Peace is not a 
natural state 
for the ego,
might you release
trying to find Peace
in your mind.

A mind at ease may
be a temporary 
blessing,
but Peace as You 
transcends what disrupts
space and time.

You as human 
will be swayed 
by life experience,
but You as Soul 
run deeper than 
the ocean vast.

Returning Home 
is where Peace is
your State of Be-ing,
the fears or worries 
of life Here cannot
attach.

Breathe This in,
it feels familiar,
this is not new,
your eternal nature 
always guides you
from above.

You Are All of This 
as Peace is at your
center,
You Are All that 
you seek here 
as You Are Love!

In This Moment
does not time 
stand still,
the linear world
can slip away,
as you focus on 
This present,
All of You 
comes into play.

Your breath connects 
to All of You,
indulge your senses,
your body talks,
your soul,
your essence says
All is Well,
even as your mind 
tries to connect 
all dots.

Return to present,
Here is your Home,
listen to the still,
small voice within,
the peace you seek 
in life can vary,
but within your soul
is where Peace begins!

Be-ing This

Sense the Love that 
flows through you,
has it not been Here 
all along,
journeys in life are 
challenging,
you may wonder 
where you belong.

You Are Home now 
dear precious child,
feel Love’s arms gently,
reverently surround,
you need not travel
to Be Here,
Be-ing This is You
in This Now.

Your human awareness 
may struggle to see
how you are right 
where you belong,
Love eternally holds 
a place for you – 
for You Are always 
Here at Home!

Be at Home in
every moment,
Love is Here
at all times,
when you feel lost
or out of sorts,
return Here,
to You,
your Light.

In life nerves can
feel so jagged,
your defenses may 
be on alert,
you look for respite
from the barrage 
of ego’s feelings
getting hurt.

Return Home,
dear weary traveller,
you have never 
been apart,
let Love soothe 
and reassure –
You Are Home 
always in your heart!

Imagine

Say yes to imagination,
as This Lightness
now take flight,
soar beyond your 
usual boundaries,
supported by angels
and guides.

Your trust grows 
with each experience,
believe This to be
True,
as you evolve with 
your awareness,
Love brings you
back to You.

Give ego a well-earned
rest,
play and dance with 
You as Soul,
trust, believe in You,
connected –
imagination guides 
your way Home.

Your guidance need
not come to you,
is it not always
coursing throughout
You –
listen and Trust

is it not the
One in You
that Loves you
so dear?

Make way,
make room
for the Eternal You,
embrace Love’s blessing
always surrounding you,
you need not search
or seek Love’s
gentleness,
Love Is You as
You Are All of
This!

Love says gently,
come and rest
your weary head,
when you tire of 
looking, seeking,
return to Here,
your Home, 
instead.

Even in this world 
that struggles,
All of You are
All of Me,
We Are One,
beyond description,
words fail to grasp
the beauty of this
harmony.

You sense Love 
in nature Be-ing,
Here it is in music 
that moves,
in the stillness
your heart beats 
the Truth that 
returns you 
back to You.

You know surrender 
is a pathway,
think of release as
empowerment,
when you let go of
cumbersome armor,
might you now see
your soul’s embodiment?

Here You Are,
Love reminds,
dearly,
rest a moment,
remember Peace,
now with the Light 
of a thousand stars,
shine brightly, 
dear One,
Home and free!

Like the patient bulbs 
of winter

a hint of warmth,

you see growth –
and Love rejoices 
as you rise.

Hope of spring stirs
deep within you,
yes each season 
shares its Truth,
your Gratitude builds
for All of it 
and Love rejoices 
as you rise.

May a new beginning 
Be This Moment,
This You is All 
Love asks you to Be,
at every step along
the way dear,
You Are Love rejoicing 
your growth,

beautiful Light,

to step on out,

when you release
what has made you

that believes This Truth,
