might you begin
with the Truth –
that You Are,
I Am?

You need not
go get it,
“it” is not beyond
your grasp,
when you think
you are separate,
hoping to come together
at last,
might we allay
your fears
and put your mind
at ease,
You Are,
already,
Be You,
Be free.

Yes, your story
helps you to experience
emotions
that run deep,
can you keep diving
and take a look
at beliefs,
do not let your beliefs
define who you are,
You Are,
already,
a shining star.

Dust off what you
do not need,
clear out what does
not serve,
your shining self
will show you
the way
forward,
keep tuning,
keep resonating,
with Love’s constant
beat,
You Are,
already,
the Love you
wish to Be.

Becoming.

When you see
green shoots
in the springtime,
you may know
the flower it
will become,
but after a cold,
dormant winter,
are not these
shoots so
beautiful?

And when a bud
begins to appear,
a hint of color
in its hue,
yes, the flower,
it is becoming,
but do you
not celebrate
the miracle
of growth
for you to view?

And then in spring
or summer’s warmth,
when sun coaxes bud
to open
and show,
the Essence
of the flower
now in its glory,
so beautiful,
has not the flower
always been
a part of each
stage of its
growth,
is it not Be-ing
a flower always,
with no need to wait
to becoming
beautiful?

Behold the beauty
in each cycle,
in each stage
of evolving growth.
Behold the Love
That Is You,
as you are
becoming more
Aware.

The beauty
That Is You,
is always there
for you to see –
relish each step
of your growth,
behold the Journey
and simply Be.

You play in sand
upon the beach,
you can walk
and leave footprints,
or when the sand
is just right,
you can pack it,
form it,
create,
will not the sand
return to its form,
always being sand
upon the beach,
inviting many to
play with
or move it,
letting imagination
teach?

Is life not like
the sand,
ready to be formed
into something new,
what do you wish
to create,
or stay the same –
the Perfect You,
you are potential,
you are possibility,
you are experiencing
You
in this moment now –
as malleable
as the sand,
but as vast as
the beach
that is beautiful.

No matter the external
forces
that may affect you,
causing you to shift,
as with the particle
of sand,
you can be solid
or you may drift,
know that no matter
what form you take,
You Are always
innately You,
an extension of
Divine Source,
like the breathtaking
beach,
dancing with
the ocean blue.

You Are One
and every particle,
making up the
Beautiful Whole –
Be the sand,
Be the beach,
Be the ocean,
Be It All.

Finding space.

What is between
the detailed story,
what is left
when you
look for You,
what is All
no matter where
you turn,
when you go within,
is there not
always Love?

Yes, Love can fit
in many spaces,
but can you hear it
in between
the noise,
when you open
to allow more room,
is that not when you find
all space is filled
with Love?

Love is in every breath
you breathe,
and Love is in between
every breath,
what you think is
empty
is an invitation
for you to see,
All is filled
within the Space of Love.

You need not find
any empty spaces,
when you stop looking,
will you then not see –
Love Is Everywhere
and nowhere
at once –
Love is,
You Are
Love
through Eternity.
