Awareness.

With intention,
are you not able
to shift your
awareness,
like perspective,
can you not take
an elevator
up or down
to see more,
in the three dimensional
world,
there are layers
and many floors,
do you not see
a different scene
be it at street level
or on a higher floor?

Now shift your perspective,
your awareness,
beyond the world
that you live in,
you need not travel,
you do not leave,
you remain with the
roots that you stand in,
the expanded You
is always Here,
it is not a “place”
you need to go,
it is your awareness
that makes the shift,
to welcome all of You
Home.

You may need practice,
some quiet at first,
to explore All That
You Are,
as you have experiences
in life,
does not your awareness
explore
what you thought
was from afar,
but Who You Are
encompasses more
that your view
from the street –
You Are the city,
You Are the earth,
You Are the stars above
that you see.

Expand your awareness,
so you may sense
Who You Are,
the Loving Force
that you seek,
resides in you,
it is not apart,
you need not leave
you behind,
when you expand,
do you not know –
Love is always
Here with You,
You Are One
with the Loving Whole.

Expand with Love,
become aware
that Love Is You –
shift your awareness,
to see the Truth,
Love Is the
Authentic You.

Be a part
or Be the Whole,
does your heart
not bridge
them both,
an individual aspect
of the Loving One –
yes, you can express
your own opinion,
but even as you speak
with your own voice,
is there not always
a loving choice,
that you can choose
to speak about?

What do you choose
to Be today,
for you can choose
what role you may play,
a multitude of expressions
are at your fingertips,
do not emotions
sometimes feel limitless,
but be they high
or be they low,
or wherever your
experiences go,
do they all not
ultimately
help you Be with Love?

Be a part
or Be the Whole,
does not Be-ing Love
help you to know,
Love Is You,
Love Is We,
even when you feel
only “me”,
with Love you
cannot help
but Be –
Wholly,
Holy,
Love.

Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.

Precious memories
are available
in your mind,
in pictures taken,
in keepsakes treasured,
do they not help you
to remember,
you from before,
loved ones that
you miss,
friends from afar –
in the physical world,
do not things that
you touch,
when they appear
to be not here,
do you not miss them
oh so much?

But when you shift
to your heart,
is the bond not
still as strong,
yes, you miss close
physical hugs,
when you think someone
has “gone”,
the Love That Is You
does not fade as
time goes on,
indeed as Love Is
timeless,
is it not Love
that carries on?

Yes, you can re-member
what you think
you have lost –
but is it not
knowing,
that reminds you,
You Are Everywhere
at once?
Far beyond your
physical body,
is You always
with Love,
you are always together
with those you wish
to dream of.

Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.
You Are part
of the loving Whole –
and with Eternal Love,
always together.

Lose yourself.

Let time disappear
from your internal clock,
when you are immersed
in what you Love,
do not day-to-day thoughts
also disappear,
does not the losing
of one’s self
not help the
Authentic You
appear?

And you have not
really “lost”
a thing,
is it not that
your True Self
can be found,
might you enjoy
this game of
hide and seek,
when you can delight
in the discovery of –
losing your self
to find your
Essence of Love?

So think not of
stripping away,
though parts of you
may take a break –
are you not building
your creative muscle,
when Authentic You
comes out to play?
Let Love give you
the feedback,
letting you know you are
in the flow,
when you turn your
thinking off,
surrender to it
and let go.

Lose yourself,
though you are
never lost in
any way,
we use this familiar phrase
to help you unhook
from what you think
“should” be –
if clocks had no numbers,
if a day had no
start or end,
if you left the linear behind,
what might you play,
where would you
jump in?

Lose yourself,
to find the
Authentic You –
full of Joy,
embracing Peace,
sharing your Love
with Gratitude.

Walk your path,
though you never walk
it alone,
though others may see
different scenery,
yes, it is true,
are you not all
walking each other
Home?
You learn,
you cry,
you dance,
you laugh,
but in the end
do you not see –
is it not all about
the Love within,
turning up your Light
to shine brightly?

Your Path of Love
may bring you
different things
so you may choose,
to experience
a range of emotions,
to see what comes up
to be known,
and as you move deeper,
honoring every feeling
that you may have,
might the simplest
and most powerful choice,
be for You to extend
Love to you?

Can you take the Love
That You Are
and envelop you
in this Love now,
your heart is the bridge
that lets your soul
speak lovingly to you,
when you feel separate,
when you need comfort,
Love is only an intention
away –
open your heart
to the endless Pool
of Love,
that is with you
every day.

