now seen in Light are
what sets you free.
Ego is a master at
keeping secrets,
it wishes to hide
from you what
You Know,
these parts of you
that you think are
shadow,
is ego hiding the Truth –
You Are Whole.
There is no way to
break up your
wholeness,
use Love’s Light
to see This is True,
with loving eyes,
see what you thought
was hiding,
now in This Light,
welcome the
Whole of You!

take each step
on your journey,
discover your Self
in every one,
looking ahead may
be a mystery,
looking back – see how
far you’ve come.
This linear view
is but a way for
your human self
to experience life,
your True Essence
observes it all,
your Source of
Be-ing and
eternal Light.
Ego may search for
more understanding
to find the pieces
that make a whole,
dear one,
You Are whole and
complete already,
This is the Essence
of your soul.
As soul,
you walk with
this curious ego,
finding new discoveries
along the way,
but always This Peace
that passes understanding,
is Here within
This You,
always!

the in-between,
is this not similar
to “I don’t know,”
lean into this surrender
of egoic thoughts,
step into Love’s current
of flow.
This does not mean
give up all doing,
but soften some
expectations made,
nourish your soul
as Love’s connection,

You need not force
next steps to arrive,
feel the Pulse of Love
to know your next
move,
fresh and light from
tender self-care,
might new ideas now

for a peaceful
return,
Peace is always Here –
in your breath,
your human self takes
many journeys,
but return Here to
center and rest.
Ego has you reaching
for the external
to fill in spaces you
think are here,
Love reminds you
your Wholeness shines,
you will find within
what you seek my dear.
From This centered place,
now walk this journey,
knowing Peace always
walks with you,
as you engage with life
from this Fullness,
may Love and Peace flow
through all you do!

Ego is a master
of overwhelm,
it can take your mind
on an endless loop,
as human yes doubt
is part of life’s story,
but do not let ego
take your power
from you.
You wish for answers
to ease your mind,
but might you take
a different tract,
ego uses questions
to keep you running
on its wheel of this
or that.
To stop the wheel
of fear and doubt,
return to Center –
your Source of Peace,
this is not a retreat
to avoid or hide,
this is re-aligning –
asking Love to lead.
Here is where your
breath pulls in
what you may have
errantly thought
was lost,
Love’s Strength and Courage
is your power-source,
return Here to your
sacred Home.
You remain plugged in
to the world,
but Here sense wonder
with Grace and Ease,
continue on your journey
as it unfolds,
empowered always with
Love and Peace!

You may harken back
to an innocent age,
when Joy surrounded
and filled you up,
This is a state of
unfiltered spirit –
your soul flowing
effortlessly as Love.
As life unfolds and
egos collide,
your protective warrior
finds ways to cope,
this wariness helps
you to survive,
but sometimes walls
may also squelch hope.
Dear one,
time is but an
illusory line,
Joy cannot ever be
lost or gone,
yes life is full of
noise and static,
but does not your soul
still know your
Love Song?
Reclaim This Connection
to your innate Joy,
it is beyond time,
ever-present and clear,
as human you may not
always be aware,
but the Joy of your soul
is how You Are Here.
Condense linear time –
You Are This as soul,
now see how your Joy
need not travel far,
Here It Is –
in your every breath,
This Divine Presence of
always Who You Are!
