and know,
that You Are Love
and You Are Loved
so.

You need not wish 
for This to be True,
it is Love’s purpose 
to Love All 
and You.

You hear One Love 
and wonder what 
this means,
Love’s Web is You 
along with Everything.

Be Love’s expression 
as the best of You,
there are no hoops
that you must 
jump through.

Believe and trust 
as you remember 
Home,
your soul delights 
as belief shifts to 
know.

You Are Love’s wish
as a vessel true –
receive Love’s Grace
as All of This
is You!

This Awareness

Underneath your 
belief systems,
You Are Peace
so naturally,
you need not look 
to the external – 
Here You Are.

You as Awareness 
watch yourself
on this stage that 
life presents,
This Awareness
is your Truth –
Here You Are.

A shift to Awareness 
is coming Home
to where your 
fearlessness resides,
Strength and Courage
flow as you realize – 
Here You Are.

Your human self 
can be aware,
but This Awareness
is You as Love,
behold your connection
to Everything –
as Here You Are!

when you need grounding,
nature helps you to 
get Here,
the Earth has rhythms 
you resonate with,
this Beat of Heart 
is Everywhere.

Use your Voice,
be it chanting,
humming,
this vibration strikes 
an innate chord,
the bees and crickets 
join in this frequency,
This Sound of Life is 
to be heard.

You Are This Life,
This Love that is 
foundational,
from this platform
express yourself,
You Are uniquely 
Love’s Expression,
a child of Love 
and Mother Earth 
as well!

No Matter

you lay your head,
You Are You
no matter what,
Love is Everywhere
you go,
if you get weary,
Love fills you up.

It is This Fullness that 
stills all time,
jump in with both feet 
to Be Present,
be you alone or 
with Fellow Lights
rejuvenate with Love 
that is heaven-sent.

Return to breath,
center to You,
Love is a constant 
that is always Here,
no matter where 
your feet may roam,
Welcome Home to Love,
to You, my dear!

Love is always Here,
it is not something
you need to find,
you may need to
remember,
you may need to
clear out your
cluttered mind.

Love is truly at
the heart of You,
so why not go to
the heart to see,
when you strip down
to your True Essence,
Love Is Here
through Eternity.

Does not this knowing
bring you to Peace,
as it really is no
surprise,
there is a part of you
that knows
there is something beyond
this experience of life.

But life is how you
play out
different scenarios so
you may know,
Love is always Here,
You Are Love and
You Are Home.

Do not think that
you have left,
a part of you
always resides,
your key to Home
is in your heart,
All That you seek
is already inside.

Love is always Here,
it is not something
you need to find,
Be Love,
feel Love,
know Love is You,
You Are Love,
You Are Divine.

Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.

Precious memories
are available
in your mind,
in pictures taken,
in keepsakes treasured,
do they not help you
to remember,
you from before,
loved ones that
you miss,
friends from afar –
in the physical world,
do not things that
you touch,
when they appear
to be not here,
do you not miss them
oh so much?

But when you shift
to your heart,
is the bond not
still as strong,
yes, you miss close
physical hugs,
when you think someone
has “gone”,
the Love That Is You
does not fade as
time goes on,
indeed as Love Is
timeless,
is it not Love
that carries on?

Yes, you can re-member
what you think
you have lost –
but is it not
knowing,
that reminds you,
You Are Everywhere
at once?
Far beyond your
physical body,
is You always
with Love,
you are always together
with those you wish
to dream of.

Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.
You Are part
of the loving Whole –
and with Eternal Love,
always together.

Naturally, Peace

Peace is not a 
natural state 
for the ego,
might you release
trying to find Peace
in your mind.

A mind at ease may
be a temporary 
blessing,
but Peace as You 
transcends what disrupts
space and time.

You as human 
will be swayed 
by life experience,
but You as Soul 
run deeper than 
the ocean vast.

Returning Home 
is where Peace is
your State of Be-ing,
the fears or worries 
of life Here cannot
attach.

Breathe This in,
it feels familiar,
this is not new,
your eternal nature 
always guides you
from above.

You Are All of This 
as Peace is at your
center,
You Are All that 
you seek here 
as You Are Love!

In This Moment
does not time 
stand still,
the linear world
can slip away,
as you focus on 
This present,
All of You 
comes into play.

Your breath connects 
to All of You,
indulge your senses,
your body talks,
your soul,
your essence says
All is Well,
even as your mind 
tries to connect 
all dots.

Return to present,
Here is your Home,
listen to the still,
small voice within,
the peace you seek 
in life can vary,
but within your soul
is where Peace begins!

Sense the Love that 
flows through you,
has it not been Here 
all along,
journeys in life are 
challenging,
you may wonder 
where you belong.

You Are Home now 
dear precious child,
feel Love’s arms gently,
reverently surround,
you need not travel
to Be Here,
Be-ing This is You
in This Now.

Your human awareness 
may struggle to see
how you are right 
where you belong,
Love eternally holds 
a place for you – 
for You Are always 
Here at Home!

Be at Home in
every moment,
Love is Here
at all times,
when you feel lost
or out of sorts,
return Here,
to You,
your Light.

In life nerves can
feel so jagged,
your defenses may 
be on alert,
you look for respite
from the barrage 
of ego’s feelings
getting hurt.

Return Home,
dear weary traveller,
you have never 
been apart,
let Love soothe 
and reassure –
You Are Home 
always in your heart!