Walk your path –
and know that Love
walks with you.
Find Peace in knowing
Love Is Here,
Everywhere You Are,
so Love Is, too.

Sharing the Road

There is a path
you can follow,
do not bread crumbs
lead the way,
a clue here,
a nudge there,
are you not guided
day by day –
others may experience
similar travels,
do you not meet them
on this road,
some will stay,
others branch off,
depending upon
their story told.

Everyone is on a journey,
each one unique
and yet the same,
when you feel awareness
growing,
do you not attract others
who feel the same,
no matter – same or different,
does not each journey
help you see the Love
in You
and when you can look
even deeper,
is not another
this Love, too?

Sometimes the road
may look different,
you may travel in
many ways,
you may walk,
or drive,
or fly,
depending on the
type of day,
be respectful of
another,
who may be sharing
a similar road –
one might take a
different route,
following their own map
as it unfolds.

Share the road.
Help another.
Send Love to those
you meet along
the way.
It is the journey,
not the destination –
how will you experience
Love today?

From the human perspective,
there may be things
that you think
“should” happen,
or want them
to be,
but can you not
experience ease
and Grace,
even when lIfe
is not easy?

Yes, you may wish
to change the world,
reduce the friction,
have all agree,
but is there not learning
in relationship,
even if the experience
brings out difficulties?

When something rocks
you to your core,
is this not where
your Truth resides –
at your core,
can you not sense
what is important,
and stripped of layers
does Love not rise –
you are surrounded
by Love,
it runs through you,
it is Who You Are –
tap into your magnificence,
the Shining You
is neither near
or far.

One part of you
may sense a veil,
as you try to open
up your eyes,
but the You
that is All-seeing
wishes to share
this delightful Prize –
this gift that you
may seek
is already wrapped up
with a bow,
and You Are That,
Eternally Love –
trust,
believe
and with Love,
Know.

Welcome You,
welcome Home,
be that wherever
you think
is here or there.
Here Is Home.
Home Is Here,
and Love Is
Everywhere.

And there is no need
to scroll back through
your memory banks
to remember
your Essence
of Who You Are.

This memory that
we speak of
lies resident
within your heart,
is it not what
makes a spark,
saying, “pay attention”
or follow this thread,
that you pull
to reveal
that the Truth
is within you still,
do you feel it,
can you sense it,
do you remember
Love?

Yes, information swirls
all around,
you have much that
is stored
within your human mind,
but you need not
sort it
or catalog it,
there is Truth
beyond your bones,
do you not sense
what resonates,
as you remember
Love?

Yes, keep learning,
keep experiencing,
this helps you
get to your
core,
to remember
your true Essence –
it is what you
came here for,
feed your soul,
shine your Light,
so when you temporarily
forget,
remember Who You Are –
You Are Love
and Love Is It.

When you choose
a path of
least resistance,
is it not a smoother
ride,
is not going down
a hill,
often easier than
uphill to climb,
but even if there
are obstacles,
do you not learn
from the choices
you make,
is it not always interesting
to see which road
to take?

“Going with the flow,”
yes, it is easier said
than done,
though the flow
is always with you,
there are many things
that can slow you
down,
might you listen very closely
to what your still, small voice
is trying to say,
when you broaden your
perspective,
might you find
an easier route,
a different way?

There is no need to focus
on what feels easy
or what feels hard,
sometimes the hardest things
are what eventually
set you free –
there is a Higher Power
that always flows,
is always within you,
might you walk this path
together,
on this Journey
back to You?

Let Love flow
through you,
let Love give
you the Strength
to Trust.
Let Love walk
with You,
as you walk
every path
with Love.

From the human perspective
you may feel at times
that you have lost your way,
it may be scary
when the road begins
to curve,
when you cannot see
what is coming next,
but can you follow
your own pathway,
seeing it as your
yellow-brick road –
full of adventure,
sometimes challenges,
but always leading you
back Home?

Do not situations happen
so that your soul
can choose and grow,
there are no “right” or
“wrong” answers,
only the ones you
already know,
your body lets you know
what does not set well
deep inside –
have Faith and Trust
that your soul and body,
work together beautifully,
side by side.

Be gentle,
be compassionate,
not only with others,
but also with you,
everyone has a perspective
to help them grow
as you do, too –
can you find Gratitude
from the learning,
in whatever form it takes,
from the perspective
of the soul,
can you not see
the bigger picture
that you have made?

Keep traveling on
your yellow-brick road,
but it is not
Emerald City you seek.
Every step,
every encounter,
is to remind you,
that no matter where
you roam –
You Are Love
and so very Loved.
You Are
(and there is no place like)
